This reseach was conducted at the handycrafts Sulaman Indah Mayang Pariaman. Sulaman Indah Mayang is a bussiness that sells various kinds of minang embroidered crafts. The effort craft Sulaman Indah Mayang still use conventional way in processing sales data and do promotion.  For  that  required  an  information  system  that  will  assist  in  the  process  of  promotion  and  sales. Information system application of promotion and sale of web based embroidery craft developed using PHP programming language and MySql as database. Application design using object oriented methodology with UML design tool. The end result of this research is the creation of application of Information System Promotion and Web- Based Sales that can help Sulaman Indah Mayang in the process of promotion and sales.

Academic Information System (SIA) or Sistem Information Akademik (SIA) is an information system created to help the process of processing all school civitas data designed to assist the processing of all data of the school community. At  SMA N 1 Palembayan, grades, school civitas biodata, and enrollment of new students still utilize simple applications from Dapodik and Ms. Office applications and archived in the form of paper that causes data to be vulnerable to damage, and lost. In addition, the entire community of schools and the general public is difficult and slow in obtaining school information if at any time needed due to the dissemination of information that is still manual. Therefore, to facilitate schools  in the effective and efficient processing and dissemination of information, a web- based academic information system is needed. This academic information system was developed using PHP programming language with MySql storage media and supported by other programs. The final result of this research is the creation of a web-based academic information system that can present academic and non- academic information to schools easily and quickly for both the school community and the general public.

Wedding Organizer is a service that works personally to help bride and groom in planning and supervision of the implementation of the wedding party in accordance with schedule and bugdet that have been set. Wedding organizer information system created using web-based information technology, with the aim to expand the area of promotion and sale of wedding packages and simplify the ordering process. System Design Information Ordering Wedding Organizer is UML modeling visualization (Unified Modeling Language) by using some object-oriented visualization diagram. The programming language used is the PHP programming language (PHP Hypertext Preprocessor) based on the Laravel framework as well as Javascript, with MySQL as the Database Management System (DBMS), and Atom as an editor. Wedding organizer information system is very helpful for people who do not want to bother with their wedding planning issues. This writing discusses the creation of a correspondence filing information system with the aim of making it easier for the secretariat to archive letters in incoming and outgoing mail data at the Environmental Service, and minimizing data loss, and speeding up the process of retrieval of archived data at the time needed so as not to repetition of archiving so that it is faster and more precise. The development of information systems uses the programming language PHP, HTML, CSS, and Java Script and uses the MySQL database. The information system development method uses the waterfall method. The results of this research can be implemented in the form of a web-based archiving information system.

Mail archiving process in SMK 5 Negeri Padang still recorded manually. Therefore, we need an information system management of archives at SMK Negeri 5 Padang to assist in performing document archiving and can handle the process of legalization requests quickly archive. This information system aims to improve the efficiency, accuracy and security of archived documents. Hopefully, by the information system management of archives can alter the performance in SMK Negeri 5 Padang, especially in the archives in order to facilitate the archiving mail. In addition, by using the information in records management system will obtain the benefits of speed and convenience. The purpose of the speed here is through the use of this information system, the process of search, discovery, distribution and archive legalization done in quickly. Information system management of archives at SMK Negeri 5 Padang is designed to involve a web-based programming language HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and an object-oriented PHP, CodeIgniter, and MySQL as database. The system also uses an alias on addressing by applied to the address .htaccess file is actually as one of the security system. Users registered in this system have a private account to be entered into the system ID number and password with MD5 encryption. The results obtained from implementation information system management of archives in SMK 5 Negeri Padang is easier to manage the recording and archiving of mail that were once manual is now digital, and is helpful to demand legalized archives.Keywords : Information System, Archives, School, Web, CodeIgniter.

Al-Kahfi Vocational School is a place where writers conduct research. At this time, the school's financial administration management system is still done manually, causing a lot of bookkeeping, repeated writing of data, and delays in making reports. The solution to the problem that is happening at Al-Kahf Vocational School is the application of information technology, namely building an information system that can help manage the school's financial administration system more efficiently. So from that the purpose of this study is the creation of a Web-Based School Financial Administration Information System at Al-Kahf Vocational School. This system was developed using the PHP programming language Hypertext Preprocessor (PHP) and MySql as a database. The existence of an information system built is expected to be able to help financial officers in the processing of school financial administration data so as to produce a well-organized school financial administration information system.

Garbage is the residual material resulting from a production process, both industry and households. Based on Brebes district's statistical data, the Paguyangan sub-district is in fourth place with an average of 249.62 m3 of garbage per day. Paguyangan is one of the villages in the Paguyangan sub-district. Paguyangan has a garbage problem where people still have the habit of throwing garbage in the river and yards around the house. Based on this, the Paguyangan Village Hall plans to build a garbage bank to overcome the problem. A garbage bank managed activities such as recording saving's transactions. This study conducted a web-based design of the Garbage Bank Information System (SIBS). SIBS is an information system used to help process garbage transactions at a garbage bank. The purpose of this SIBS is to facilitate officers and customers in processing services at the garbage bank. The methodology used in system development is the Waterfall method. SIBS development uses PHP as a programming language and MySql as the DBMS. The result of this research is an information system that can be used in the management of Waste Management transactions. The results of system testing using Black box Testing and Mean Opinion Score (MOS) obtained that all components in this system are running well according to needs.

CV. Yusti Karya as a construction company realizes that the ability to manage project finances is an important requirement for smooth project management. CV.Yusti Karya often has to manage several projects simultaneously in remote locations. This condition makes it difficult for the finance staff in the office to manage project financial allocations and also makes it difficult for project managers in the field and must report the status of project expenditures to the office. This difficulty drives CV. YustiKarya improved the project's financial management system from using spreadsheets to a web-based information system. Web-based information system will be developed using object-oriented methods. The object- oriented system development method was chosen because of its modular development capabilities and adapts to system requirements. The development of this system aims to enable Person in Charge (PIC) projects in the field to submit expenditures and can be immediately approved by the financial staff in charge. Online project finance management between project PICs and finance staff helps harmonize financial management. The Director can monitor the flow of the latest project finance developments online.

Nowadays, the application of information systems can be applied in many fields, one of which is to support the process of adopting dog as a pet. The purpose of this research therefore is to develop an integrated information system that can be used to facilitate the process of adopting dogs. The developed information system which is web-based has several main functions, such as searching for dogs, managing adoption requests, monitoring dogs that have been adopted, and periodically managing user reports. The proposed system was developed using Rapid Application Development method, PHP programming language, Code Igniter frameworks, and MySQL database. Meanwhile, the system was tested using the black box testing method.

Department of IT M&T PT. Pertamina UPMS V Surabaya has currently implemented a management guideline based on COBIT 5.0 to support the process of monitoring and scheduling projects that will be implemented or currently being worked on PT. Pertamina UPMS V Surabaya. But in the process of implementing management guidelines, the department of IT M&T has not maximized the implementation of the monitoring and scheduling because it does not yet have a project management information system application. So far employees from the department of IT M&T use the process of monitoring and scheduling projects manually, namely by making a report in the form of an excel file for each progress of the projects. Of course, this is considered inefficient and often encounters human errors. Therefore, a web-based project management information system application was made, the application was built using the C3 programming language and Microsoft SQL Server database. Based on observation, it was concluding that the features available in the project management information system application had been running well and were able to meet the needs of users.

Abstrak: Sistem informasi penduduk dimaksud untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dalam hal pelayanan dalam masyarakat. Kelurahan Sangaji kota ternate utara selama ini mempunyai sistem informasi yang masih dalam bentuk manual sehingga menyulitkan dan memperlambat dalam proses penambahan, penghapusan (atau pembuatan surat). Oleh sebab itu perlu dilakukan penelitian untuk merancang aplikasi sistem informasi penduduk. Tujuan dari sistem informasi ini adalah untuk memberikan kemudahan kepada masyarakat dalam melakukan pengurusan dokumen kelurahan, serta menginformasikan pelayanan masyarakat yang efisiensi. Langkah-langkah yang dilakukan dalam hal ini adalah analisis kebutuhan sistem, perancangan sistem. Dalam implementasi ini digunakan bahasa pemograman PHP dan sebagai databasenya digunakan MySQL.Kata Kunci: Sistem Informasi, Kependudukan, PHP, Database, MySQL.Abstract: The population information system is intended to improve efficiency in terms of service in the community.
