This study aims to identify and analyze the influence factors of dining atmosphere of a restaurant towards satisfaction and behavioral intention. This study uses object restaurant which has a Mediterranean theme in the city of Surabaya. The data used in this study are primary data obtained by questionnaire distributed to 150 respondents who have bought and dine in the Mediterranean restaurant. The analysis used in this study is a simple linear regression analysis and multiple linear analysis. The sampling technique of this research is convenience sampling. The results showed that there is an effect of a restaurant’s dining atmosphere towards satisfaction and behavioral intention. Variables of dining satisfaction affect the intention of behavior as well. In this study multiple linear regression tests were carried out for the four atmosphere dimensions of restaurants. It was found that the dimensions of facility aesthetics of restaurant’s atmosphere did not significantly influence dining satisfaction and behavioral intention.

This study aims to analyse the effect of tax services, tax amnesty, taxation knowledge, and tax sactions on taxpayer compliance. The population in the study is an individual taxpayer in the city of Yogyakarta. The sample in the study was an individual taxpayer in the city of Yogyakarta, and took part in the tax amnesty program. The sampling technique in this study used the convenience sampling method. Responden in the study amounted 60 respondents. The data anlysis technique in this study used multiple linear regression analysis. This study obtained result that taxpayer compliance in influenced by tax services and tax amnesty programs. However, taxation knowledge and tax saction does not affect taxpayer compliance. The cause of taxation knowledge does not affest taxpayer compliance, perhaps the understanding of taxpayers regarding the procedures for payment and reporting is still minimal. Meanwhile, the reason for lack of support fot tax sanction on taxpayer compliance, perhaps because taxpayers consider that saction given when taxpayer violate laws are still mild. Therefore, these two reasons are factors that encourage taxpayers to behave disobediently.

This study aims to determine the effect of accountability, transparency, and service quality on the interest of muzaki (study at zakat institutionsSurabaya). This study uses a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis. The population in this study is all muzaki registered at zakat institutions in Surabaya. The sampling technique using convenience sampling. This study uses 6 (six) zakat institutions that have been selected by taking a sample of 120 muzaki. Primary data collection in this study used a questionnaire. Based on the results of the study show that accountability, transparency, and service qualitypartially have a positive and significant effect on the interest of muzaki to paying zakat. Accountability, transparency, and service qualitysimultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the interest of muzaki to paying zakat.Keywords: Accountability, Transparency, Service Quality, Interest, Zakat, Zakat Institution

<p><em>The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of the formal knowledge of taxpayers and taxpayer awareness on compliance of vehicle taxpayers in the institution of  Samsat Polda in South Jakarta. The data used is primary data by distributing questionnaires to the Vehicle Taxpayer registered in the Office of South Jakarta Police Samsat. The populations that will be the object of research are all vehicle taxpayers registered in the Office of Samsat Polda in South Jakarta until the period of December 2016. The sampling technique used is accidental sampling. This research uses linear regression analysis method. The results of the research showed that the formal knowledge of taxpayers have a significant positive effect on compliance of vehicle taxpayers. The results of this study also concluded that the formal knowledge of taxpayers, and awareness of taxpayers significantly affect the compliance of vehicle taxpayers simultaneously.</em></p>

This type of research is quantitative research. The population in this research is a motor vehicle taxpayer. Meanwhile, the sample in this study is a motor vehicle taxpayer in the city of Semarang. The sampling technique in this research used convience sampling. Respondents in this research amounted to 100 respondents. Data collection techniques in research using questionnaires given directly to respondents. Respondents in this study were dominated by male (58 respondents). Whereas female respondents amounted 42 respondents. The analysis techniques in this research used multiple linear regression analysis, with SPSS tools. This study obtained results that perseptions of tax corruption and service quality of tax officers affect taxpayer compliance. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah wajib pajak kendaraan bermotor. Sedangkan, sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah wajib pajak kendaraan bermotor yang berada di Kota Semarang. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan convenience sampling. Responden dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 100 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian menggunakan kuesioner yang diberikan langsung kepada responden. Responden dalam penelitian ini didominasi oleh laki-laki (58 responden). Sedangkan responden berjenis kelamin perempuan berjumlah 42 responden. Teknik analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda, dengan alat SPSS. Penelitian ini memperoleh hasil bahwa persepsi korupsi pajak dan kualitas pelayanan petugas pajak berpengaruh terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak.

 The aim of study is to  analyze about effect  product  quality  and  service  quality  on customer’s satisfaction to build customer’s loyalty at Waroeng Spesial Sambal “SS” in the branch of Veteran Yogyakarta. Population in this study are all consumers who make  purchases at Waroeng Spesial Sambal “SS” the branch in the  branch of Veteran Yogyakarta. While the sample  in  this  study  is a portion of consumers who have  made  purchases at least twice in the past year. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling. The data  used in this study is primary data. The number  of studies  in  this  study were  sixty  samples  in  the  city of Yogyakarta which  were processed  using  multiple linear regression  analysis  and mediation analysis  using SPSS 20 for windows. The results of the analysis in this study are: product quality dosen’t have a significant effect on customer satisfaction,  service quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction, customer satisfaction doesn’t have a significant effect on customer loyalty, product quality  dosen’t  have a significant  effect on  customer loyalty and service quality has a significant effect on customer loyalty of the two independentvariables dosen’t indicate a mediating  relationship  with  customer  satisfaction as a mediator variable.

This research aims to know (1) the supervision of the financial influence on performance the employees, (2) Financial accountability against the influence of the performance of the employees, (3) to know how the transparency of financialmagainst the performance of the employees, and (4) the influence of supervision, accountability and transparency of financial performance against employees. This research was carried out at the Department of transportation of the city of Tidore Islands with a total population of as many as 30 people. The technique of sampling the Sampling technique using Saturated where the entire population was used as a sample to the population of less than 30 people. Types of data used in the study is quantitative data types and data sources while the primary data source. Method of data collection is done using documentation and detailed questionnaire. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the program SPSS version 16.00. The results of this study suggest that (1) the supervision of the influential Financial significantly to the performance of the employees of the Department of transportation of the city of Tidore Islands, (2) significant influential financial  accountability against staff performance Department of transportation city of Tidore Islands, (3) transparency of financial no effect significantly to the performance of the City Department of Transportation employee Tidore Islands.Keywords: Supervision, Accountability, Transparency,  Employee Performance

This study is to study the effect of internal control and individual morality on fraudulent transportation orders based online at PT. Go-Jek, City of Padang. This research is quantitative research with primary data from questionnaires and using a Likert scale. The population of this research is a car and motorcycle driver, PT. Go-Jek in Padang City. The purposive sampling technique of sampling and a sample of 150 respondents. Data analysis technique is data quality test, classic assumption test and hypothesis test consisting of multiple linear regression tests using SPSS 23.0 for Windows. The results of this study indicate that internal control and individual morality have a negative and significant influence on order fraud

This study aimed to determine the effect of price perception and sales promotion on the purchase decision of Pertamax Turbo in the city of Palembang. The population in this study were all consumers who purchased Pertamax Turbo in Palembang in the 2021 period, with as many as 100 respondents using the purposive sampling technique. The multiple linear regression analysis results show that price perception has a positive and significant effect on the purchase decision of Pertamax Turbo in Palembang. Sales promotion has a positive and significant effect on the purchase decision of Pertamax Turbo in the city of Palembang. For the price perception variable, it is expected that the Pertamax Turbo price adjustment will be made to reach all people. In the sales promotion variable, increasing sales by giving discounts/discounts to consumers who purchase Pertamax Turbo is necessary.

Research objectives: 1) To determine the characteristics of Javanese ethnic groups in Buluran Kenali Village; 2) To find out and analyze the influence of age, origin, education level and length of stay on the income of Javanese ethnic migrant residents in the Buluran Kenali Village. The data used in this study are primary data obtained from survey results by distributing questionnaires and interviews. The analytical method used in this study is descriptive and quantitative analysis methods, using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicates that the average age of migrants is 44 years old, married with a total of 2 people, education that has completed an average of 10 years comes directly from Java, with the reason of moving to Jambi City due to family invitation and knowing the City Jambi from family/friends. From the results of multiple linear regression it is known that age, origin, level of education, length of stay have an effect on and significantly affect the income of ethnic Javanese migrants in Jambi City. Partially, age, education and length of stay influence and significantly affect the income of Javanese ethnic migrants in Jambi City, while the origin does not affect and the income of ethnic Javanese migrants in Jambi City. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh promosi online dan word of mouth terhadap keputusan pembelian pada UD Bintang Sembilan. Bintang Sembilan sebagian atau bersamaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer yaitu data yang diperoleh langsung dari konsumen UD. Bintang Sembilan Bintang Sembilan. Sampel menggunakan teknik non-probability sampling yaitu incidental sampling, dengan jumlah sampel 100 responden. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan angket dan dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan secara parsial promosi online berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian dan word of mouth secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Secara simultan kedua variabel yaitu promosi online dan word of mouth berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian Purpose of this study was to determine the effect of online promotion and word of mouth on purchasing decisions at UD Bintang Sembilan. The Nine Star partially or simultaneously. This study uses primary data, namely data obtained directly from consumers of UD. Bintang Sembilan Nine Star. The population of this research is consumers of UD. Bintang Sembilan using a non-probability sampling technique, namely incidental sampling, with a sample size of 100 respondents. The research instrument used a questionnaire and analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with t test (partial) and f test (simultaneous).The results of this study indicate partially online promotion has a significant effect on purchasing decisions and for word of mouth partially has a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Simultaneously, the two variables, namely online promotion and word of mouth, have a significant effect on purchasing decisions.
