PT. Dian Hardesa merupakan sebuah perusahaan yang bergerak Bidang Kontraktor Jasa Konstruksi yang berfokus pada Pelayanan Mekanikal, Elektrikal dan Elektronik. Infrastruktur jaringan intranet yang terhubung dengan beberapa personal computer, notebook, printer, mesin fotocopy dan aplikasi Microsoft Office untuk menjalankan proses bisnis perusahaan. Dengan infrastuktur teknologi dan sistem yang ada, terdapat kendala perusahaan seperti divisi stock barang yang terjadi kelebihan material, pengawasan sumber daya manusia yang mengakibatkan karyawan melakukan manipulasi data presensi dan penyajian laporan keuangan yang mengakibatkan tidak akuratnya data pada perusahaan. Dengan menggunakan Metode Ward and Peppard dan tools SWOT Analysis, Value Chain Analysis, McFarlan Strategic Grid Analysis, Five Force Model Porter Analysis, Critical Success Factor Analysis. Perencanaan Information System Strategy pada PT. Dian Hardesa menghasilkan rekomendasi portofolio sistem informasi keuangan, sistem informasi karyawan, sistem informasi absensi, sistem informasi ketersediaan barang, sistem informasi pelanggan, sistem informasi supplier, sistem informasi mitra kerja, sistem informasi manajemen aset, website perusahaan, sosial media perusahaan, knowledge management system, contructor planning application, sistem penunjang keputusan tender dan  keputusan rekruitmen karyawan.

Article deals with methodological aspects of travel & tourism companies' strategic analysis. Two stages of the strategic analysis are described. In the external analysis it is recommended to use Porter's five forces analysis, Strategic group mapping, Critical success factor. List of external public sources is recommended for strategic analysis of macro environment of Travel & Tourism companies. Following internal analysis components are recommended: analysis of resources and competencies, value chain analysis, comparative analysis through financial analysis and benchmarking, analysis of products and their positions in the market.

ABSTRAK Perencanaan strategi SI PG.FANADA SUPER dilakukan dengan dua pendekatan. Pertama menggunakan metodologi pemaduan strategis (strategic alignment), yaitu merumuskan strategi SI berdasarkan strategi bisnis PG.Fanada Super Plered dengan alat bantu Balanced Scorecard (BSC) dan Critical Success Factor (CSF). Kedua menggunakan metodologi dampak kompetitif (competitive impact), yaitu merumuskan strategi SI untuk meningkatkan daya saing beberapa perusahaan genteng di wilayah PURWASUKA (Purwakarta, Subang,Karawang) dan dengan alat bantu analisis rantai nilai (value chain analysis). Hasil perencanaan strategi SI berupa portofolio aplikasi, yang dikategorikan berdasarkan kontribusinya terhadap strategi bisnis PG.Fanada Super Plered dan perannya dalam proses bisnis ini. Kata Kunci : perencanaan strategi, pemaduan strategis, dampak kompetitif, balanced scorecard, critical success factor, portofolio aplikasi.

At present business competition in Indonesia is getting tougher, including business competition in the field of wig making. PT Mono Jaya is one of the companies engaged in the production of wigs that are in Kroya, Cilacap district, Central Java. To increase competitiveness against its competitors, companies must be able to create new innovations and use information systems that are in accordance with the needs of the company as a support to improve performance, increase competitiveness against its competitors, and realize the company's goals. But to get an information system that fits the needs of the company, it requires an information system strategic planning. This study uses the Ward And Peppard method, the tools used are SWOT analysis, Value Chain analysis, McFarlan Strategic Grid analysis, Five Force Porter Model analysis, Critical Success Factor (CSF) analysis, and Balaced ScoreCard (BSC) analysis. The final results of this study are in the form of information system portfolio recommendations that are needed by PT Mono Jaya to improve the competitiveness of the company

Since the recognition of batik by UNESCO, the batik market has expanded throughout the world. This is marked by the increase in the value of batik exports to various countries. In the midst of increasingly fierce trade competition, industries are demanded to be capable and have high competitiveness. Although batik is considered as one of the strategic industries, in terms of development, batik still faces several problems both internally and externally. The purpose of this research is to discuss about the solution to develop batik in Cibelok Village, Pemalang Regency by analyzing the value chain so that it increases the selling value of written batik. This study used a value chain analysis approach, Competitiveness Diamond, and Critical Success Factor Value. Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that the profit generated per onefabric production is Rp74,700. Increasing profit margins can be done by considering the role of several activities in the batik business process. The activities to consider are operations, followed by marketing and sales, as well as inbound logistics. In addition, product quality and innovation in batik patterns are needed in an effort to increase sales.

Oemah Djari is a company engaged in culinary and hospitality. Seeing the increasing population, market demand will certainly increase, in this case the role of Information Systems and Information Technology (IS / IT) is very important to assist in supporting business activities. This study aims to provide a portfolio of information systems at Oemah Djari Syariah Hotel and Kitchen in order to add value effectively and efficiently. In the data collection method, this study uses the interview method with the company's Co Founder. The research method used is Ward and Peppard, using SWOT analysis, Value Chain analysis, Five Force Porter analysis, Critical Success Factor analysis, McFarlan Strategic Grid analysis, and Information Systems Proposal. This research produces recommendations in the form of information system portfolios such as web procurement of Oemah Djari Syariah Hotel and Kitchen, KMS, ERP, SI Marketing, SI Payroll. For further research, it is hoped that discussions will focus more on IT, such as the implementation and development of less than optimal systems.

PT.Virgina Estetika (Farina Beauty Clinic) merupakan organisasi atau perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang penyedia jasa pelayanan perawatan kulit wajah dan tubuh. Untuk bisa mendapatkan keunggulan bersaing dan dapat bertahan dalam persaingan yang ketat, strategi yang dapat dilakukan Klinik kecantikan adalah dengan differentiation dan cost reduction. Salah satu hal yang bisa dilakukan untuk cost- reduction adalah dengan menjadikan proses bisnis yang ada di Klinik Kecantika menjadi lebih efisien, salah satu hal yang bisa dimanfaatkan untuk efisiensi adalah SI/TI. Secara garis besar penelitian ini merupakan upaya untuk membangun suatu perencanaan strategis sistem informasi beserta portofolio aplikasi di PT. Virgina Estetika (Farina Beauty Clinic) yang bisa memberikankontribusi yang optimal, terintegrasi dengan baik dan inovatif yang bisa menyatukan keseluruhan aspek pendukung dalam pencapaian strategi bisnis klinik untuk meningkatkan nilai kompetitifnya dalam jasa pelayanan kesehatan. Dalam penyusunan kerangka kerja perencanaan strategis sistem informasi menggunakan pendekatan Ward and Peppard Model dan dalam mengevaluasi penjabaran perencanaan strategis sistem informasi dan strategi bisnis menggunakan Balance Scorecard IT. Beberapa metode analisis seperti, Value Chain Analysis, SWOT Analysis, PEST Analysis dan Five Force Model Analysis digunakan untuk menganalisis lingkungan bisnis internal dan eksternal. Strategic Grid McFarlan Analysis digunakan untuk memetakan portofolio aplikasi. Pada akhirnya penelitian ini menghasilkan sebuah rekomendasi untuk organisasi berupa prioritas pembangunan yang terbagi menjadi dua hal- hal terkait, pembentukan unit SI/TI dan pengembangan portofolio aplikasi yang akan mendukung keberlangsungan proses bisnis PT. Virgina Estetika (Farina Beauty Clinic) Karawang.

Saat ini persaingan bisnis di Indonesia semakin ketat, termasuk persaingan bisnis dalam bidang pembuatan rambut palsu (wig). PT Mono Jaya merupakan salah satu perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang produksi rambut palsu yang berada di Kroya kabupaten Cilacap Jawa Tengah. Untuk meningkatkan daya saing terhadap para pesaingnya, perusahaan harus mampu membuat inovasi baru serta menggunakan sistem informasi yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan perusahaan sebagai pendukung untuk meningkatkan kinerja , meningkatkan daya saing terhadap para pesaingnya, serta mewujudkan tujuan perusahaan. Namun untuk mendapatkan sistem informasi yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan perusahaan, maka dibutuhkan suatu perencanaan strategis sistem informasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Ward And Peppard, alat bantu yang digunakan adalah analisis SWOT, analisis Value Chain, analisis McFarlan Strategic Grid, analisis Five Force Model Porter, analisis Critical Success Factor (CSF), dan analisis Balaced ScoreCard (BSC). Hasil akhir dari penelitian ini berupa rekomendasi portofolio sistem informasi yang dibutuhkan PT Mono Jaya guna meningkatkan daya saing perusahaan.

In the current era of globalization, IS and IT are utilized to be able to compete and increase company productivity. Information system strategic planning is one of the keys in achieving the target expected by the company. NUSATOVEL PT has implemented an information system, but there are still some parts that have not implemented the information system. The information system strategy planning model uses the Ward and Peppard method with SWOT analysis, Value Chain analysis, and Mc Farlan's Strategic Grid. By using this method various factors that affect the company, both internal and external are analyzed to get a formula that is the basis for preparing a new IS / IT strategy in the form of an IS / IT portfolio, which can then be used as a strategic plan. Research using this method makes strategic planning for IS / IT that can provide recommendations or solutions to the development and implementation of IS / IT that is more effective and efficient for the company. The proposed information system strategy, namely Graphic Design SI, Customer Relations Manager SI, SI Services, can be implemented within the next 3 (three) years.

Virgina Aesthetic Company (Farina Beauty Clinic) is an organization or company engaged in the field of face and body skin care services. To be able to get a competitive advantage and be able to survive in tight competition, the strategy that can be done by a beauty clinic is differentiation and cost reduction. One of the things that can be done for cost-reduction is to make the business processes in the Beauty Clinic more efficient, one of the things that can be used for efficiency is Information Systems (IS) / Information Technology (IT). This research is an effort to build an information system strategic planning and application portfolio in the Virgina Aesthetic Company (Farina Beauty Clinic) that can provide optimal, well integrated and innovative contributions that can unite all supporting aspects in achieving clinical business strategies to increase its competitive value especially in health services.In preparing the information system strategic planning framework using the Ward and Peppard Model approach and in evaluating the elaboration of information systems strategic planning and business strategies using IT Balance Scorecard. Several analytical methods such as Value Chain Analysis, SWOT Analysis, PEST Analysis and Five Force Model Analysis are used to analyze internal and external business environments. Strategic Grid McFarlan Analysis is used to map the application portfolio. In the end this research resulted in a recommendation for the organization in the form of development priorities which were divided into two related matters, the establishment of an IS / IT unit and the development of an application portfolio that would support the sustainability of Virgina Aesthetics Company (Farina Beauty Clinic) Karawang.

Muslim Nusantara Al-Washliyah University is a private university that already has information system technology and information technology as an effort to improve the competitiveness of higher education. However, the existence of the existing information system is still not perfect so that work becomes inefficient. Therefore, this research was conducted to make strategic planning of information systems so as to increase the competitiveness of higher education institutions. The model used in strategic planning in this study is the Ward and Peppard model. The strategic plan is drawn up for a timeframe of 2 phases. The process begins with Internal and External Business Analysis through SWOT Analysis, Value Chain Analysis, PEST Analysis and testing of strategy results using the Profile Matching method which is the choice to provide an assessment of recommended information system applications. There are three aspects in conducting the assessment and evaluation, namely new aspects, develop and continue.
