The present study describes the development of a course module on Entrepreneurship-Based Translation and Interpretation Skills for the students of English Language Teacher Education Department. The module was inspired by empirical research findings about the knowledge base of student teachers. It was created and refined during its three-year application will be reflected upon here, including feedback collected from student evaluation sheets. In the end, the participants responded positively to the course module. The students stated that the module was interesting, relevant and valuable for their later profession. They also emphasized that they now felt more competent in the area of Translation and Interpretation Skills and entrepreneurship.

In this study, it is aimed to identify science and technology pre-service teachers’ ideas about the digestive system by using the drawing method. The study was conducted with 95 third and fourth grade pre-service teachers studying at science and technology teacher education department. In the study, a drawing test and The Draw -A-Digestive System Test Rubric (DADST-R), which is developed by the researchers for the analysis of drawings, were used. The scores that science and technology pre-service teachers get from DADST-R are examined in terms of sub-dimensions and the dimension they are best at is found to be digestive system organs while the dimension they are having the most trouble with is establishing connections among digestive system organs. Based on these results, some suggestions were given with regards to the role of the digestive system in the education system. This research aims to identify the difference of academic anxiety reviewed from age on semester 8 students of the Elementary Teacher Education Department in Universitas Muhammadiyah Purwokerto. The research hypothesis is that there is a difference in academic anxiety reviewed from age on semester 8 students of the Elementary Teacher Education Department in Universitas Muhammadiyah Purwokerto. The 70 research subjects from semester 8 students of Elementary Teacher Education in Universitas Muhammadiyah Purwokerto was taken through incidental sampling. The used scale is an academic anxiety scale. The data were analyzed using T-test with SPSS 22.00 for the Windows program. The result of the hypothesis test shows that the t-count is 3.226,t-table is 1.99547 with p=0.002 (p 0.05). This is strengthened by the average value of academic anxiety of students aged 21-22 years old of 116.89. Meanwhile, the average value of academic anxiety of students aged 23-24 years old of 102.25. The research result shows that there is a difference of academic anxiety reviewed from age on semester 8 students of Elementary Teacher Education Department in Universitas Muhammadiyah Purwokerto.

This research aims to explain the internalization of Tri-N Tamansiswa Teaching of Primary School Teacher Education Department (PGSD) at Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa University. The subjects of this research are the Study Program Chairman, lecturers and college students. As for the research object was the internalization of the Tri-N teaching of Tamansiswa. The data collection was done by observation method, interview and documentation. The research results of shows that the role of the Study Program Chairman is crucial to the internalization of the Tri-N Tamansiswa teaching in strengthening students pedagogical competence. It is because the Study Program Chairman has the authority to make policy in the internalization of Tamansiswa teaching. A pattern or model of the internalization of Tri-N Tamansiswa Teaching is known that derives from the preparation of the vision and the mission continued with the establishment of the study program policy related to the implementation of Tamansiswa teaching and integration of Tamansiswa teaching especially Tri-N in the curriculum, Semester Lesson Plan, and the learning process. In addition, the Tri-N Tamansiswa teaching has also been applied by the lecturer in classroom teaching and learning so it accustoms college students to be teacher candidate who based on Tamansiswa teaching.

The purpose of this study is to know the students’ process in formulating research question in writing 4 (proposal) and also to know their reason why they choose that steps in formulating research question. This study used qualitative design and chooses descriptive methods to describe the data in this study. The researcher used interview guidelines gained the data through semi structured interview. This study used all of students in English Teacher Education Department in academic years 2012. The numbers of students in this study are 80 students. After gained the data from interview, the researcher used coding to classify the data, then used theory to assess whether the students’ process in formulating research question is appropriate with the theory or not. The result shows that there are 7 types in formulating research question (from title, problem, journal, thesis, issue, topic and consulting to their lecturer). From each type, the researchers conclude that there was some students just follow 1 step in good process of formulating research question. There was one student just follow the first step (choose an interesting topic) in formulating research question. The others, just follow the second step (Do some preliminary research in your general topic). There was no student used all of good process in formulating research question. So the researchers conclude that there was no students at English Teacher Education Department Students follow good process in formulating research question.
