This study’s purpose was to perform an identification analysis of the latent class in assessing information asymmetry and manipulation in online advertising. The title problem fits into the current research on sustainability with the focus on sustainable advertising and the role of modern marketing. This article presents the results of a quantitative study (N = 138) conducted among young Poles. The obtained data were subjected to latent class analysis, which allowed for three groups of respondents to be distinguished. It turned out that the respondents differ from each other in terms of susceptibility to manipulation by online advertising and the awareness thereof, which is clearly distinguished by hidden variables. Therefore, in the discussion on information asymmetry in advertising, we should take into account the obvious demographic variables and the factors that respondents often do not declare in surveys and interviews.

Image is something that is abstract because it relates to beliefs, ideas and impressions obtained from a particular object either directly felt, through the five senses or obtain information from a source. As explained by Roesady, an image is a set of beliefs, ideas, and a person's impression of a particular object. The image of the Riyadhuttafsir boarding school is inseparable from the perception of students, alumni and the community who perceive according to their observations that this boarding school has a positive image. This response (acceptance) directly from students, alumni, and the community in the pesantren environment is in accordance with the results of interviews and observations in the field by researchers who explain that their perception of the Riyadhuttafsir boarding school is an experience of objects namely the Riyadhuttafsir boarding school which only studies the interpretation of science, or relationships obtained by summarizing information and interpreting messages from students, alumni or the community about the existence of the Riyadhuttafsir boarding school in Pagentongan, Bogor. Based on preliminary observations by researchers, what was felt by the community about the teaching and study of Tafsir in the Riyadhuttafsir Islamic Boarding School also confirmed what had been conveyed by the alumni of the boarding school. That the Riyadhuttafsir Islamic Boarding School succeeded in proving its work as a traditional Islamic boarding school which specifically studied interpretation in the Bogor Pagentongan region. Furthermore, the uniqueness of the hut from the existence of the hut is what makes the writer interested to explore and explore further about the perceptions, interests and image of the Riyadhuttafsir boarding school among students and alumni, as well as figures and communities around the boarding school will be the specialty of teaching methodology in Islamic boarding schools. Riyadhuttafsir is timelessly eroded by the changing times. In accordance with the above research title, problem formulation and research objectives, this study uses a qualitative research design. In this study the approach used is a qualitative approach that is displayed as it is. According to Bogdan and Taylor, as quoted by Lexi Moleong, qualitative research is a research procedure that produces descriptive data in the form of written or oral words from people and the observed behavior. Keywords: boarding school, image, interest, perception, student

The main problem of that article is effectiveness / ineffectiveness of an axiological system of the sustainable development as the base of a program of activities taken in individual and social-political scale. The problem was presented from the view of Alain Badiou’s ethics, which is a trial of overcoming weaknesses of the contemporary ethics of the mainstream, especially very low effectiveness of the ethics in the sphere of social practice. For developing the title problem there was applied the critique of contemporary ethics as the ethics of consensus, conducted by Badiou. Established research prospect has a limited application. It allows exclusively and only for drawing a conclusions in the matter of possible usability of the ethics of sustainable development in the activities leading to the change of dominant stereotypes of thinking and standards of conduct nowadays. From the point of view of Badiou’s ethics this is the first, but necessary step on the way to answer a following question – does the ethic of sustainable development have actual causative power and is it effective in initiating and performing social changes?

A double finite sine integral transform method is employed to analyze the buckling problem of rectangular thin plate with rotationally-restrained boundary condition. The method provides more reasonable and theoretical procedure than conventional inverse/semi-inverse methods through eliminating the need to preselect the deflection function. Unlike the methods based on Fourier series, the finite integral transform directly solves the governing equation, which automatically involves the boundary conditions. In the solution procedure, after performing integral transformation the title problem is converted to solve a fully regular infinite system of linear algebraic equations with the unknowns determined by satisfying associated boundary conditions. Then, through some mathematical manipulation the analytical buckling solution is elegantly achieved in a straightforward procedure. Various edge flexibilities are investigated through selecting the rotational fixity factor, including simply supported and clamped edges as limiting situations. Finally, comprehensive analytical results obtained in this paper illuminate the validity of the proposed method by comparing with the existing literature as well as the finite element method using (ABAQUS) software.

For the title problem, the punch is assumed to be pressed vertically into the horizontal upper surface of the half space, then slide horizontally sideways. A range of such configurations is identified that permit Shtaerman’s solution for the contact pressure for a rigid frictionless punch to be modified so that it applies to a deformable punch and also yields the contact stresses when the punch slides in the presence of friction. Closed-form expressions are obtained for the peak edge-of-contact stresses. These edge-of-contact stresses can fluctuate significantly with even modest amounts of sliding.

Governor as the head of the province has the authority to regulate the allocation and use of assets held by the provincial government, including land management rights. The purpose of management rights titled land is to be given to a third party. This provision is based on the Decree of the Governor in form of land utilization permit. Furthermore, over that given land, the rights of land can be applied above it, for example Building Right Title. Problem that occur is if the Governor as concessionaires strip the utilization permit that has been granted, as in the case of Management Rights Titled Land No.2 with the Building Right Title Land No. 80 on behalf of PT. Abdi Persada Nusantara in Kesiman Petilan Village, Denpasar. What about the legal status of land rights that existed on the management rights titled land and the legal consequences of the burdening the liability right to management rights titled land after the revocation of the land utilization permit. This type of research in this thesis is a normative legal research, the research that seek answers by examining the problems of legal materials and the use of primary and secondary theoretical foundation as one of the characteristics of a normative study. The approach used in this study is the Regulation Approach, Legal Concepts Analysis Approach and the Case Approach, furthermore the discussion done by descriptive analysis way by describing and analyzing the results obtained from the legal materials, systematically arranged so that the conclusion can be obtained. Result of study of the prooblems studied is the legal status of land rights on management rights titled land that it’s utilization permit has been stripped by the concessionaires became abolished. Abolishment of the land rights led to liability rights does not lead to the abolishment of the secured debt. Receivables creditors still there, but no longer as claims that guaranteed specifically by the special position of the creditor (lender preferred)

The purpose of this study is to know the students’ process in formulating research question in writing 4 (proposal) and also to know their reason why they choose that steps in formulating research question. This study used qualitative design and chooses descriptive methods to describe the data in this study. The researcher used interview guidelines gained the data through semi structured interview. This study used all of students in English Teacher Education Department in academic years 2012. The numbers of students in this study are 80 students. After gained the data from interview, the researcher used coding to classify the data, then used theory to assess whether the students’ process in formulating research question is appropriate with the theory or not. The result shows that there are 7 types in formulating research question (from title, problem, journal, thesis, issue, topic and consulting to their lecturer). From each type, the researchers conclude that there was some students just follow 1 step in good process of formulating research question. There was one student just follow the first step (choose an interesting topic) in formulating research question. The others, just follow the second step (Do some preliminary research in your general topic). There was no student used all of good process in formulating research question. So the researchers conclude that there was no students at English Teacher Education Department Students follow good process in formulating research question.

Abstact: This research was such an inovation research on social media that is questionable all this time in giving its support for the changing of behavior in education process. Facebook is mostly used as a medium to express feeling of the facebook account owner. In this study, researcher tried to analyze some of facilities and advantages of Facebook menus that appeared to have the opportunity to be used to build a community of researchers in the context of a formal environment. From the menus “group”, researchers had been trying to build a community “Virtual Guidance” for 2 semesters in which the incorporated accounts belonged to postgraduate students that actively involved in discussion of their research focus. So by using a simple descriptive method of analysis, the author monitored the trends of formal research stages in the process of preparing research paper ,particularly a thesis, and gained important information related to the aspects that were difficult to be understood quickly. The research found themes of thesis composing stages that caused delay and misleading. Other issues were the relationship among title, problem formulation, methodology, sampling, and relevan statistic examination.Keyword: Facebook, Virtual Guidance.
