This article discusses the problem of Islamic education from a theological and sociological point of view. The emergence of normative and verbalist Islamic education curriculum distorts the universality of Islam. Islam that is contextual in space and time, always in contact with sociological aspects, should be understood as something that can change its partiality dynamics continuously, even though there is a universal thing that is maintained as a normative belief. On the other hand, the failure of education to produce educational output that is dignified and virtuous has caused some people to distrust the world of education in developing the character and ethics of children. The vote of disbelief is getting stronger with the emergence of the National curriculum model which gives a greater portion of general subjects than religious subjects. This paper is a criticism of the development of the world of education in Indonesia, with the hope that education stakeholders make changes to the education system and the applicable curriculum.

Notwithstanding the extraordinary importance from a technical point of view of the members of this series, which constitute the gold coinages of the world, singularly little is known respecting either their molecular constitution or even their physical constants. Both the authors of this paper possess unusual facilities for studying them, and they felt that time should not be lost in beginning a systematic examination of the series. The other alloys used for coinage have, on the other hand, not been so neglected.

The dichotomy of the education system causes a gap between the sourcesof knowledge, between the religious sciences and general sciences. In thebook Integrasi Ilmu: Sebuah Rekonstruksi Holistik, the supporters of thereligious sciences only consider divine source and prophetic tradition asvalid sources and reject the others. On the other hand, secular scientistsonly considered valid information obtained through sensory observation. Therefore, the integration of Islamic education in the national educationsystem is part of the problems. According to the writer, the approachshould be integrated. All legislation and policies made by the government(which appears to lead to the integration) are effort to prepare and realizethe law of “one national education system ", as foreseen by Article 31 of the1945 Constitution. With the enactment of Law No. 2 of 1989 on NationalEducation System, supported by Act No. 20 of 2003 (also on NationalEducation System), the effort of integration of Islamic education into thenational education system has got legal standing.

Mutual duties and rights between people and sovereignty is one of the strategic and significant issues in the contemporary world. In the Islamic teachings especially Nahjulbalaghah it is not that the right is allocated to the ruler and government and on the other hand people only have duties and responsibilities. Rather the ruler has the significant duties even if he would be innocent. Among the strategic tasks of the ruler and leader are: Benevolence, Fair distribution of wealth and management of education system. These duties are, at the same time, the rights of the people and the ruler. On the other hand, people have duties in front of the Islamic ruler. In other words, these duties are rights of Religious Governance including loyalty to sovereignty, Support and response to demands of authority and etc. It is worthy to mention, the main aim of these rights and duties has been devised to provide the felicitous life for people in the world and hereafter.

This article takes up Diogenes again, investigating some of the reasons Diogenes has been unappreciated, and making a case for Diogenes' mind-based teleology as a significant philosophical contribution. The sophists, too, have suffered from the charge, which goes back to Plato, of not being “real” philosophers. Diogenes did not bother himself with, or was not interested in, showing in what sense the world is organized in the best possible manner; this looked to him as something that happened as a matter of course. What did interest him, on the other hand, was to show what the thing that exercised intelligence is. From this point of view, the emphasis is definitely not on teleology, but rather on noetics. Here, primary textual evidence is available, for the fragments, as well as Simplicius's presentation of them, definitely support the view that the point of Diogenes' argumentation was to show that intelligence is air's.

Nowadays, there are a lot of many things in society that leads to pro and contra issues. For example, violence in education. This is against to child protection laws in Indonesia. In Islamic education, hitting a child is allowed.  It based on the hadith of our Prophet Muhammad SAW. Of course, this action has to follow the rule, and it has an educational purpose. This study aims to know how reward and punishment applied based on the Islamic educational's point of view.  Another aim is to know the revelation of reward and punishment in education mistake is allowed, but it has to pay attention to the way how to hit the child appropriately. A child is allowed to be running only with a light hit, and it aims to give him/her a reminder about his/her mistake. This action against to the child protection laws in Indonesia since no violence in education. In the other hand, a teacher has a right and an obligation to be obeyed. In the rules,  it mentioned that a teacher has a right to give the student sanctions only in the one condition: it based on the code of educators' ethics.

The history of the Prophet Adam Alaihi salam became the starting point of human civilization, as the caliph and the first man of course the history and pearl of education became the focus for researchers to see further the appropriateness of the value of the caliph's education to be applied at this time. Looking at the value of the caliph's education as a prospered of the earth will lead to the creation of universal human well-being because it will return to the principles of education per the nature of human creation. The history of the prophet Adam alaihi salam is a solution that can be a reference to the model of Islamic education because basically the prophet and apostle are the first teachers (educators) sent to this earth to guide his people not to deviate from the concept of its creator. On the other hand, the history of the Prophet Adam Alaihi Salam is among the 25 prophets and messengers mentioned in the Quran and the implications of the pillars of faith that must be believed and believed to be true, in this case studying the story are part of the guidance of the pillars of faith that certainly affect the journey believers, This paper can to some extent provide a new formula in exploring the Islamic education system through the study of the history of the Prophet Adam Alaihi Salam starting from its creator, the interaction between angels and God as well as the influence and involvement of the devil in heaven as a process of maturity.

One of the consequences of the breakdown of physical barriers between the various peoples of the world has been that the question of the relationships between the major religious traditions still actively functioning at the present time has become more acute than it ever has been before. Previously a degree of exclusivity, either partial or total, could be maintained without adherents of one particular tradition being seriously troubled by the fact that elsewhere men worshipped ‘other gods’ through other forms. To maintain a rigorous exclusivity today in the name of one particular tradition is a far more difficult matter, for it means denying the validity of what appear to be manifestations of the Spirit outside this particular tradition; and to go to these lengths would be a sign of an extreme prejudice. But how, on the other hand, is one to account for these manifestations? Are they simply to be regarded as evidence of the Spirit blowing where he wills? Or do they indicate the intrinsic sacred quality of the traditional forms through which they occur, with the implication that each tradition within which they do occur is equally and fully with each other such tradition a divinely-instituted way of spirituai realisation? It is to this latter point of view that many most seriously concerned with the question are now tending to subscribe. Yet it does have serious implications. One of these is that it appears to involve the assumption, tacit or explicit, not only that there are the particular traditions themselves but also that there is something which one can only describe as the Tradition: a body of doctrine or form of revelation which is intrinsically superior to other religious traditions and which in some manner completes or subsumes them. How does this come about and what does it amount to?
