Homosexual is an attraction feeling, sexually, to people of one’s own sex. Based on the internal factor, homosexual people – from teenager age – basically have feelings and tendency only to men not women. Meanwhile, from the external aspect, homosexual is done because of friends, lifestyle, or environment. Furthermore, the internal aspect of homosexual is due to genetic factor. Children who were born with genetic and hormonal disorders would grow up based on their sexual deviance. Besides, the external aspect of homosexual comes from outside. In addition, the external factors could be begun from parental education, neighborhood, physic or psychological abuse, social-media effects, and friendships. As a result, the homosexual doer would have unnecessary future, morally or socially. Moreover, the psychological and religious approach would be needed. The therapy is demanded in order to restore the awareness of homosexual doers about their true identity as human.

The role of a father in a family is not only as a leader and living-earner. However, a father also has a rule to build children personality like self-acceptance so in the next days they could be great people. Moreover, there is an assumption that one of the reason the existence of LGBT people due to lack of father’s role at home. In addition, self-acceptance is one of significant factors in building one’s personality and behavior. Psychological issues such as hysteric feelings, sexual impotence, kleptomaniac, etc occurs because of lack of self-acceptance. Therefore, self-acceptance is also important for people who eager to recover from their illness since without the self-acceptance people would be in the pain, an introvert, hopeless, and isolated themselves from others.

The existence of lesbian, gay, bisexual, or transgender (in Indonesia known as LGBT) has become a sexual problem ini human’s life. These minority people considerably have a sexual deviance in their life. Therefore, sometimes, they are discriminated and violated by people who dislike their existence. Eventhough, on the other side, every man has an affinity rights in Law. Besides, LGBT is not an epidemic disease in society entirely. Some of them has contributed in the historical event in the past. Thus, through this article, the writer would present the information of LGBT’s life from historical and religious perspective.

LGBT is a deviance through mass media and social based, and specific researches about gender. Nonetheless, there is a hidden agenda to support some communities that argue their ontology, axiology, and epistemology. Furthermore, the narrative argument developed by pro LGBT side has considerably changed the human nature. Thus, this thought should be rectified wisely in order to avoid unnecessary issues. Moreover, based on the researches on the text media, LGBT promotes their activities through some ways. 1) Reinterpret the verses about LGBT by creating a counter-interpretation and bringing it up on the contemporary context. 2) Use the research based that is performed by the scientists to legalize their ideas. 3) Utilize the human rights as a legal protection. 4) Engage with gender issue as an initial point to catch the public opinion. 5) Handle the printed media. 6) Control the electronic media. 7) Work on social media.

Islam prohibits Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender because of ignoring the human nature. Thus, on Jinayah perspective (Islamic Criminal Law) the LGBT behaviors are categorised as Jarimah (Criminality), and the subjects of LGBT should be punished legally (‘uqubah). Furthermore, the classification of law on LGBT to create the justice related to Islam as a religion (hifdz al-dī), genetic issue (hifdz an-Nasl), intelligence (hifdz al-‘aql), soul (hifdz an-Nafs) and poverty (hifdz al-māl). Furthermore, based on Jinayah perspective, homosexual (al-Liwaṭh/as-Sihaq) is classified as jarimah zina so the subjects would be whipped a hundred times and isolated for one year (if the doer is ghairu muhshan). Then, if the subject is muhshan, he/she would be thrown by stones until death. Meanwhile, the bisexual people would be sanctioned by ta'zir; the government (uli al-‘amr) would decide the punishment.

The Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender (in Indonesia known as LGBT) are fahisyah (bad/nasty) behaviors that are clearly prohibited in Islam. Those behaviors were performed by Prophet Luth people in the past and be included in Quran and Hadith. The fuqaha agreed that the behaviors are forbidden for Moslems since the negative impact to the doers and societies. Furthermore, the Islamic Law has categorized the punishmet to those who practice the behaviors. First, the doer would be killed or rajam (being thrown with stones until death). Second, the similar punishment to people who practice adultery or free sex (zina); If the doer is married (muhsan), the sanction is rajam, and if the doer is not married yet (ghairu muhsan), he/she would be whipped a hundred times. Third, the performer of those behaviors would be punished by the government or a judge (ta’zir), the level of the sanction would be decided by the government or a judge fairly. Moreover, the government, ulama, and societies have an important role to avoid these nasty behaviors through the implementation of the rules formally, and verbal persuasion.

Gay were victims of sexual abuse who tends to blame and thought to be the cause of sexual violence. Sexual orientation tend to be justification the cause of action of sexual abuse. This paper describes exploration paradox of sexual violence on gay children, and act done by state in effort to protection the victims. The reseacrh method used was descriptive analysis approach. Data collection used was secondary data from literature and scientific journals. On gay children as the victim justifiying as a criminal of sexual violence because his sexual orientation.

Lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender phenomenon is one of the alternative lifestyle that spreads in Indonesia which is experienced by teenagers. It creates new problem for teenagers, their family, and their surroundings. The biggest problem in this case is there’s no specific step for counselor and psychiatrist to help transgender, gay, or lesbian counselee. This article deals with the new issue of homosexuality from the perspective of human rights international law (HAM) and Pancasila. The result of understanding towards human rights international law as well as towards Indonesia law (Pancasila) as the blessings for the universe places human beings in the most respected position. However there emerge the phenomenon of non-mainstream sexual orientation, such as lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) which is believed part of propaganda of human rights. The fundamental principle of the concept of state law is rule by law is not rule by man, which means that the law was intended implies enforcement of recognition, equality, individual freedom, and human rights. But in Indonesia has the concept of a state of law that has the characteristics of Pancasila, because Pancasila is Staats fundamental norm for Indonesia, so that the implementation of the concept of state of law in Indonesia should be underlying by moral principle from precepts of the Pancasila, and therefore the author tried to look at the characteristics of the concept of state law Pancasila. Even if these laws are loosely enforced, their mere existence translates into legal and societal stigmatization by branding LGBT people as immoral. In essence, Indonesia need to present frontline in keep identity his people and do not terikut current globalization who break the identity of we, then the it must be remembered our country legal state and also crusader for human rights was one understand liberalism being without batas.oleh therefore, let us back at the identity of, back to of philosophy pancasila and the constitution of 1945 by means of infuse religious values and culture sublime. then, Pancasila wiil reject LGBT

Nowadays, the education world challenges a great issue regarding Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender (LGBT). Thus, parental and formal educations have significant effect to anticipate these problems through early sex education. Furthermore, sex education is an effort performed by parents and teachers to create positive behaviors towards children about sex and gender whether generally or based on Islam point of view. As a result, the goal of sex education is children could avoid – socially and morally – the negative behavior of sexual disorders in the future.

Development urgency in the border area is can not touches all of community aspects in life. While the implementation of development is not equal for people who live in the border area. This paper described about women empowerment of Bidai plaiting. One of the community business border rely on local resources is the product of Bidai. This paper using secondary of the data and field observation, then analized in the form of descriptive research. Based on the field data and analysis showing that the government and stakeholder is to be an effort to community empowering, mainly woman in the developing business of Bidai craft.
