This research aims to determine the effect of Workload, Work Stress and Work Environment on Employee Performance in the Production Section of PT. INKA Multi Solusi Madiun and the second to find out the most dominant variable among the variables of workload, work stress and work environment on the performance of the employees of PT. INKA Multi Madiun Solutions. The population in this study were all employees of PT. INKA Multi Madiun Solutions and the sample used in this study were 304 employees using Simple Random Sampling. The data analysis method used is Multiple Linear Regression with the help of SPSS. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Workload has a negative effect (-1,052) and has no significant effect on the performance of the employees of PT. INKA Multi Solusi Madiun, (2) Work stres has a negative effect (-5.120) and is significant on the performance of the employes of PT. INKA Multi Solusi Madiun, (3) The work environment has a positive effect (10,873) and is significant on the performance of the employes of PT. INKA Multi Madiun Solutions, and (4) Workload, Work Stress and Work Environment have a positive effect on (49,969) and are significant together on the performance of employees   of PT. INKA Multi Madiun Solutions.

This study aims to analyze the effect of work stress, workload and work environment on employee performance at PT. Jocelyn Anugrah Jaya. This research was conducted with a probability sampling method with a simple random sampling type. Researchers distributed questionnaires to 100 employees of PT Jocelyn Anugrah Jaya. Data analysis using multiple regression analysis with the help of SPSS ver. 25. The results of the analysis concluded that work stress has a significant negative effect on employee performance while the workload and work environment have a positive effect on the performance of employees of PT. Jocelyn Anugrah JayaPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh stres kerja, beban kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Jocelyn Anugrah Jaya. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode probability sampling dengan jenis simple random sampling. Peneliti menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 100 karyawan PT Jocelyn Anugrah Jaya. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi ganda dengan bantu SPSS ver. 25. Hasil analisis menyimpulkan bahwa stres kerja berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan sedangkan beban kerja dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Jocelyn Anugrah Jaya

<em>This study aims to determine the Effect of Leadership and Organizational Culture on Employee Performance of PT. Kao Indonesia. The population in this study amounted to 300 employees. By using the Slovin formula a sample of 75 employees was obtained. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling. This study uses a quantitative approach, data for this study were obtained through a questionnaire that was filled out by respondents who had been determined. The data analysis method used is a simple and multiple linear regression analysis method. The research results partially show that leadership has a significant effect on employee performance. Organizational culture has a significant effect on employee performance. While simultaneously leadership variables and organizational culture have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Kao Indonesia.</em>

Organizational goals can be achieved with the company's HR performance. Poor performance will have an impact on the company's image and certainly slow down the process in achieving organizational goals. This study was conducted to determine the effect of workload and work environment on employee performance and the role of work stress as mediating variables. This study took 42 employees as respondents using a questionnaire, with a saturated sampling method. Path analysis was used. The results of the study indicate that workload has a negative effect on employee performance. Work environment has a positive effect on employee performance. Job stress has a negative influence on employee performance. This study also found that work stress mediates the effect of workload and work environment on employee performance. Based on the results of this study, it is expected that further research is able to examine the performance of employees with respondents and more complex research locations. The results of this study are also expected to be used as a reference and consideration for companies in decision making related to employee performance. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of workload, work environment, and work stress on the performance of employees of private universities in the city of Bandung, Indonesia. This research uses a descriptive verification method which was conducted on 150 employees of private universities in the city of Bandung. Data collection techniques in this study used questionnaires. Data analysis techniques using correlation analysis, regression, determination and hypothesis testing (t-test). The results of hypothesis testing prove that workload has a negative effect on employee performance, the work environment has a positive effect on employee performance, and work stress has a negative effect on employee performance.

This study aims to determine the effect of work conflict, work stress and work motivation on employee performance in advanced Hardware in Madiun. The hypothesis proposed in this study is; (1) It is suspected that Work Conflict has positive and significant effect on Employee Performance in Advanced Hardware Madiun, (2) Suspected Work Stress has a negative and significant effect on Employee Performance in Advanced Hardware Madiun, (3) Suspected Work Motivation has positive and significant effect on Employee Performance Advanced Hardware Madiun and (4) Allegedly Work Conflict, Job Stress, Work Motivation have positive and significant influence together on Employee Performance in Advanced Hardware Madiun. The population in this study were 64 employees at the Advanced Hardware Madiun Electronics Section. The sample used is Saturated Sampling means that all members of the population used as samples from this study were all employees of Advanced Hardware Madiun Electronics Section, totaling 64 employees. Data analysis method used is multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS. The results showed that; (1) Work Conflict has a positive effect (2,830) and significant effect on Employee Performance in Advanced Hardware Madiun, (2) Job Stress has a positive effect (2,513) and significant effect on Employee Performance in Advanced Hardware Madiun, (3) Work Motivation has a positive effect (2,152) and significant Employees at Advanced Hardware Madiun, and (4) Work Conflict, Job Stress, and Work Motivation have a positive effect of 5.164 and significant jointly on Employee Performance at Advanced Hardware Madiun.

This study aims to determine the effect of work stress and work discipline on employee performance at Manggarai Station, South Jakarta. The type of research used is probability sampling with a quantitative approach. The sample used in this study used a simple random sampling technique. The data obtained are primary data from the results of respondents' answers to questionnaires distributed by 115 respondents and processed using the SPPS (Statistic Product and Service Solution) software program 17. In the f test the variable Job Stress and Work Discipline together (simultaneous) affect the Employee Performance. The results of the study show that in the t test (partial) the Job Stress variable negatively affects Employee Performance and Work Discipline variables have a positive effect on Employee Performance. The aim of this study is to examine the effect of work stress on employee performance with locus of control (LoC) as moderating variable. This research was conducted at Hotel Novotel Bali Benoa with 73 employees as sample. Samplingtechnique used was probability sampling, especially proportionate stratified random sampling. Data were collected through questionnaire containing 24 indicators of job stress, LoC, and employee performance. Data analysis technique implemented was Moderated Regression Analysis. The findings show that work stress is negatively affect employee performance. Locus of control has significant effect on the performance of the employees. In contrast to expectation, internal LoC has negative effect employeeperformance. Additionally, LoC emerges as moderating variable at the effect of work stress on employee performance

Organizational commitment is a level or awareness of a person to recognize the extent of an organization and is bound to its goals so as to accelerate the organization to achieve its objectives. Competence is knowledge, skills, and abilities that are mastered by someone who has become a part of him, so he can do cognitive, affective, and psychomotor behaviors as well as possible. Employee performance is the result of work in quality and quantity achieved by someone in carrying out their functions in accordance with the responsibilities given to him.The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of commitment and competence on employee performance at PT. BPR Duta Bali. The sampling technique used is a saturated sampling technique. The sample in this study was 40 employees. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS program. The results of the study state that the commitment variable has a positive effect on employee performance. Competency variables do not affect employee performance. Commitment and competency variables simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance

This study aimed to determine the effect of work environment, training, and competence on work satisfaction in improving employee performance. The object in this study is PT. Asaputex Jaya, located in Tegal City, engaged in woven sarong’s trading business with the Korma Tree brand. The sample used in this study was determined by a simple random sampling method, obtaining 105 respondents. The data in this study were obtained through a questionnaire that was filled out independently. The analysis used in this study uses the analysis method of Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). This study proves and concludes that: work environment and work training have a significant positive effect on work satisfaction. However, competence does not affect work satisfaction. Besides, the work environment negatively affects employee performance, and work training does not affect employee performance. Also, competence and work satisfaction have a significant positive effect on employee performance. Further research must develop more varied models to provide different research findings, such as adding work stress variables, work motivation, work discipline, and others.

<p>This research on health service employees who are in Jakarta wants to observe the work stress experienced and how the risks will arise from organizational commitment and employee performance. The design of this research is to use a survey method with cross-section data collection using a questionnaire. A total of 82 employees of the Private Hospital consisting of Doctors, Nurses and Staff as respondents in this study, were determined by utilizing the simple random sampling method. The data analysis method used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) as a design in analyzing data analysis on testing research hypotheses. The results of the study present the results that work stress has a negative and significant impact on organizational commitment, then work stress that has a negative and significant impact on employee performance, then high organizational commitment can actually cause a positive and significant impact on employee performance.</p>
