Corporate value is the representation of people’s judgement towards the company’s performance in general that usually correlated with stock price. Maximizing corporate value is the main goal of a company. By doing so, it will also improve the prosperity of shareholders. This present study aims to analyze the influence of capital structure, dividend policy, and profitability towards the corporate value by involving firm size as the moderator variable. The subjects are the companies of consumer goods industry sector that has been registered in Indonesia Stock Exchange from 201 until 2016. The result showed that capital structure, dividend policy, and profitability simultaneously have influence towards the corporate value with coefficient of determination (R2) 20.17%. Thus, moderately, firm size can negatively moderate the correlation between capital structures towards corporate value. However, it cannot moderate the correlation between ldividend policies towards the corporate value. Keywords: Corporate Value, Capital Structure, Dividend Policy, Profitability, Firm Size

Financial instrument shares as part-ownership rights of a company which is evidence of or participation in a company. This study analyzes the effect of profitability, solvency, activity liquidity, and company size on pharmaceutical companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange for 2013 – 2019. This study will also examine the dividend policy variable used as the moderating variable in the research model. The population is pharmaceutical companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2013 – 2019. All populations in this study were used as research samples of as many as nine companies. Moreover, the number of observations used was 63 observations. The type of data used is secondary data and the data analysis technique used in Panel Data Regression Analysis and Interaction Moderating Test with the help of EViews10 software. This study indicates that at alpha five percent, profitability and firm size have a significant positive effect on stock prices. In contrast, solvency, liquidity, and activity ratios have no significant effect on stock prices. This study also shows that dividend policy can strengthen the influence of solvency and liquidity on stock prices. However, dividend policy cannot moderate profitability, activity, firm size on stock prices. Keywords: Profitability, solvency, liquidity, activity, company size, dividend policy, stock price.

Every company, especially companies that have gone public have value. The value that is owned by the company is a perception that comes from investors to the level of achievement of the success of a company in managing various resources that are controlled and owned which is reflected in the stock price of the company in the market. This study aims to determine the effect of profitability, capital structure, company size, and dividend policy on firm value. The companies in this study are manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange during the period of 2015 to 2018. The population of this research is all manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange in 2015-2018. The research sample of 11 companies. The technique used in the sampling of this study used a purposive sampling technique. In this study secondary data was obtained from the Indonesian Capital Market Directory. Data analysis techniques using descriptive statistics and testing using the classic assumption test. Testing the research hypothesis using multiple linear regression test, simultaneous test (F test), partial test (t test), and coefficient of determination test (R2 test). The results showed that simultaneous profitability, capital structure, company size, and dividend policy significantly influence the value of manufacturing companies. Partially, profitability has a positive and significant effect on firm value, capital structure has a positive and significant effect on firm value, company size has a negative and significant effect on firm value, and dividend policy has positive and not significant effect on firm value.

This research aimed to analyze the effect of profitability and capital structure on the Company value with Dividend policy as a moderating variable in consumption companies which registered on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2014-2018 Period. The sample in this research is Consumption Company with food and drink subsector, cigarette, pharmacy, cosmetics, household goods and household appliances. The data collection technique used Purposive Sampling, so it is obtained 15 companies with 5 years of observations to 75 observations. Data analysis tools used SmartPLS 3.0. The analysis results shows that profitability has positive and significant effect on the company value, modal structure has positive and significant effect on the company value, and dividend policy is unable to moderate the effect of capital structure on the company value. The profitability and capital structure can explains the company value of 85,6% while the rest is 14,4% explains by the other variables. The analysis prove that a well-managed capital structure will increase the company's profitability and value, so the capital gains are greater and investors expect capital gains rather than dividends.

Determining the optimal cash dividend policy a company should consider several factors. An optimal dividend policy is required because it can create a balance between dividends and current growth in the next period. The purpose of this study is to obtain empirical evidence on the effect of free cash flow and leverage on dividend policy and firm size capability in moderating the effect of free cash flow and leverage against dividend policy. Companies going public listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) year 2013-2017 is the location of research with purposive sampling as a method of determining the sample. Companies that meet the criteria are 10 companies with a total of 39 observations. Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) was used to test in this research. The result showed that free cash flow had positive and leverage effect negatively on dividend policy. The study also found that firm size is able to strengthen the effect of free cash flow on dividend policy and weaken the influence of leverage on dividend policy. The established entity has the aim to increase the value of the company. the company's stock price can be a reference for valuing a company. This study aims to test and prove empirically the effect of profitability and ownership structure on firm value with dividend policy as an intervening variable. The research data is in the form of annual company report data listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2011 to 2016. Data analysis was performed using path analysis. The results showed that profitability and dividend policy had a significant positive effect on dividend policy, while the ownership structure had no effect on dividend policy. Profitability and dividend policy variables proved to have a significant effect on firm value, while ownership structure did not affect company value.

Objective: This paper explores whether the firm size and capital structure have an impact on corporate valuation. Then it will raise profitability as an intervening variable on the effect of company size and capital structure on corporate valuation. Research Design & Methods: Data gathering method is finalized by using the documentation method. In this study, data were obtained from published financial reports. Samples from this study were 30 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Findings: The results exhibited that firm size affected profitability and firm value. In the meantime, the capital structure has a big influence on performance and does not affect the company's valuation. Profitability has a positive effect on corporate value. This study also concludes that profitability can mediate firm size to firm value. Conversely, profitability cannot mediate capital structure on corporate value.   Implications & Recommendations: This study offers empirical evidence that profitability can be an intervening variable in firm size's effect on firm value. In further research, other variables can be added, which are considered to mediate company size and capital structure on corporate value.  Contribution & Value Added: This study's results contribute to the financial literature, especially those related to public corporations' value in Indonesia. As a practical contribution, stockholders can use this study's outcomes as additional information in investment decisions.

Companies that issued shares to raise funds, must set aside some of the profits to be distributed as dividends. Dividend policy is a policy of how large distributions to the company's shareholders in proportion to the number of shares owned. Companies should establish a policy of dividend because the distribution of dividend will have an impact on corporate value as reflected in stock prices. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis which were processed using SPSS version 22. This study aimed to examine the effect on firm growth, debt policy, collateralizable assets, and firm size to dividend policy of the company. The sample used in this study were 105 companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange from the period 2012-2014. Empirically, it was found that the firm growth and firm size were affected to the dividend policy of the company, while the debt policy and collateralizable assets were not affected to the dividend policy of the company.

The purpose of this study to determine the effect of firm size, leverage, and profitability to the value of companies in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) partially or simultaneously. This research tested the hypothesis that there is influence of firm size, leverage, and profitability to the value of companies in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The research method used is multiple linear regression statistic method.The results showed that firm size variables have no effect on firm value, leverage has no effect on firm value, profitability has positive influence to firm value. While simultaneously there is influence of firm size, leverage, and profitability to firm value with coefficient of determination (adjusted R2) obtained equal to 0,28, indicating that 28% company value can be influenced by firm size, leverage, and profitability, while side 72% The value of the company is influenced by the variables that are not examined in this research. The limitations of this study is to examine the effect of firm size, leverage, and profitability on firm value. While other variables that affect the value of the company is expected to be examined by further researchers.Keywords: Firm Size, Leverage, Profitability, Corporate Value

Investment is carried out with the purpose of obtaining benefits. One of the investor benchmarks before invest their capital to a company is by monitoring its stock price. The objective of the research is to know the financial ratio indicated through a capital structure (DER), Firm size, dividend policy (DPR) towards the stock price. The researcher collects data by pulling documentation study sampling and purposive sampling to obtain 24 companies as research samples. In this research, data were analyzed using the Regression Testing method. The researcher found out that DER, Firm Size, DPR simultaneously affecting the stock price of Trade, Service & Investment companies from the year 2014 to 2018. Investors are expected to observe DER, Firm Size, DPR prior to investing. Investasi dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk memperoleh keuntungan sesuai dengan yang diharapkan. Salah satu hal yang menjadi tolak ukur bagi investor untuk menanamkan modalnya kepada suatu perusahaan adalah dengan melihat harga saham perusahaan tersebut. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui rasio keuangan yang diwakili oleh struktur modal (DER), ukuran perusahaan (firm size), kebijakan dividen (DPR) terhadap harga saham. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan purposive sampling, dan di dapat sebanyak 24 sampel perusahaan dari 133 populasi perusahaan sector Trade, Service & Investment yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2014-2018. Model analisis mengunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan DER, Firm size, DPR berpengaruh terhadap harga saham pada perusahaan Trade, Service & Investment 2014-2018. Bagi investor di harapkan memperhatikan DER, Firm Size, DPR sebelum berinvestasi.

The company has a specific goal by increasing the prosperity of its owners and shareholders through increasing company value. This study aims to determine the effect of capital structure (DER), firm size (total assets) and profitability (ROA) on firm value (PBV). The object of this study is the food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) 2015-2019. This study used a purposive sampling method with several specified criteria, and a sample size of 12 companies, and obtained for five years from the annual financial reports, so that a total of 60 company samples. The type of data used in this study is secondary data, where the data obtained from a ready-made form, has been collected and has been processed by other parties in the form of a sample of company annual financial statements. To determine the effect of independent variables on dependent variables, the analysis method used is descriptive statistical test, classical assumptions, multiple regression analysis, hypothesis testing, t test, f test, and analysis of the coefficient of determination using the SPSS program. The results of this study indicate that capital structure has a positive and significant effect on firm value, firm size has a positive and significant effect on firm value, and profitability has a positive and significant effect on firm value.
