Koleksi perpustakaan terus mengalami perkembangan dengan pesat seiring dengan perkembangan teknologi informasi yang dapat menyebabkan banjir informasi. Hal itu berdampak pada pemakai informasi yang merasa terkendala dalam memilih dan mendapatkan informasi yang relevan dengan apa yang dibutuhkannya. Daya tarik kemas ulang informasi koleksi perpustakaan dapat menjadi salah satu solusi untuk menjawab kegelisahan para pemakai informasi. Dengan kemas ulang informasi koleksi perpustakaan yang dapat menghasilkan kemasan informasi yang lebih menarik, relevan, dan cepat dalam temu kembali informasi, menjadikan pemustaka dapat dengan cepat, tepat, dan mudah menemukan informasi yang dibutuhkan sehingga merasa puas terhadap layanan perpustakaan dalam memenuhi kebutuhan informasi mereka. Pemustaka akan diuntungkan dengan adanya kemas ulang informasi koleksi perpustakaan karena akan menghemat biaya dan waktu dari pemustaka dalam proses pencarian, pemilihan dan pemerolehan informasi yang dibutuhkan. Library collections continue to develop rapidly, and information technology development that can cause a flood of information. It impacts information users who feel constrained in choosing and getting information that is relevant to what they need. The appeal of repacking library collection information can be one solution to answer the anxiety of information users. By repacking library collection information that can produce more engaging, relevant, and fast packaging of information in re-meeting information, making the library can quickly, precisely, and easily find the required information so that they are satisfied with library services in meeting their information needs. The library will benefit from the re-mission of library collection information because it will save the cost and time of the library in the process of searching, selecting and obtaining the required information.

Abstract. UPN "Veteran" Jakarta Library wants to keep abreast of information technology development that can improve library quality. Smartphone with android operating system nowadays is one of knowing information technology that developed rapidly. The advantages of smartphones using android operating system is the ability to run multiple applications simultaneously, ease of access, and has a relatively cheap price with a lot of functions. The UPN "Veteran" JakartaLibrary currently has limitations in providing a collection search facility due to the less roomy space, the cost of electricity, and also the ergonomics of the device. Online Public Access Catalog (OPAC) or that can be known byonline catalog is a useful facility for the user and library in providing the means. Development OPAC withandroid-basedis expected to provide solutions to problems that can help users and also UPN "Veteran" JakartaLibrary in providing excellent service. In this research article will be presented about the stages of OPAC with android-bases development in UPN "Veteran" Jakarta Library by using System Development Life Cyle (SDLC) method. From the result of the research, it is concluded that thedevelopment of OPAC with android-bases in UPN "Veteran" Jakarta Library has been able to provide ten parameters of OPAC third generation. With the android-based OPAC is expected to help the user infinding the collection with the limitations of the search facilities provided by UPN "Veteran" Jakarta as well as providing variations in searching collection at OPAC library UPN "Veteran" Jakarta.Keywords: Development, OPAC, Android

The relevance of the article is because in parallel with the processes of introduction of innovations in the field of automation and computerization of the banking system, the number of types of banking risks associated with innovations in the field of on-line customer service and internal Bank reporting, as well as information systems. As a result of this article, we have studied the latest legislative acts of the Central Bank of Russia as a mega-regulator and summarized the practice of both individual credit institutions and the banking sector in the field of information technology development risks in the banking sector. This paper presents a manufacturing systems engineering view of important issues relating to IT research and development. It argues for an approach to the next phase of information technology development which is heavily based on real-world applications with the dominant influences held by educated users and engineers who have added computing skills, rather than information technologists. It argues for ‘consolidation’ with particular attention to total systems integration and an emphasis on the need to professionally engineer the human interface.

This paper discusses the role of the kiai's leadership in pesantren education in an effort to strengthen the Industrial Revolution 4.0 industry. Pesantren is an ideal education system that attempts to provide education to the community to develop the existing potential, because pesantren santri in pesantren are not only given religious knowledge, santri are also taught to live independently, have character and innovate through pesantren activities. The pesantren is one of the institutions of Islamic education that will produce a generation of Indonesians into 'ulama', Muslim scholars and generations who have national character and morality. The current stage of information technology development is characterized as digital called BCG (Boston Consulting Group) digitalization, while the analog period in agriculture is over, the industry has entered the digital era, which means that by 2050 the use of new generation technologies will be able to increase the productivity of world agriculture by 70 %. The main stages of information technology development in the world considers some of the most important areas of it technology development and global trends in the digital transformation of the agro-industrial complex based on the analysis of global scientific achievements, research reports, articles by well-known scientists, scientific and expert organizations have been investigated in the article. The main trends that determine the conceptual development of the so-called “Smart (digital) agriculture” are identified, the active use of elements of which contributes in every possible way to the highly rational social, economic, technical and technological development of the agricultural sector. A promising area is Precision Animal Husbandry (similar to Precision Farming). Among the elements of Precision Animal Husbandry the most widely used are identification and monitoring of individual animals using modern information technologies (feeding ration, milk yield, growth, body temperature, activity), meeting their individual needs; automatic regulation of the microclimate and control of harmful gases; monitoring the health of the herd, product quality; electronic database of the production process; robotization of the milking process.
