The Great American Outdoors Act (AGOA) fully and permanently funds the Land and Water Conservation Fund for the first time since it was created in 1964. This is a boon for purchasing conservation lands, but equally important, the act provides funding to address massive federal agency recreation infrastructure backlogs. The last major overhaul of the U.S. parks and outdoor recreation system was over 50 years ago, during the era of Mission 66 and related programs. Since that time, a host of environmental and societal changes necessitates new approaches for updating conservation and recreation opportunities. In addition to acquiring critical park and conservation lands, and developing and updating facilities, new park and recreation goals include increasing public use and visitor diversity and advancing environmental justice, public health, and large-scale conservation goals. Integrated systems analyses are needed to address these diverse concerns across landscapes, regions, and jurisdictions, and new interagency and interdisciplinary approaches will be needed. This is a bureaucratic crossroads: for the first time in decades we can truly advance public access, human health, and social equity values of public lands; the GAOA is a critical process step toward, but not the culmination of, this goal.

Over the past decade, due in part to the global economic crisis, a significant part of the bank branches have been closed in the European banking system, but in Hungary this proportion has been significantly higher than the European average. Therefore, the aim of the present study is to explore what aspects of commercial banks are taken into account when deciding where to be present within bank branches. This will also reveal the spatial dimension of public access to financial services. The present study seeks to answer the question of which socio-economic factors and in what form they affect the spatial structure of bank branches. The settlement-level examination can also provide additional indication of which settlements may be affected by further bank branch closures. Linear regression based on Ordinary Least Squares (OLS) parameter estimation was used to explore the factors influencing the location of bank branches. In addition, the possible clustering of bank branches was observed, i.e., whether spatial autocorrelation was present at certain stages of the analysis. Geographically Weighted Regression (GWR) was also estimated in the present study. Based on the results of the research, the resident population, the proportion of enterprises per capita, the average income, the number of neighbouring bank branches and the type of settlement all proved to be significant factors that may encourage decision-makers to establish a bank branch.

The current development of information technology on the activities of people's daily lives is very influential. Where in doing an activity that takes a lot of time can be shortened to complete it. One of the things that we can see at this time is in the field of education. Education service technology is feasible if the government, education service providers, and the community all work together. The problem is how to build information system technology that can provide educational service processes without intervening in existing operational standards. The New Student Admissions Information System is a website-based platform designed to enable public access to information about schools and the new student registration process. The waterfall approach was used to construct this information system, together with the PHP programming language, the Codeigniter 3 framework, the MVC pattern, and the MySQL database. The results obtained in the form of a new student admission information system website that provides services related to registration, and processing of registration data by the school administration. With this research, it is expected to facilitate new student admission officers at Al Azhar Islamic Elementary School 32 Padang to process data well, and help parents to register their children as new students at Al Azhar Islamic Elementary School 32 Padang.

Insurance is an arrangement whereby the insurer binds the insured by receiving a premium, to compensate for the loss, damage, or loss of projected profits that the company may incur as a result of an uncertain event. Regarding the economy, insurance refers to an economic agreement that eliminates or reduces negative impacts in the future due to different possibilities (Asriyadi, 2019: 50). Sharia insurance is one of the institutions that provide services in the service sector, emerging in the midst of society, most of which are still do not understand about sharia insurance and use it. This causes people to be reluctant to use insurance services by labeling sharia. Marketing strategy is essentially a comprehensive, integrated and integrated plan in the field of marketing that provides guidance on the activities to be carried out to achieve the marketing goals of an entrepreneur. Entrepreneurship is a form of activity of people who are able to face challenges and take advantage of existing opportunities, while realizing a vision. Sharia insurance products cover 4,444 different products, namely insurance products with 4,444 savings items and 4,444 non-saving insurance products. Non-savings insurance products cover 4,444 individuals' health, personal accident and personal Al-Khairat. AlKhairat is for those who intend to replace the heirs if the participant experiences death during the agreement period (Ramadhani, 2015). To improve their products, many insurance companies are innovating by introducing new features, such as health insurance. Facilitate public access to insurance, especially for health insurance. Technological developments are experiencing rapid progress which will provide convenience in accessing information and in managing resources effectively and efficiently. This development has also spawned innovations, especially in financial technology that can facilitate public access to financial services, one of which is e-Payment. This study aims to obtain empirical evidence regarding the effect of perceived benefits, perceived ease of use and perceived risk on MSME's intention to use e-Payment as a Payment Method. This study uses a theory, namely The Theory Acceptance Model (TAM) which is modified by adding a risk perception variable. The data used in this study are primary data obtained from online questionnaires distributed to 95 MSMEs throughout the city of Padang which were selected using the non-probability sampling method with the Slovin formula. The data analysis technique used is SEM (Structural Equation Model) using SmartPLS 3.0 software. From the results of this study indicate that of all the constructs that have been tested, namely the perception of benefits, ease of use and risk affect the intention of MSMEs in using e-Payment as a payment method. In this study, the TAM theory coupled with risk perception has proven that the independent variable in this study can explain its influence on the behavioral intention variable by 48.5% on the intention variable.

Poverty is much experienced by disabled people and vice versa. Having less or even no chance to public access has caused the feeling of uncertainty and social unworthiness.  Social insecurity triggers anxiety about everything, and mostly about people’s self-confidence to create a relationship with others. Of Mice and Men represents society’s bad treatment for two disabled characters. The paralyzed condition, which is also worsened by their low-financial status, makes the two characters have some problems in adapting themselves to society. This paper aims to discuss kinds of social insecurity constituted at the intersection of disabilities and poverty using qualitative research analysis and descriptive methods. Intersectionality theory helps this paper to see and understand how oppression is formed because of people’s multiple identities. The result of this paper showed that the multiple identities of disabled people become barriers that give them the feeling of insecure to build relations with others and improve their life.

Background: Drug-induced liver injury (DILI) is a leading cause of drug failure, accounting for nearly 20% of drug withdrawal. Thus, there has been a great demand for in silico DILI prediction models for successful drug discovery. To date, various models have been developed for DILI prediction; however, building an accurate model for practical use in drug discovery remains challenging. Methods: We constructed an ensemble model composed of three high-performance DILI prediction models to utilize the unique advantage of each machine learning algorithm. Results: The ensemble model exhibited high predictive performance, with an area under the curve of 0.88, sensitivity of 0.83, specificity of 0.77, F1-score of 0.82, and accuracy of 0.80. When a test dataset collected from the literature was used to compare the performance of our model with publicly available DILI prediction models, our model achieved an accuracy of 0.77, sensitivity of 0.82, specificity of 0.72, and F1-score of 0.79, which were higher than those of the other DILI prediction models. As many published DILI prediction models are not available for public access, which hinders in silico drug discovery, we made our DILI prediction model publicly accessible (http://ssbio.cau.ac.kr/software/dili/). Conclusion: We expect that our ensemble model may facilitate advancements in drug discovery by providing a highly predictive model and reducing the drug withdrawal rate.

Abstract The growth of technology evaluation and the influence of smart gazettes, which have a very complex structure, the amount of data in an organization, E-Commerce, and ERP explodes. When data is processed as described, it becomes the engine of every individual. According to projections from 2025, social media, IoT, streaming data, and geodata will generate 80% of unstructured data, and there will be 4.8 billion tech enthusiasts. The most popular social media trend allows users to access publicly available data. Hackers are highly qualified in both the web space and the dark web, and the rise of complexity and digitization of this public access will cause loopholes in legislation. The major goal of this study is to gather information about the cyber vulnerability of electronic news. Data collection, text standardization, and feature extraction were all part of the initial step. In the second step, MapReduce was used to obtain demographic insights using a multi-layered categorization strategy. Cybercrime is classified using a classifier technique, and the model has a 53 percent accuracy rate. Phishing is a result of cyber weaknesses, and it has been discovered in a higher number of metropolitan cities. Men, rather than women, make up the majority of crime victims. Individuals should be made aware of secure access to websites and media, according to the findings of the study. People should be aware of cyber vulnerabilities, as well as cyber laws enacted under the IPC, the IT Act 2000, and CERT-In.
