SOEs in Indonesia has been expanded their project with tight time and more challenged business climate. In fact, similar to private organization, SOEs also faced with employee performance in their projects. The employee performance has many aspects of social networking, organizational culture and employee engagement. This study tested the influence of social networking, organizational culture and employee engagement on in several projects which ventured by State Owned Enterprises in Indonesia. The variables are analyzed by using SEM AMOS. It is explained that social networking, organizational culture and employee engagement affect employee engagement in SOEs-based projects in Indonesia. This study suggested an approach to improve social networking, organizational culture and employee engagement as new strategies for SOEs in Indonesia. This study result can be a recommendation to the SOEs managers to maintain social networking, organizational culture and employee engagement in order their project to be manageable.

Purpose The purpose of this case study is to investigate how a small catering company has coped with the current Covid-19 pandemic. Initial research was performed in 2014 and repeated in 2018. Given the far reaching business challenges of the pandemic, the authors examined the viability of the organization within the current climate. Design/methodology/approach Embedded organizational components of culture, leadership and engagement are explored as key elements in the sustainability of the company during the pandemic crisis. Prior research data using the organizational culture inventory is used to assess organizational culture over a four-year period. Employee data and interview analysis within company structure is used to determine how leadership and employee engagement is impacted. Culture research is examined to determine the influence of company culture upon organizational survival. Findings This paper identifies workplace culture elements that contribute to company sustainability. Embedded core value systems, strong employee engagement mechanisms and focused leadership styles were observed to be critical influences upon company survival during the pandemic. Originality/value This research would assist industry professionals and practitioners in understanding the active workplace culture mechanisms found to be effective for organizational survival during periods of crisis. Companies that adopt similar practices may acquire sustainability advantage during the pandemic.

The study aims to find out and analyze the relationship between employee engagement, organizational culture, organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), and employee performance. The author administered 224 participants employee engagement scale, organizational culture scale, OCB scale, and employee performance scale in BPJS Ketenagakerjaan East Java area. The data is analyzed by path analysis method in SPSS program. The result indicated that employee engagement and organizational culture affects positive significantly on OCB. Employee engagement, organizational culture and OCB also affects positive significantly on employee performance.

The performance of nurses as the front line is crucial in handling covid 19. The purpose of the research was to determine the effect of employee training, employee engagement, and work motivation on nurse performance in the healthcare industry when the COVID-19 pandemic occurred. The object of this research is a nurse with a staff position and a coordinator who works at the AN-NISA hospital located in Tangerang with 140 respondents from February until March 2021. This research uses a quantitative approach which will use questionnaire measuring tools and employee performance data during 2020. Data analysis using path analysis. This research concluded that appropriate employee training, employee engagement, and work motivation had a significant effect on nurse performance. However, employee training and work motivation have no significant effect on nurse performance through employee engagement when the COVID-19 pandemic occurred.

This study aims to analyze the influence of intrinsic motivation and organizational culture on employee performance mediated by employee engagement. The object of this research is the employees of PT XYZ. A total of 100 respondents filled out a questionnaire, the sample was taken using a saturated sample of 100 employees. This research was conducted from October 2019 to April 2020 at the PT XYZ office. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling. Data were analyzed using the Smart PLS (Partial Least Square) path analysis application. The results of this study indicate that Intrinsic Motivation and Organizational Culture have a positive and significant effect on performance. Meanwhile Employee Engagement becomes a mediation between Intrinsic Motivation and Organizational Culture on Performance. Employee Engagement perfectly mediates Intrinsic Motivation. And Employee Engagement partially mediates Organizational Culture.

The aim of the study is to examine the positive relationshipbetween organizational culture and employees’ performance. The studyfurther assessed the impact of five facets of organizational culture onemployees’ job performance. The study used an adapted questionnaire forthe purpose of data collection. All the staff of the Independent GeneralDirectorate of Kochies (IGDK) at the central office was taken as thesample. The result of the Pearson correlation revealed a positiverelationship between organizational culture and employees’ jobperformance. The result of regression analysis revealed that the four facetsof organizational culture namely managing change, achieving goals,coordinating teamwork and cultural strength positively and significantlycontributed towards employees’ performance whereas the fifth facetclients’ orientation does not contribute towards employee performance. Asa majority of the available literature on the topic in hand was carried outin the developed countries, therefore, this research tried to assess it in thecontext of developing countries like Afghanistan.

Police officers duties and roles in today’s democratic society are getting complex. As theparty whose responsibility is to enforce law and order, it makes their performance matter themost. This research is aimed to figure out the effect of organizational culture on employeeperformance with the mediating role of organizational commitment. The researchmethodology that used in this study is a case study with survey research method. Purposivesampling technique is used to determine the sample for this research. The sample of thisresearch are 200 police officers of Polres Ciamis. SPSS and Amos statistical software arebeing used for data analysis purpose. The results of this study indicate that organizationalculture has a positive effect on both organizational commitment and employee performance.Additionally, organizational commitment has a positive effect on employee performance aswell as mediating the causal relationship between organizational culture and jobperformance. The result of this study is expected to give the implications to Polres Ciamis inincreasing the performance of its officers.

Objective - The instability of employee performance in the last three years requires a solution to strengthen employee performance. This study aims to develop a model for strengthening employee performance. Methodology/Technique - This study uses quantitative exploratory techniques with SPSS software, with the following independent variable: Employee Performance (Y), and dependent variables: Organizational Change (X1), Organizational Culture (X2), and Achievement Motivation (X3). The case study is conducted in the Jakarta Islamic Centre, which has a population of 46 people. Findings - The regression Results (1) of the regression equation are Y = 0.099 + 0.148X1 + 0.037 X2 + 0.797X3; RSq = 0.737: F calculated 35.435 with Sig = 0,000. The findings show that employee achievement motivation is a factor that determines high employee performance, organizational changes and organizational culture have no significant effect but when taken together with motivation, have a significant influence on employee performance. Novelty - If there is no policy or implementation of organizational change, organizational culture, and motivation to support employee performance, then employee performance will be low, around 0.099 on scale 1-5. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of organizational culture, leadership style, financial compensation, employee engagement on job satisfaction, and its impact on employee performance at SMK Inc. This research belongs to the type of quantitative research using an Explanatory Survey design to explain the relationship between two or more variables through hypothesis testing. Furthermore, the method used is descriptive and verification. The variables in this study are divided into 1) independent variables, 2) intervening variables, and 3) dependent variables. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. The data collection techniques used in this study were field research methods, literature study methods, and variable measurement (using a Likert scale). The data test in this study used discriminant validity tests, reliability tests, and hypothesis testing (t-statistics). Based on the results of data processing, it can be concluded that: 1) Testing the first hypothesis that Organizational Culture, Leadership Style, Financial Compensation have a positive and significant impact on job satisfaction at SMK Inc.; 2) Testing the fourth hypothesis that employee engagement has a positive and insignificant effect on job satisfaction at SMK Inc.; 3) Testing the fifth hypothesis. Organizational culture, Leadership Style, has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at SMK Inc.; 4) Financial compensation, Employee Engagement, Satisfaction has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance at SMK Inc.; 5) Organizational culture has a positive and significant influence on employee performance through employee satisfaction at SMK Inc.; 6) Leadership style and Employee Engagement have no significant effect on employee performance through Employee Satisfaction at SMK Inc., and 7) Testing the twelfth hypothesis. Financial compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through employee satisfaction at SMK Inc.
