This study aims to determine the effect of the effectiveness of accounting information systems on employees’ performance with incentives and work motivation as moderators in Denpasar LPD. The population of this study was employees at the 35 LPDs in Denpasar. The sample was determined by using a purposive sampling method with a total sample of 99 people. The methods of data collection were done by using questionnaire method and simple linear regression data analysis techniques and moderation regression analysis. Based on the results of the analysis found that the effectiveness of accounting information systems have positive effects on employees’ performance such as incentives weaken the effectiveness of accounting information systems on employee performance and work motivation reinforces the effectiveness of accounting information systems on employee performance in Denpasar LPD. This study aims to examine the use of information technology and the effectiveness of accounting information systems on employee performance. The object of this research is the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Indonesia. The population in this study was 50 employees in 3 units of the ministry of trade, namely the General Bureau unit, the Directorate of Export and Import Facilitation units and the Directorate of Agricultural and Forestry Product Exports. The sample of this research is 3 units in the Ministry of Trade. The sampling technique used in the study was purposive sampling method. The results of this study indicate that (1) the use of information technology has an effect on employee performance, (2) the effectiveness of accounting information systems has no effect on employee performance.

This study aims to test and analyze the effect of accounting information systems, leadership style and work motivation on performance garment company employees in sukoharjo.The population used in this research is the garment company employees at the accounting work on PT Danliris, PT Sunwoo Indonesia, and PT Panji Anom Setia in sukoharjo. Methods of data analysis used in this study is by purposive sampling. the number of respondents in this study as many as 38 of the 45 respondents number of questionnaires presented. Methods of analysis used was multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the accounting information system variables and influential work motivation and significantly to the variable performance of employees.  While variable leadership style has no effect against variable employee performance. the determination coefficients (R2) of 0.415. This indicates that variansi on a variable performance practice undertaken by the company in Sukoharjo garment amounted to 41.5% can be explained by the variable accounting information systems, leadership style and work motivation, whereas the remaining 58.5 % explained by factors – factors other than that examined

This study aims to influence the effectiveness of accounting information systems and work motivation on employee performance. Furthermore, work motivation is a moderator between the effectiveness of accounting information systems and employee performance. This research was conducted at the Rural Bank (BPR) in Gianyar Regency. Retrieval of samples with Purposive Sampling technique. Technical analysis of the data used is using the approach Partial Least Square (PLS). Results of the study show that the effectiveness of the accounting information system and motivation to work affect the performance of employees. Furthermore, work motivation can moderate the effect of the effectiveness of accounting information systems on employee performance.

More practical data processing through the application of SIA with application programs, but the level of knowledge of human resources in the field of information technology is still limited. In general, the problems of the LPD in Tegallalang District are caused by a lack of quality human resources. The research objective was to determine the effect of employee competency, work motivation, and job satisfaction on the performance of accounting information systems in the LPD of Tegallalang District. The study population included LPD in Tegallalang District, which numbered 43 LPD. The sampling technique used in this study is a saturated sample technique. The hypothesis was tested using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the influence of employee competency, work motivation, and job satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on the performance of accounting information systems. The purpose of this study is to discuss the impact of e-commerce, organizational culture and accounting information systems on corporate finance in Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in the City of Denpasar. The population in this study were all SME companies that use e-commerce in Denpasar City which collected 870 UKM units. The sampling method used in this study is probability sampling with a simple random sampling method. The results of this study indicate that E-commerce affects positively and significantly on financial performance in SMEs in Denpasar City, organizational culture supports positive and significant financial performance in SMEs in Denpasar City, as well as accounting information systems positive and significant impact on financial performance of SMEs in Denpasar City. The problem in this study is whether How Accounting Information Systems affect Employee Performance. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the effect of Accounting Information Systems on Employee Performance. The location of the study is at PT Bank BRI Banda Aceh, the number of respondents is 105 customers, while  the  sampling  technique  uses  Non  Probability  Sampling  where  researchers  accidentally  meet  with  the Employee, the technique of collecting data is a questionnaire, data analysis is calculated with the help of SPSS 19.0 with qualitative analysis tools and quantitatively and using a simple regression analysis hypothesis test. From the results of the research and discussion of the analysis of the results that have been carried out in this study, it can be concluded that the Accounting Information System has a positive effect on Employee Performance at the BRI Branch and the Banda Aceh Region. It can be said that accounting information systems are very helpful for a number of employee jobs, and SIA at Bank BRI is currently quite good at measuring performance. It has been proven in this study that AIS assesses that employee performance can be assessed from a program

Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji asumsi klasik yaitu uji normalitas, uji multikolinieritas, uji heteroskedasitas. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keterlibatan pemakai dalam pengembangan sistem informasi, dukungan manajemen puncak, program pelatihan dan pendidikan, kemampuan teknik berpengaruh terhadap kinerja sistem informasi akuntansi. Individual performance greatly influences the success of an organization. Each individual is expected to work optimally so that the company's goals can be achieved to the maximum. There are several factors that can affect individual performance, among which are the effectiveness of accounting information systems and the user's technical ability. This research was conducted to obtain empirical evidence regarding the effect of the effectiveness of accounting information systems and the user's technical ability on individual performance. This research was conducted in 35 LPD in Denpasar City. The sample of this research was 105 respondents with a purposive sampling method. Data collection is done by distributing questionnaires. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. Based on the results of this study indicate that the effectiveness of accounting information systems and the user's technical ability has a positive effect on individual performance. The purpose of this study was to examine the Accounting Information System on Employee Performance at PT. Matahari Depertment Store Banda Aceh. This research is a research using survey method with associative descriptive approach. This research was conducted from November 2018 to completion. The object in this study is the Accounting Information System on Employee Performance at PT. Matahari Depertment Store Banda Aceh The sample of this research is 39 respondents. Research data were collected through questionnaires, and documentation studies. The research data were analyzed using a simple linear regression model and processed using SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions) version 22 assistance, the t test (partial) was intended to partially determine the effect of the independent variables on the dependent variable at the 95% confidence level (α = 0.05). The results showed that the Accounting Information System affects the Performance of Employees at PT. Matahari Depertment Store Banda Aceh. Accounting Information Systems have a strong relationship to Employee Performance at PT. Matahari Depertment Store Banda Aceh
