This study aims to analyze organizational commitment, level of seriousness of fraud, and personal costs on the intention of whistleblowing fraud by the local apparatus of Palopo City. Sampling using purposive sampling technique. A total of 120 respondents were used as research samples. The sample is local officials who work at the PUPR and BPKAD offices. The data analysis technique was carried out using multiple linear regression analysis method with SPSS V.22 application. The results of the study indicate that the seriousness of fraud affects the whistleblowing intention of the regional apparatus of Palopo City. Meanwhile, organizational commitment and personal costs have no effect on the intention of whistleblowing fraud by the Palopo City apparatus. Organizational commitment is a level or awareness of a person to recognize the extent of an organization and is bound to its goals so as to accelerate the organization to achieve its objectives. Competence is knowledge, skills, and abilities that are mastered by someone who has become a part of him, so he can do cognitive, affective, and psychomotor behaviors as well as possible. Employee performance is the result of work in quality and quantity achieved by someone in carrying out their functions in accordance with the responsibilities given to him.The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of commitment and competence on employee performance at PT. BPR Duta Bali. The sampling technique used is a saturated sampling technique. The sample in this study was 40 employees. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS program. The results of the study state that the commitment variable has a positive effect on employee performance. Competency variables do not affect employee performance. Commitment and competency variables simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance

This research was conducted at PT. Prosperous Indobali Trada all branches in Bali. Data collection is done by questionnaire with saturated sampling technique. The number of employees who become respondents is as many as 46 people. Data Analysis Method used in this research is to use multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the analysis found Leadership Style has a positive and significant effect on company performance. This shows that the greater the leadership style the company will increase. Positive and significant organizational commitment to the company's performance. This shows the higher level of organizational commitment, the higher the company will be. Positive and significant work motivation on company performance. This shows the higher level of work motivation, the higher the increase in the company. Abstract : Organizational commitment is one of the important thing to be considered by the company to observe the extent to which employees are responsible toward their responsibility merupakan suatu hal yang penting untuk diperhatikan suatu perusahaan untuk melihat sejauh mana karyawan tersebut lebih bertanggungjawab terhadap kewajibannya. PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia I (Persero) Medan engage in port services which has good performance. However, on March-August 2015 the employees performance of PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia I (Persero) Medan showed declining trend. This declining in performance are assumed to be influenced by several factors such as work stress and organizational commitment. This study aims to analyse the influence of work stress toward organizational commitment at PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia I (Persero) Medan. The problem identification of this study is how to increase the organizational commitment by considering work stress inside the company. The theory used in this study is human resources management related to work stress and organizational commitment. The method used in this study is survey method, this is descriptive quantitative study ant the nature of this study is explanatory research. The number of samples used in this study are 72 people. The samples are drawn by using non probability sampling technique with purposive sampling method. Data analysis method used is simple multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS software. The result shows that partially wotk stress conflict has negative and significant influence toward organizational commitment. Key words: Stres  kerja dan Komitmen organisasi

This study aims to prove empirically the effect of operating complexity and earnings management on the readability of annual reports. The population in this study are all companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) during 2016-2017. The sample in this study was selected using purposive sampling technique with a study period of 2 years (2016-2017) in order to obtain 442 observations of data. Operational complexity is measured by the number of natural logarithms of business segments and the number of natural logarithms of geographic segments, earnings management is measured by the Modified Jones Model, readability is measured by the Flesch Reading Ease score. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis method. The results of this study indicate that the first hypothesis, operation complexity has effect on the readability of annual reports. The second hypothesis, earnings management has no effect on the readability of annual reports.

This research is intends to examine organization justice, organization culture, and employee empowerment  to organizational commitment. This research location at PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero), Tbk  Denpasar Branch Office. Samples taken of 70 persons using purposive saturated or census sampling technique. The data collection is done by distributing questionnaires  5-point Likert scale. Analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The analysis showed that organization justice, organization culture, and employee empowerment positive significant effect on organizational commitment. PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero), Tbk  Denpasar Branch Office it’s recommended to improve organization justice, organization culture, and employee empowerment  variables to increase organizational commitment. This study aimed to analyze the influence organization comitment, Job Satisfaction and Employee Engagement. The research was conducted by taking samples of banking employees who had worked for more than 2 years. Then, the sample of this study was 125 respondents. The sampling technique was carried out based on a non-probability sampling method with a purposive sampling technique. It is a method that is based on certain criteria met by respondents with the data analysis technique used for hypotheses testing was multiple linear regression analysis through the program of SPSS ver. 24. The results showed that Job satisfaction does not significantly influence the organizational commitment of banking employees in Padang. The results of this study showed that sig. value of job satisfaction on organizational commitment was 0.592 > 0.05 but Employee engagement has a positive and significant effect on the organizational commitment of banking employees in Padang. The results of this study revealed that sig. The value of employee engagement on organizational commitment was 0.000 < 0.05.

This research has a purpose to know whether relationship marketing and service quality have positive influence to loyalty of customer of saving sikoci at Bank of Nagari branch of Simpang Empat either partially or simultaneously and know which variable is more dominant. The data collection techniques used in this study is a questionnaire. The sample used is 100 customer, with sampling technique using accidental sampling technique. Data analysis technique in this research use multiple linear regression analysis. The results obtained in this study are as follows: (1) Trust has positive effect (944) &lt;(1,984) and not significant (0,348)&gt; (0,05) to loyalty. (2)) Commitment has positive (8,218)&gt; (1,984) and significant (0,000) &lt;(0,05) effect on loyalty. (3) Tangibles has negative (-2,430)&gt; (1,984) and significant (0,017) &lt;(0,05) effect on loyalty. (4) Reliability negatively (-1.570) &lt;(1,984) and insignificant 0, 120&gt; 0.05 to loyalty. (5) Responsiveness has positive effect (5,922)&gt; t table (1,984) and significant (0,000) &lt;(0,05) to loyalty. (6) Warranty has positive effect (1,199) &lt;(1,984) and insignificant 0, 234&gt; 0,05 to loyalty. (7) Empathy has positive effect (186) &lt;(1,984) and insignificant 0, 853&gt; 0,05 to loyalty. From the value of Adjusted R Squere simultaneously produced 566. It means that 56.6% of loyalty variables are influenced by independent variables and the remaining 43.4% is influenced by othervariables.

The purpose of this research is to obtain empirical evidence through data analysis of the influence of work culture, organizational commitment, and strandar operational procedures on employee work productivity at PT Kimia Farma Apotek Tbk (Persero) East Bandung Region. The research method used in this research is descriptive and verifikatif method with quantitative approach and using multiple linear regression analysis. Technique of collecting data that is used is by observation at 6 pharmacy chemical pharmacy of East Bandung area through questionnaires completed by interview. the esult of this study indicate that both partially and simultaneously between work culture, organizational commitment and standart operational process have a positive effect on employee work productivity. It means that the more work culture organizational commitment, and ordinary operational procedures, will make the work productivity of employees more and more tense. As well as the most dominant most affecting work productivity is comitment organization, meaning with high organizational commitment, automatically employees will work hard for the company, proud of the company and have good emission ties the company.

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of production costs and operating costs on net income in the consumer goods industry sector for the 2015-2019 period. The sample selection uses a sampling technique. In order to obtain a sample of 15 companies and a total of 75 data. The regression analysis analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis through classical assumption tests and hypothesis testing. Based on the results of this study indicate that partially production costs have an effect on net income and other research results partially operational costs have a significant effect on net income. <em>This study aims to determine the Effect of Leadership and Organizational Culture on Employee Performance of PT. Kao Indonesia. The population in this study amounted to 300 employees. By using the Slovin formula a sample of 75 employees was obtained. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling. This study uses a quantitative approach, data for this study were obtained through a questionnaire that was filled out by respondents who had been determined. The data analysis method used is a simple and multiple linear regression analysis method. The research results partially show that leadership has a significant effect on employee performance. Organizational culture has a significant effect on employee performance. While simultaneously leadership variables and organizational culture have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Kao Indonesia.</em>
