Organizations hold a very important key in helping employees to build organizational commitment. The purpose of the study was to analyze, to determine the effect of work family conflict and job satisfaction on organizational commitment at PT. Pacific Express Garment Denpasar. The sample was determined by 45 people with saturated sampling techniques. Data collection is done by distributing questionnaires directly to employees of PT. Pacific Express Garment Denpasar and analyzed using descriptive statistics on average counts and descriptive statistics in the form of classic assumption tests and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of data analysis showed that work-family conflict variables had a negative and significant effect on the organizational commitment of employees of PT. Pacific Denpasar Garment Garment and Job Satisfaction variables have a positive effect on Organizational Commitment of employees of PT. Pacific Express Garment Denpasar. Human resources are always attached to every company as a determinant of existence. The purpose of the study was to analyze the effect of work-family conflict and organizational support on job satisfaction as well as analyze the effect of work-family conflict, organizational support and job satisfaction on turnover intention. The sample was determined by 66 people with saturated sampling techniques. Data collection was done by distributing questionnaires directly to employees of The Samaya Seminyak Bali and analyzed using calculative descriptive statistics and descriptive statistics in the form of classic assumption tests and path analysis. The results of data analysis showed that work-family conflict variables had a negative effect and work support had a positive effect on job satisfaction. Variables of organizational support and job satisfaction have a negative effect on turnover intention. Work-family conflict has a positive effect on turnover intention. AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Konflik Peran Ganda,  Kecerdasan Emosional dan Komitmen Organisasi Terhadap Kinerja Perawat di RSUD Sultan Sulaiman Sei Rampah. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh perawat wanita yang sudah menikah, memiliki anak serta berstatus tenaga kerja honorer sebanyak 78 orang.Pengujian yang digunakan adalah uji kualitas data dan uji asumsi klasik. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda, uji F dan uji t. Konflik Peran Ganda, Kecerdasan Emosional dan Komitmen Organisasi bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Perawat di RSUD Sultan Sulaiman Sei Rampah. Kata Kunci :   Konflik Peran Ganda, Kecerdasan Emosional, Komitmen Organisasi,   Kinerja  AbstractThis study aims to determine whether there is influance of between dual role conflict (work-family conflict), emotional intelligence and organizational commitment performance againts nurses in Hospital Sultan Sulaiman Sei Rampah.The sample in this study aims all nurses women who are married, have children and employment status of honorary many as 78 people. Test are used to test the quality of the data and classical asumption. The hypothesis test uses multiple linear regression analysis F test and t test. Research with the title The Effect of Employment Status on Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment takes the object of non-educational employees at UWKS Surabaya where this research was conducted to see whether employees with contract employee status and employees with permanent employee status have differences in job satisfaction and organizational commitment and to see whether job satisfaction influences organizational commitment. The population in this study were all non-educational employees at Universitas Wijaya Kusuma Surabaya. Sampling in this study was carried out using the convenience sampling method. In this study, the researcher distributed questionnaires to 70 respondents, and 60 have returned. To test hypotheses 1 and 2 using the independent sample t-test and hypothesis 3 using multiple linear regression analysis. After testing, the results showed that the work decision between Contract employees with employees were still no different, likewise, for organizational commitment, there was also no difference, whereas, for the effect of job satisfaction on organizational commitment, the results showed that job satisfaction affected organizational commitment, where if job satisfaction increases, organizational commitment will also increase or it was said that between job satisfaction and organizational commitment had a positive effect.

Stress has been a hot topic to discuss since several years ago. Stress triggered a negative behaviour from employees. In a long term, stress would decrease the whole organizational performance. This study aimed to understand the factor which led to employees’ stress within state-owned organization in Indonesia. All this time, each organization tried to improve their employees’ job satisfaction as it would commonly lead to a positive attitude from the employees. Employees’ organizational commitment was a key which led to organizational success. Work-family conflict had been manifested as a problem in the work-life as the employees could not balance their role as employees and as a family member. These variables were hypothesized to affect employees’ job stress level.The research was conducted at PT Pelabuhan Indonesia I Medan, one of major state-owned firm in Indonesia. The research was focused on married employees and had been working for at least 3 years. There were 72 employees across division selected in the research. The sample was proportionally taken from each division. Data was collected using self-administered questionnaires. The data was analysed with correlation and multiple regression analyses.Correlation analysis showed that stress had a strong positive relationship with work-family conflict. Stress moderately correlated with the employees’ organizational commitment level and satisfaction level. Multiple regression analysis showed that job satisfaction might reduce employees’ job stress but it was insignificant. Job stress was positively and significantly affectedby employees’ satisfaction and commitment. Employees’ organizational commitment negatively and significantly affected the stress level. These relationships explained 64% of job stress variance.

The purpose of this research is to analyse the effect of religiosity and work-family conflict towards employee performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable to the workers of the manufacturing industry by taking 120 workers as samples. This research used a questionnaire as the method of data collection. Whereas, the analysis method used Structural Equation Modelling(SEM), Smart PLS v.3.0. The result of this research showed that religiosity has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, the work-family conflict has a significant negative effect on job satisfaction, religiosity has a significant positive effecton employee performance, work-family conflict does not significantly affect employee performance, job satisfaction has a significant positive effect to employee performance, religiosity has a significant positive effect to employee performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable, work-family conflict does not significantly affect the employee performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable. The result of this research could be used as a basis to improve and maintain a company’s performance through religious improvement and concern towards work-family conflict experienced by the workers. The aim of this study is to examine whether work family conflict affects the organizational commitment mediated by job satisfaction in the lecturer profession. The populationin this studyis a lecturer instructural officerlevelcoursesat private higher institution in Madiun. The research subjects were 45 lecturerstructurallevelofficials. The data analyzed by using simple and multiple regression technique, using SPSS 17.0 for windows.The result of path analysis indicate that:1) workfamily conflict have a direct effect on job satisfaction significantly; 2) workfamily conflict have a direct effect on organizational commitment significantly; 3) job satisfaction have a direct effect on organizational commitment significantly; 4) job satisfaction mediate the effect of workfamily conflict on organizational commitment significantly.

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of work-family conflict on service performance and organizational commitment through fatigue on the staff of Teaching Staff in the Academic Department of Jember University. This research was conducted at the University of Jember with a population of 167 employees of Education Personnel in the Academic section and a number of students from each faculty. The sampling techniques used are purposive sampling for the employee and accidental sampling for the student respondents. So the sample collected were 82 employees and 82 students. Analytical techniques using Generalized Structured Component Analysis (GSCA). Result of this research: (1) there is no influence between work-family conflict on service performance and organizational commitment directly; (2) but there is an influence between work-family conflict on performance and organizational commitment indirectly through fatigue. So it can be concluded that fatigue is a perfect mediation variable.Keywords: Work-family Conflict, Fatigue, Service Performance, and Organizational Commitment
