Research with the title The Effect of Employment Status on Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment takes the object of non-educational employees at UWKS Surabaya where this research was conducted to see whether employees with contract employee status and employees with permanent employee status have differences in job satisfaction and organizational commitment and to see whether job satisfaction influences organizational commitment. The population in this study were all non-educational employees at Universitas Wijaya Kusuma Surabaya. Sampling in this study was carried out using the convenience sampling method. In this study, the researcher distributed questionnaires to 70 respondents, and 60 have returned. To test hypotheses 1 and 2 using the independent sample t-test and hypothesis 3 using multiple linear regression analysis. After testing, the results showed that the work decision between Contract employees with employees were still no different, likewise, for organizational commitment, there was also no difference, whereas, for the effect of job satisfaction on organizational commitment, the results showed that job satisfaction affected organizational commitment, where if job satisfaction increases, organizational commitment will also increase or it was said that between job satisfaction and organizational commitment had a positive effect.

Organizations hold a very important key in helping employees to build organizational commitment. The purpose of the study was to analyze, to determine the effect of work family conflict and job satisfaction on organizational commitment at PT. Pacific Express Garment Denpasar. The sample was determined by 45 people with saturated sampling techniques. Data collection is done by distributing questionnaires directly to employees of PT. Pacific Express Garment Denpasar and analyzed using descriptive statistics on average counts and descriptive statistics in the form of classic assumption tests and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of data analysis showed that work-family conflict variables had a negative and significant effect on the organizational commitment of employees of PT. Pacific Denpasar Garment Garment and Job Satisfaction variables have a positive effect on Organizational Commitment of employees of PT. Pacific Express Garment Denpasar. This research was conducted at the Toya Devasya Natural Hot Spring & Camping Resort, located in puri bening road (STA), toya bungkah, kintamani, Bangli, Bali. The number of respondents in this study were 102 contract employees. Data collection in this study is by distributing questionnaires using a 5-point Likert scale to measure 16 indicators. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. Turnover intention is the desire of employees to withdraw from where they work. A high turnover intention will have a bad impact on the organization, therefore it must be considered several variables that affect turnover intention. This study aims to 1. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of work stress, organizational commitment, and leadership style on employee job satisfaction. The population in this study were all employees totaling 137 people. The Slovin approach is used to calculate a sample of 58 respondents and uses probability sampling as a sample collection method. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results of data analysis show that work stress negatively affects employee job satisfaction, organizational commitment has a positive effect on employee job satisfaction, and leadership style has a positive effect on employee job satisfaction. Employee job satisfaction can be increased by paying attention to and stressful work, organizational commitment and leadership style in the organization. The organization is expected to improve the level of work stress, improve organizational commitment and leadership style that has been applied in the organization. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Career Development and Work Discipline on the work of Programming employees at PT. X. The subject of this research is PT. X, which is one of the private TV stations in Indonesia and located in Jakarta. The population of this study was 116 people, and the sampling method used was saturated sampling, so the number of samples in this study was also 116 people. This research used the multiple linear regression analysis method in analyzing research data. The results showed that Career Development and Work Discipline had a significant positive effect on work, either separately or simultaneously. This implies that if there is an increase of career development and/or employees’ work discipline, the job satisfaction felt by employees will also increases.

This study aimed to analyze the influence organization comitment, Job Satisfaction and Employee Engagement. The research was conducted by taking samples of banking employees who had worked for more than 2 years. Then, the sample of this study was 125 respondents. The sampling technique was carried out based on a non-probability sampling method with a purposive sampling technique. It is a method that is based on certain criteria met by respondents with the data analysis technique used for hypotheses testing was multiple linear regression analysis through the program of SPSS ver. 24. The results showed that Job satisfaction does not significantly influence the organizational commitment of banking employees in Padang. The results of this study showed that sig. value of job satisfaction on organizational commitment was 0.592 > 0.05 but Employee engagement has a positive and significant effect on the organizational commitment of banking employees in Padang. The results of this study revealed that sig. The value of employee engagement on organizational commitment was 0.000 < 0.05.

A good Human Resources (HR) will help settle the tasks of the organization, besides loyalty is also very important to build commitment in an organization. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of compensation, work safety and health on organizational commitment. This research was conducted at the Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Kabupaten Tabanan. The number of samples used was 159 workers, with a random sampling method. Data collected using questionnaire and direct interview. The analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. In this study, it was found that compensation and work safety and health had a positive effect on the organizational commitment. Organizations are expected to pay more attention to how to provide compensation by adjusting applicable laws and improving the work safety and health. Organizational commitment is a level or awareness of a person to recognize the extent of an organization and is bound to its goals so as to accelerate the organization to achieve its objectives. Competence is knowledge, skills, and abilities that are mastered by someone who has become a part of him, so he can do cognitive, affective, and psychomotor behaviors as well as possible. Employee performance is the result of work in quality and quantity achieved by someone in carrying out their functions in accordance with the responsibilities given to him.The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of commitment and competence on employee performance at PT. BPR Duta Bali. The sampling technique used is a saturated sampling technique. The sample in this study was 40 employees. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS program. The results of the study state that the commitment variable has a positive effect on employee performance. Competency variables do not affect employee performance. Commitment and competency variables simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance

The purpose of this research is to obtain empirical evidence through data analysis of the influence of work culture, organizational commitment, and strandar operational procedures on employee work productivity at PT Kimia Farma Apotek Tbk (Persero) East Bandung Region. The research method used in this research is descriptive and verifikatif method with quantitative approach and using multiple linear regression analysis. Technique of collecting data that is used is by observation at 6 pharmacy chemical pharmacy of East Bandung area through questionnaires completed by interview. the esult of this study indicate that both partially and simultaneously between work culture, organizational commitment and standart operational process have a positive effect on employee work productivity. It means that the more work culture organizational commitment, and ordinary operational procedures, will make the work productivity of employees more and more tense. As well as the most dominant most affecting work productivity is comitment organization, meaning with high organizational commitment, automatically employees will work hard for the company, proud of the company and have good emission ties the company.

<span lang="EN">This study aims to determine the effect of individual morality, information asymmetry, the effectiveness of internal control, and organizational justice on the tendency of accounting fraud on BUMD in Surakarta. The theories used in this study are the Triangle Fraud Theory, Agency Theory, and Moral Reasoning Theory. The population of this study is employees who work in the Regional Owned Enterprises in the Surakarta City area. This study sampled administrative staff at the BUMD Surakarta region. The sampling method in this study using purposive sampling method. The tests carried out include testing validity, reliability, classical assumptions, and multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that information asymmetry, the effectiveness of internal controls, and organizational justice had a positive effect on fraudulent tendencies. While the variabels of individual morality negatively affect the tendency of fraud.</span>

The purpose of this study is to obtain empirical evidence of the influence of profitability, debt, and company size on the value of food and beverage companies. This research was conducted in all food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2015-2018 period, amounting to 13 sample companies. The sampling method used in this study was purposive sampling and data analysis techniques in this study used multiple linear regression analysis.
