The activity of traditional dodol stirrer workers is done with standing position. The stirring process is done monotonically and over a long period of 5 hours. This study aims to show that workplace stretching exercise administration and modification of working conditions may decrease musculoskeletal and fatigue complaintas in traditional dodol stirrer workers. The stirring tool (siut) used by the worker does not correspond to anthropomethry, causing a work with a bent position. This study was an experimental study, with the same subject design. Period I subjects were treated with conventional working condition. Period II subjects were treated with workplace stretching exercise administration and improved working conditions in the form of re-design the stirring tool(siut) of the dodol stirrer and active rest. Musculoskeletal complaints were measured by Nordic body map questionnaires on a 4 likert scale, working fatigue using 30 item rating scales. Analysis of the collected data is started with the descriptive analysis and the normality data tested using Shapiro-Wilk. Further, the data that has normal distribution are analyzed using t-paired and the data that has not a normal distribution are analyzed using Wilcoxon test. This study indicated that the administration of workplace stretching exercise and modification of working conditions can decreasing musculoskeletal decline of 18.3 % from the mean 12.67±0.50 to 5.59±0.52 and fatigue decreased by 18.5% from the mean 12.42±1.45 to 5.34±0.66 It can be concluded that the provision of workplace stretching exercise and modification of working condition can decrease musculoskeletal complaintas and fatigue of dodol stirrer workers. So it is advisable for the dodol making industry to applied this technique of exercise to minimize complaints due to the working process of stirring dodol.

Wound healing is a complex process that involves the interaction between Extracellular Matrix (ECM) cells and mediated by cytokines and various growth factors, especially platelet-derived growth factor (PDGF) which plays a role in almost every phase of wound healing. Applying snakehead fish and sea cucumber extract containing amino acids and fatty acids in post-operative patients is expected to increase PDGF levels and enable the acceleration of the wound healing process. This study was a double-blind randomized control trial with a pre and post-treatment approach which involved 34 post-operative patients divided into two groups; the control group (K1) and treatment group (K2) and was carried out from April to June 2019 at Dr. Moewardi Hospital in Surakarta. Independent sample T-test was used for data with normal distribution to determine the mean differences between the control and treatment groups, while the Mann-Whitney test was used for data with the abnormal distribution. Also, to determine the mean difference before and after the treatment of one paired group, a paired T-test was used for data with normal distribution, while the Wilcoxon test was used for data with the abnormal distribution. p < 0.05 was significant with 95% Confidence Intervals (CI). The supplementation of snakehead fish and sea cucumber extract significantly increased PDGF levels in the treatment group (K2) compared to the controls group (K1) (p <0.001). Our findings showed that snakehead fish and sea cucumber extract were able to increase PDGF levels in post-operative patients on the fourth day.

Low back pain has become a central issue of physiological health. Almost all the discussion of musculoskeletal complaints places more emphasis on the need to pay attention to the importance of health in the lower back. One of the causes of workers' complaints on the lower back is a less natural posture when on the move. The impact that is most easily observed as a result of the emergence of low back pain is the emergence of fatigue and decreased work motivation. Observation of the impact of low back pain on workers was examined using the same subject design. The subject are 11 people who work as wood carving artists. In period 1 the subjects worked in conventional working conditions, while in period 2 the subjects were given treatment, namely anticipation of complaints of low back pain, working in ergo-anthropometric working conditions, ie given ergonomic work tables and chairs with additional nutrition intake, active rest and work uniform. The fatigue variable was measured using a 30 items rating scale questionnaire and crafters' motivation was measured by a questionnaire on 4 Likert scales. Data analysis begins with descriptive analysis and normality test data with ShapiroWilk. Data with normal distribution are used t-paired analysis and data with abnormal distribution use Wilcoxon test. In this study it was found that ergo-anthropometric working conditions can reduce fatigue by 27.34% and increase work motivation by 20.39%. It can be concluded that efforts to anticipate complaints of low back pain can reduce fatigue and maintain work motivation of carving craftsmen.

The purpose of the study was to assess the reliability, accuracy and effectiveness of a mobile application SpinoMeter for measuring the sagittal balance of the spino-pelvic complex in comparison with the desktop preoperative planning system Surgimap. Methods SpinoMeter mobile application was developed in 2019 at the laboratory for Medical Decision Support Systems of Saratov State University. SpinoMeter is intended for measuring the actual and for calculating the optimal parameters of the sagittal balance of the spino-pelvic complex of a particular patient. Pelvic incidence (PI), lumbar lordosis (LL), sacral slope (SS) and pelvic tilt (PT) were measured with the help of Surgimap and SpinoMeter. Inter-observer reliability was assessed on X-rays in a standing position of 52 patients having consequences of injuries and pathology of the lumbar spine with imbalance syndrome. The research site was the Scientific Research Institute of Traumatology, Orthopedics and Neurosurgery of Saratov State Medical University. Measurements of the sagittal balance parameters were presented in tables and diagrams. For all data, the hypothesis of a normal distribution of the measurement results was tested using the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test. To test the hypothesis of homogeneity of the measurement results for normally distributed samples, the paired Student t-test was used. In the absence of a normal distribution, the Wilcoxon test was used for related samples. Results For PI, PT, SS and L1-S1 lordosis at a significance level of 5 %, the hypothesis of uniformity of measurements was confirmed. The average value of L4-S1 lordosis, measured by SpinoMeter, was shifted down relative to the measurements of this parameter by the Surgimap program. The shift did not exceed 0.7 %. Conclusion SpinoMeter mobile application is equivalent to the Surgimap system in terms of measuring the sagittal balance parameters based on radiographs in a standing position.

Abstract BackgroundOperating Room(OR) nurses are at risk of Musculoskeletal Disorders(MSDs) due to the nature of their job and performance of non-ergonomic activities. The present study aimed at ergonomic evaluation of the workplace and investigation of the impact of corrective exercise training on reduction of musculoskeletal complaints among OR nurses.Materials and MethodsThis educational intervention study was conducted on 46 OR nurses in an educational hospital in Fasa city in Iran. who were selected through census. Data were collected via demographic information form, body map, and Rapid Entire Body Assessment(REBA) method. After three months, the effects of ergonomic principles training and intensity of disorders were evaluated by the REBA method and body map respectively. After all, the data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, Wilcoxon test, and marginal homogeneity in SPSS20 software. Resultsmean age and mean job tenure of the nurses were 28.93(6.47) and 6.02(5.62) years, respectively. 78.3% of the participants were male, 38%, were single, and 91% were shift workers. a significant decline was observed in disorders in all body regions, except for the head and neck(p=0.293), three months after the educational intervention. The mean score of the REBA test was 5.58+1.146 after the intervention(p=0.000). Additionally, the mean level of risk was 2+1.89 after the intervention(p=0.000). the mean level of corrective priorities was 1.0+89.314 after the intervention(p=0.000). the corrective actions reached levels 1 and 2 after the intervention. Accordingly, the highest percentage of actions for reduction of injuries were at the necessary (soon) level before the intervention, but at the necessary level after that(89.1%).Discussion and ConclusionThe results indicated that training ergonomic principles, correct goods transfer methods, and corrective exercises has been recommended to be effective in decreasing the risk of MSDs in this profession.

Psychopharmacological interventions for managing aggression in schizophrenia have thus far yielded inconsistent results. This study evaluates the antiaggressive efficacy of combined haloperidol-propranolol treatment. Thirty-four newly admitted schizophrenic patients were studied in a controlled double-blind trial. Following a 3-day drug-free period and 7 days of haloperidol treatment, patients were randomly assigned to receive either haloperidol-propranolol or haloperidol-placebo for eight consecutive weeks. Doses of medications were adjusted as necessary; biperiden was administered if required. Rating scales were applied to assess aggression, anger, psychosis, depression, anxiety and extrapyramidal symptoms. The mean daily dose of haloperidol was 21 mg (SD = 6.4) in the research group and 29 mg (SD = 6.9) in the controls. Mean and maximal daily doses of propranolol were 159 mg (SD = 61) and 192 mg (SD = 83), and of placebo, 145 mg (SD = 50) and 180 mg (SD = 70), respectively. Compared with the controls, the scores for the research patients decreased significantly from baseline, particularly after 4 weeks of treatment, for some dimensions of anger, psychosis, anxiety, and neuroleptic-induced parkinsonism. A tendency for reduced aggression was shown in the combined haloperidol-propranolol group for some dimensions but not others. These patients also required significantly less biperiden. The tendency toward elevated antiaggressive effect of combined haloperidol-propranolol treatment compared to haloperidol alone may be explained by a simultaneous decrease in aggression, psychotic symptomatology, and anxiety.

ABSTRACT:Anti-dumping on tinplate products aim to protect domestic industries. Still, some industries want tinplate products not to be subject to anti-dumping because domestic production is not sufficient. This research examines the application of anti-dumping import duties on tinplate products from China, Taiwan, and Korea from 2014 to 2018, to know whether there are differences in the value of imports before and during the anti-dumping import duty. Use secondary data sourced from UN-Comtrade. Samples are selected by countries that have continuously sent tinplate products to Indonesia from 2010 to 2018, namely China, Taiwan, Korea, Japan, Germany, India, and Malaysia. Using the Mean Equality Test, it is known that there are differences in the import value before and during the anti-dumping import duty, with a p-value of 0.0114 less than α (0.05), so it is concluded that there is a difference in the import value of the tinplate product before and during anti-dumping duty. Descriptive analysis results illustrate imports from China and Taiwan tend to decrease. In contrast, imports from Korea tend to increase despite being subjected to anti-dumping duties because they can compete by using preferential tariffs based on free trade schemes.

The question of calculating the limiting values of residuals in geodesic constructions is considered in the case when the limiting value for measurement errors is assumed equal to 3m, ie ∆рred = 3m, where m is the mean square error of the measurement. Larger errors are rejected. At present, the limiting value for the residual is calculated by the formula 3m√n, where n is the number of measurements. The article draws attention to two contradictions between theory and practice arising from the use of this formula. First, the formula is derived from the classical law of the normal Gaussian distribution, and it is applied to the truncated law of the normal distribution. And, secondly, as shown in [1], when ∆рred = 2m, the sums of errors naturally take the value equal to ?pred, after which the number of errors in the sum starts anew. This article establishes its validity for ∆рred = 3m. A table of comparative values of the tolerances valid and recommended for more stringent ones is given. The article gives a graph of applied and recommended tolerances for ∆рred = 3m.
