Dalam pengembangan suatu usaha perlu dilakukan suatu model bisnis yang dikenal dengan Business Model Canvas. Dalam model bisnis ini perusahaan bercerita tentang kondisi internal maupun eksternal perusahaan. Adapun bisnis model canvas perusahaan menampilkan model blok/elemen bisnis yang terdiri dari sembilan elemen. Pendekatan ini digunakan untuk menerapkan implementasi Business Model Canvas di UKM“Raja Abon Makmur Lestari” Kota Pangkalpinang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi model bisnis produk abon menggunakan analisis Business Model Canvas. Data didapatkan dalam penelitian ini hasil wawancara dengan kuesioner terhadap pemilik, dua orang karyawan serta konsumen abon sebanyak 30 orang di kota Pangkalpinang serta hasil studi literatur pendukung. Hasil yang didapatkan dari penelitian ini adalah setiap elemen yang diidentifikasi telah dipertajam dengan menggunakan analisis SWOT. Dari analisis tersebut diketahui bahwa diperlukan perbaikan pada hampir semua elemen model bisnis dalam usaha raja abon makmur lestari. Perbaikan model bisnis raja abon makmur lestari terfokus kepada perbaikan kegiatan pemasaran. Terutama melalui media online guna meningkatkan pendapatan.  Business model canvas is known as an approach in business development and used as a business model. It describes about a condition of internal and external of organization.  It also shows the business element which consists of nine elements. The approach is applied on the business model canvas in a small medium enterprise which is called as “Raja Abon Makmur Lestari” in Pangkalpinang City. The study aims to evaluate the business model of the product using business model canvas analysis. The data was collected through the interview using questionnaire towards the owner, two staffs and 30 customers in Pangkalpinang City and other related articles or documents. The study revealed that every identified element has been emphasized using SWOT analysis. It stated that it required the improvement on every single element of business model in Raja Abon Makmur Lestari. The improvement of business model of Raja Abon Makmur Lestari prioritized on the improvement of marketing activity especially throuh the online media in order to increase the income.

This study aims to analyze Ana Batik's business conditions as one of the MSMEs in Magelang based on the Business Model Canvas (BMC) analysis to develop a business strategy based on a SWOT analysis. The research was developed based on a descriptive qualitative approach. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Primary data were collected through observation and interviews, while secondary data were collected through literature studies. The data that has been collected is analyzed based on the Business Model Canvas (BMC) analysis and the SWOT analysis. The Business Model Canvas (BMC) analysis is used to describe Ana Batik's business conditions, while the SWOT analysis is used to formulate a business development strategy that is applied to the new business model. The results of the data analysis indicate that the appropriate strategy for Ana Batik Magelang's business development is the SO strategy. SO strategies that can be applied are developing products according to fashion trends, using brand ambassadors to attract and increase consumer buying interest, and expand the market to the scope of the global market. By implementing this strategy, it is hoped that Ana Batik Magelang's business can develop and be sustainable.

This research aims to examine the development strategy of business model canvas approach in yeobo topokki franchise. The method used in this study is a descriptive business model, canvas model, and SWOT Analysis. The research was conducted in CV Usaha Anak Bangsa Perkasa which is located in Grand Depok City, Kalimulya, Depok, West Java. This study was conducted in April 2019 until December 2019The results indicated that Yeobo Topokki accepted the business model improvement and the results of the strategy formulation that the company was in an aggressive position. Based on this analysis, it can be concluded that c ompanies need to create value-added elements of the value proposition to create interest from prospective customers, such as by doing some certification on the products offered .

Hakhenbik is a company engaged in the field of furniture and equipment of the school with its production material made from solid wood that has durable strength, and not easily damaged and has a high selling price. On this research author uses qualitative descriptive method that is by using the business model Business model Canvas (BMC), then evaluated using a SWOT analysis in every Business model Canvas (BMC) block on CV. Hakhenbik. The most powerful element in the Business Model Canvas is the      Key Partnership, sis the    value propositions. The elements that still lack are    Customer Relationships and the next is   Key Resources. Be  rbased on SWOT analysis, CV. Hakhenbik is advised to improve on the element of customer relationshipsThis is because the important factor in running the business is to maintain good relations with the customer, one way to maintain a good relationship with the customer is to maintain communication with customers such as increase communication through social media such as facebook, whats up group, Instagram  and others, and can be done by maintaining loyal customers by providing members cards  and discounts for loyal customers. In addition to the customer relationships elements that need to be repaired are key Resources   by conducting training and development to employees of both operational and management employees.

Objective – Coffee is one of the leading agricultural commodities that has an economic contribution in several countries, including Indonesia. As the fourth largest coffee producer country in the world, Indonesia is still facing problems, especially in some areas that managed by coffee farmer group. The problem starts from upstream to downstream and is related to productivity which is still low compared to other regions. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to describe the business conditions of the farmer group studied, and planning Triple Layered Business Model Canvas (TLBMC) to develop the business of the farmer group. Empirical analysis has been carried out for this purpose. Methodology/Technique – This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive analytic methods. Observation, in-depth interviews, and focus group discussion were conducted to collect research data. SWOT analysis is also used to gain insights and inputs used in formulating the right strategy for TLBMC formulation. Findings – The results show that the business conditions of the coffee farmers group were in a position of growth. Therefore the right strategy for this condition is the harvest strategy or divestiture strategy. The TLBMC design carried out supports the development of sustainable businesses for the coffee farmers group. Novelty – Business development for coffee farmer group using triple layered business model canvas is expected to help increase business on a broader scale. This study is important for business owners and other related parties who seek to develop the business in various aspect including social and environmental aspects. This study helps create opportunities, develop better potential and integrated with the economic, environmental and social values of the business model being run. Abstract In general, mushroom business centers spread over the city and regency of Malang have been growing since 2010. These businesses can produce various processed products that are increasingly popular in both local and global markets. To increase business competitiveness, it needs to implement strategic management. This study aims to identify an alternative strategy used to develop the business model of the mushroom agroindustry. The objects of research are 19 mushrooms Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Malang. This study uses the Business Model Canvas (BMC) approach and Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats (SWOT) analysis to identify the agroindustry conditions, as well as the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method to determine alternative priorities for business development. Through the combination of SWOT-AHP, the proposed strategies of business development are (1) Weakness-Opportunity (WO) strategy (intensive product marketing through social media); (2) Strength-Opportunity (SO) strategy (development and improvement of product quality to expand the marketing area); (3) Weakness-Threat (WT) strategy (evaluation and improvement of the quality of the partnership relationship to increase partner loyalty); and (4) Strength-Threat (ST) strategy (increased promotion and development of services to face the other food product competitors). BMC development is carried out by adding SO strategy on the value propositions element, the ST and WO strategy on the channel’s element, and the WT strategy on the key partnership element.

The Infineeds is a startup engaged in online laundry marketplace services for households. The current online marketplace business can be considered as a fairly competitive business, especially for Infineeds which is a new business or startup. Therefore, it is important for Infineeds to have a well-prepared sustainable business model. The Business Model Canvas was used to analyze Infineeds' business model. With a Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats analysis approach, alternative business development strategies are obtained that are in accordance with the company's internal and external environmental conditions. The weighting using Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix is done to get alternative priorities for business development strategies. The priority alternatives are then included in the Business Model Canvas as a new component. The results of the analysis show that Infineeds is in a growth-oriented strategy position, which is to take advantage of internal strengths to take advantage of as many opportunities as possible with the highest alternative development strategy is the strategy to using Search Engine Optimization with Total Attractiveness Score is 6.62 as well as the development of a business model canvas on the components of channels, key activities, and key partners

PT CNI is a property developer company located in Cibubur. A high demand of residence leads many developer companies offer some types of housing in this area. PT CNI is currently experiencing a sales-declining, due to the high level of business competition and the sluggish national property market. Therefore, a new strategy formulation is needed that could be applied to re-increase company sales. This study aims to develop a company's strategy by describing and improving the business model of the company based on business model canvas (BMC), IE matrix, SWOT analysis, and blue ocean strategy approach. The data is collected by interviews, questionnaires, and literature studies. Informants were determined through a purposive sampling technique. From the results of the analysis, several strategies were formulated. Then the strategies were mapped back to the new BMC. The improvement shows that there are enhancements to some elements in the company's BMC.

The world market demand for fishery products is increasing even frequently not fulfilled. It required an effort to overcome the problems in fulfilling the demand for fishery products. Types of freshwater fish cultivated for balita fish at UD Suhada is a type of tilapia and goldfish. The purpose of this study is to examine the feasibility of balita fish agribusiness investment in UD Suhada; identify the internal and external factors that influence the development of agribusiness balita fish at UD Suhada; formulate and recommend appropriate alternative development strategies to be applied to agribusiness balita fish at UD Suhada in business development. Methods of data collection using purposive sampling method, is by deliberately selecting the sample to be studied as a respondent. Respondents were selected from the management and the workers UD Suhada. Financial analysis at 14 percent of interest rate and 5 years of project lifetime resulted in feasible decision with Rp1,105,005,110 of NPV; 4.85 of net B/C Ratio; 38.95 percent of IRR, 3 years and 5 month of PBP; and Rp1,522,035,876 or 32.725 kg of BEP. The combination of value IFE EFE values for 2.688 and 2.651 in the IE matrix shows that the position of the business in V (five) cells, that cell growth. Based on the SWOT analysis and QSPM analysis the strategic priorities is to create a diverse variety of products while maintaining the quality of balita fish, extending the range of distribution and marketing, in collaboration with researchers in developing the quality of balta fish products to face competition.Key words: balita fish, business feasibility, agribusiness, business development strategy
