Sunda Kelapa Harbor is a port located in Penjaringan Subdistrict, Penjaringan Village, North Jakarta, which was formerly called Kalapa Port in the 12th century and is the most important port of the Kingdom of Pajajaran. Then at the time of the entry of Islam and the invaders from Europe, the Port of Kalapa was contested between the Archipelago and European kingdoms. In 1970 after the Dutch succeeded in taking control of the area and around it made the port name of Kalapa transform into Sunda Kelapa Substitution. Considering that the Sunda Kelapa Port and the surrounding area are regions with high historical values, the issuance of the city area master plan is stated in the DKI Jakarta Governor Regulation No. 36 of 2014. The Governor's Regulation stipulates that the Sunda Kelapa Port will be developed into a historical tourism area and commercial facilities will be developed in it. The general objective of this study is to conduct a feasibility study on the development of commercial facilities in Sunda Kelapa Port. The feasibility study consists of location, legality, market and investment analysis. This writing places more emphasis on location analysis and market analysis that will show the potential of development to be carried out in a limited section of the mall. The results of this study are expected to provide input to those who will develop the project in the area of Sunda Kelapa Port precisely in the limited mall section with the concept center.

Purpose – The purpose of this paper is to identify the roles of trait affectivity and momentary moods in conflict frames and conflict management. This paper goes beyond affect induction and focuses on the affective – rather than rational – antecedents of the choice of conflict management strategy. Design/methodology/approach – This paper adopts a within- and between-person approach and uses hierarchical linear modeling to test the hypotheses with group-mean centering. Over the course of 12 days within a three-week period, the authors collected participants’ momentary moods and how they thought about and would respond to conflict scenarios. Data were gathered from 1,545 observations, involving 180 individuals. Findings – After controlling for anger raised from the conflict scenario, both positive trait affectivity and positive momentary moods were found to be positively related to a compromise frame. Surprisingly, neither negative trait affectivity nor momentary mood was related to the win frame. A compromise frame predicted a cooperative strategy, and a win frame predicted a competitive strategy. The relationships between trait and momentary affects and conflict management strategy were partially mediated by conflict frame, but only for positive affects. Practical implications – If seeking a constructive resolution, choose the right person (i.e. an individual with positive trait affectivity) and the right moment (i.e. the individual is in a positive mood state) to communicate disagreements. Originality/value – This paper sheds light on the prediction of conflict frame and conflict management behavior by testing trait affectivity and momentary mood simultaneously.

Classical guitar developed until now. Aspects and the surrounding area have also experienced developments such as the creation of new compositions, innovation in guitar construction, and the holding of performances that accommodate classical guitar. However, the author tries to raise another area that is quite important in learning classical guitar, namely the teaching method. Along with the development of the times and technology, the basic methods of learning classical guitar are becoming less attention. This article aims to dissect the most basic classical guitar methods and are limited to techniques and instructions for the right hand. This research is a descriptive study with a qualitative design and the classical guitar method book document as an object. The objects raised are the classic Classic Guitar Technique from Aaron Shearer (1963), The Christoper Parkening Guitar Method, Vol. 1 (1997), and the Classical Guitar Method from Bradford Werner (2017). The results of this study present the formula of each method offered to train the right hand in playing classical guitar in their own way. In closing, the authors hope that the classical guitar method remains the basis for learning classical guitar and is further developed in the future. Keywords: classical guitar, right hand, classical guitar method

Abstract Intergenerational effects are described as the genetic, epigenetic, as well as pre- and postnatal environmental influence parents have on their offspring’s behavior, cognition, and brain. During fetal brain development, the primary cortical sulci emerge with a distinctive folding pattern that are under strong genetic influence and show little change of this pattern throughout postnatal brain development. We examined intergenerational transmission of cortical sulcal patterns by comparing primary sulcal patterns between children (N = 16, age 5.5 ± 0.81 years, 8 males) and their biological mothers (N = 15, age 39.72 ± 4.68 years) as well as between children and unrelated adult females. Our graph-based sulcal pattern comparison method detected stronger sulcal pattern similarity for child–mother pairs than child-unrelated pairs, where higher similarity between child–mother pairs was observed mostly for the right lobar regions. Our results also show that child–mother versus child-unrelated pairs differ for daughters and sons with a trend toward significance, particularly for the left hemisphere lobar regions. This is the first study to reveal significant intergenerational transmission of cortical sulcal patterns, and our results have important implications for the study of the heritability of complex behaviors, brain-based disorders, the identification of biomarkers, and targets for interventions.

Blood blister-like aneurysms (BBLA) are rare lesions sometimes difficult to recognize and in most cases associated with diffuse subarachnoid haemorrhage and severe clinical conditions. BBLA are life-threatening because they tend to enlarge rapidly and to rebleed, and no consensus has so far been reached on the best management strategy. We describe a patient with a BBLA in the right ICA treated successful by a two-stage embolization procedure first with coils and an open cell stent (Neuroform 3) and later by further coil placement and insertion of a flow-diverting stent (Silk).

The paper deals with the problems of application of artificial intelligence (AI) in the field of justice. Present day environment facilitates the use of AI in law. Technology has entered the market. As a result, "predicted justice" has become possible. Once an overview of the possible future process is obtained, it is easier for the professional to complete the task-interpretation and final decision-making (negotiations, litigation). It will take a lot of work to bring AI up to this standard. Legal information should be structured to make it not only readable, but also effective for decision-making. "Predicted justice" can help both the parties to the case and the judges in structuring information, and students and teachers seeking relevant information. The development of information technology has led to increased opportunities for "predicted justice" programs. They take advantage of new digital tools. The focus is on two advantages of the programs: a) improving the quality of services provided; b) simultaneously monitoring the operational costs of the justice system. "Predicted justice" provides algorithms for analyzing a huge number of situations in a short time, allowing you to predict the outcome of a dispute or at least assess the chances of success. It helps: choose the right way of defense, the most suitable arguments, estimate the expected amount of compensation, etc. Thus, it is not about justice itself, but only about analytical tools that would make it possible to predict future decisions in disputes similar to those that have been analyzed.

Abstract This Article addresses a common characteristic of antidiscrimination law: To what extent should one antidiscrimination campaign be held accountable for other, related, discriminatory structures that it does not and cannot purport to correct? Plaintiffs in antidiscrimination cases are sometimes expected to account for the larger social context in which their claim is made. Defendants invoke this larger context as a way of rebutting the discrimination claim, by arguing that the plaintiff’s claim has “discriminatory residue” that would exacerbate related discriminatory structures. For example, in a case in which same-sex couples seek the right to contract with surrogate mothers, the defendant can argue that accepting the plaintiffs’ claim that they are discriminated against on the basis of sexuality might exacerbate the exploitation of surrogate mothers. This Article dubs such rebuttal claims RADARs: reciprocal antidiscrimination arguments. It offers a framework for weighing RADARs’ feasibility, by mapping both their potential and their limitations. It concludes that RADARs can be useful analytical tools for legislators and policymakers when assessing the overall impact of specific antidiscrimination measures. RADARs are also helpful for cause lawyers in considering the long term impacts of antidiscrimination litigation. In contrast, courts should be cautious in accepting RADARs made by defendants in antidiscrimination cases due to the inherent institutional and procedural limitations of adjudication.
