<em>This study aims to examine: (1) the influence of procedural fairness to participative budgeting; and (2) the influence of procedural fairness to participative budgeting through organization commitment.The purpose of descriptive research method used in this study is to obtain a description of the characteristics of the variables and then verification is applied to determine the relationships between variables through hypothesis testing. The population in this research is 165 officers in 55 Local Government Unit Agencies (SKPDs) in West Java Province. Validity and reliability of questionnaires are tested before examining the hypotheses. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) is used as the analysis technique in this research.The research findings are as follows: (1) procedural fairness hasa positive effect on the participative budgeting; and (2) procedural fairness has a positive effect on the participative budgeting through organization commitment.</em>

This study aims to analyze and prove empirically the influence of managerial ability, work culture, organizational characteristics both partially and simultaneously on the innovation capability and performance of crafters at Tapis SMEs in Lampung Province. The research methods in this research are descriptive and verification methods. The population was 1,302 Tapis crafter in Lampung Province and a sample of 305 and as owner crafters as respondents, with questionnaires as data collection techniques, and data analysis technique was Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), using Lisrel 8.70. The results showed that partially or simultaneously, managerial ability, work culture, and organizational characteristics had a positive and significant influence on the capability of innovation. The results of this study also showed a positive effect of managerial ability, work culture, and innovation capabilities on the performance of crafters at Tapis SMEs in Lampung Province. Innovation capability can act as an intervening variable that strengthens the influence of managerial ability, organizational culture, and organizational characteristics on the performance of crafters the most dominant work culture influences the performance of craftsmen is 0.356.

The purpose of this study is to explain the effect of product quality on customer satisfaction mediated by brand image and brand trust, ultimately determining customer loyalty. The questionnaire distributed 175 copies to the users of Kencana Truss light steel in Bali Province, but valid for processing 133 copies. Data were analyzed using SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) analysis technique. The results of this study found that variable product quality, brand image, and brand trust have a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction. Customer satisfaction variables have a significant positive effect on customer loyalty. Variable brand image and brand trust, significantly mediate the effect of product quality on customer satisfaction. Similarly, customer satisfaction mediates the effect of brand image and brand trust on customer loyalty. The implications of the results of this study indicate that product quality is found as a major factor in increasing customer satisfaction which ultimately results in customer loyalty. Providers of light steel products should pay special attention to product quality, so customer satisfaction and loyalty can be maintained.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh persepsi terhadap pelaksanaan sitem Continous Quality Improvemen, kecerdasan emosional dan keinovatifan terhadap etika kerja pegawai di kota Palembang, dengan sampel penelitian 100 pegawai yang dilakukan secara random sampling dan data dianalisis dengan teknik analisis Structural Quation Modeling (SEM). Hasil analisis: 1) tidak terdapat pengaruh antara persepsi terhadap pelaksanaan sistem Continuous Quality Improvemen dan etika kerja pegawai, 2) terdapat pengaruh positif antara kecerdasan emosional dan etika kerja pegawai, 3) terdapat pengaruh positif antara persepsi terhadap pelaksanaan sistem  Continuous Quality Improvement dan keinovatifan 4) terdapat pengaruh positif antara  kecerdasan emosional dan keinovatifan, 5) terdapat pengaruh positif antara keinovatifan dan etika keja pegawai. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa etika kerja pegawai dapat ditingkatkan oleh kecerdasan emosional dan persepsi terhadap pelaksanaan sistem Continuous Quality Improvement dan keinovatifan.Kata kunci: etika kerja, continous quality improvement system (CQI), kecerdasan emosional, keinovatifan ______________________________________________________________ THE INFLUENCE OF PERCEPTION SCQI TOWARDS EMOTIONAL QUATION AND INOVATION TOWARDS WORK ETHIC OF EMPLOYEES AT THE GOVERMENT OFFICEAbstract This study is aimed at finding out the effects of perception of the implementation of the Continuous Quality Improvement system (CQI), emotional quotient, and innovation on employees’ work ethic. The study was conducted in government offices in Palembang involving 100 randomly selected employees. The data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The research findings show that: 1) there is no effect of perception of the implementation of the Continuous Quality Improvement system on employees’  work ethic, 2) there is a positive effect of employees’ emotional quotient on their work ethic, 3) there is positive effect of perception of the implementation of the Continuous Quality Improvement system on innovation, 4) there is a positive effect of emotional quotient on innovation, and 5) there is a positive effect of innovation on work ethic. Based  on the research findings, it can be concluded that employees’ work ethic can be enhanced by improving and developing perception of the implementation of the Continuous Quality Improvement system, emotion quotient, and innovation.Keywords: work ethic, continuous quality improvement system, emotional quotient, innovation

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of knowledge sharing on teacher job satisfaction, to determine the effect of knowledge sharing on teacher performance, to determine the effect of teacher job satisfaction on teacher performance, to determine the effect of knowledge sharing on teacher performance mediated by teacher job satisfaction. The population in this study were 1156 teachers with the research sample involving 200 teachers. This study aims to determine the effect of Special Treatment Benefits and Confidence benefits on Consumer Commitment and Consumer Loyalty to Shoppe users in the Pandemic Era. Tests in this study using 210 respondents. The sampling technique used in this research is purposive sampling. This study uses the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) data analysis technique which was developed to test the research hypothesis which was processed using the AMOS version 24 program. The data variables used in this study are Special Treatment Benefits, Confidence Benefits, Consumer Commitment, Consumer Loyalty, these variables form five hypotheses. And the results of the analysis in this study indicate that Special Treatment Benefits have a positive effect on Consumer Commitment, Special Treatment Benefits have a positive effect on Consumer Loyalty, Confidence Benefits have a positive effect on Consumer Commitment, Confidence Benefits have a positive effect on Consumer Loyalty, and Consumer Commitment has a positive effect on Consumer Loyalty.

This study aims to find out, test and analyze: (a) the effect of transparencyon muzaki beliefs; (b) the effect of transparency on muzaki loyalty; (c) theeffect of accountability on muzaki’s trust; (d) the effect of accountabilityon muzaki loyalty; (e) the effect of trust on muzaki loyalty in paying zakat,infaq, and almsgiving at the Amil Zakat Institution in Indonesia. This type ofresearch is explanatory research and using survey method. Data collectiontechnique used was questionnaire containing written questions answeredby respondents, namely muzaki (payer of zakat, infaq and sadaqah) at amilzakat institutions. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling,which set the samples based on criteria. The data analysis technique inthis study used the Partial Least Square (PLS) approach. PLS is a modelof Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on components or variants.The results of the study found that (a) accountability has a significantpositive effect on muzaki’s trust; (b) transparency has a significant positiveeffect on muzaki’s trust; (c) accountability has a significant positive effecton muzaki loyalty; (d) transparency has a significant positive effect onmuzaki loyalty; (e) trust has a significant positive effect on muzaki loyaltyin paying zakat, infaq, and almsgiving at the Amil Zakat Institutionin Indonesia. The results of this study suggest that zakat managementorganizations increase the loyalty of donors in paying zakat by increasingdonor’s trust by improving transparency and accountability of auditedfinancial reports and in accordance with PSAK 109.

The study mainly focuses on social media contents; connect of people (mainly existing and potential consumers), word of mouth (reviews and ratings) and their influence on purchase intention of the consumers for consumer goods products. Research This study has descriptive research design with a survey approach of collecting the data. The data collection instrument was a structured questionnaire constructed with the help of Likert scale. Data analysis has been done with the help of confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) followed by structural equation modeling (SEM). Three constructs namely Social Media connect of consumers, social media content and electronic word of mouth have a significant impact on purchase intention of the consumers.   The constructs such as social media connect and social media contents have been introduced in this study. The constructs have been properly checked with the preconditions of validity and reliability.

The purpose of this research is to know the influence of leadership style to work motivation, influence of work discipline to work motivation, influence of compensation to work motivation, influence of leadership style to employee performance, influence of work discipline to employee performance, influence of compensation to performance, influence of leadership style, work, compensation through work motivation on employee performance. The research method used is quantitative method. The population of this research is employees of Bank Syariah X Branch Batam as many as 160 employees. The sampling technique used the census technique. The analysis technique used in this research is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using AMOS 22. The result of this research is as follows: Leadership style has significant influence on work motivation, work discipline has no significant effect on work motivation, compensation has significant effect on work motivation, the leadership style has no significant effect on employee performance, work discipline has significant effect on employee performance, compensation has significant effect to employee performance, leadership style, work discipline, and compensation have no significant effect on employee performance through work motivation.

This study aims to examine the effect of pressure, opportunity, rationalization on intention to commit fraud. This study also examines the effect of intention to commit fraud on fraud behavior by religiosity as the moderating variable. This research was conducted at the Village Government of Malang Regency. The sampling method uses the probability sampling method. The data in this study was obtained by distributing 191 questionnaires to respondents who served as village heads or village secretaries in the Village Government of Malang Regency. The analysis technique uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) through the smartPLS program. The results show that opportunity and rationalization has a positive effect on the intention to commit fraud. Meanwhile, pressure does not affect the intention to commit fraud. The results also show that the intention to commit fraud has a positive effect on fraud behavior. Meanwhile, Religiosity does not moderate the effect of intention to commit fraud on fraud behavior.
