The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of competence, cooperation, and organizational climate on employee performance mediated by work motivation (a study in the food and agriculture office clump work unit in Merauke Regency). The research uses a quantitative research approach. The sampling technique used purposive sampling method. The research sample as many as 117 employees were selected from Civil Servants (PNS) as structural or implementing officials, not as Field Agricultural Extension Officers (PPL) or civil servants who were not on duty in the unit. The data comes from the answers to the questionnaire according to the employee's perception. The results of the questionnaire were tabulated and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using the SmartPLS application. The results of the analysis prove that competence has a significant effect on performance, competence has an effect on work motivation, and motivation mediates the influence of competence on employee performance. Cooperation has no effect on performance, but has an effect on motivation and work motivation mediates the effect of cooperation on employee performance. Organizational climate does not affect employee performance but organizational climate affects work motivation and work motivation mediates the relationship between organizational climate and employee performance. Motivation has a significant effect on performance. The results of the study have implications for competence and motivation that need to be improved in order to improve employee performance. Motivation variable affects performance by 48.6% and competence affects performance by 28.2%. Increasing work motivation can be done by increasing cooperation and organizational climate.

This study is aiming to examine therelationship between, job security, governance, and teacher’s job satisfaction. In addition this study is alsoinvestigating the moderating effect of leadership style between job security and governance. This study hasused SMART-PLS structural equation modeling to analyze the data using quantitative research method. Thisstudy has used quantitative research method using stratified sampling technique. This study had used 266completed and usable questionnaires collected from teacher of the institutions in Sothern Punjab- Pakistan. The findings have indicated a significant relationship between job security, governance and job satisfaction ateducational institution level. In addition it was also reveals that leadership style has no significant influencebetween job security, governance and teacher’s job satisfaction. This study aims to analyze social support for employee performance with work motivation as an intervening variable in the shuttlecock industry in Pringgolayan Surakarta, Indonesia. Previous research shows that social support has an influence on employee motivation at work. Other studies explain that motivation can improve employee performance. This study uses a quantitative method with a sample of 100 respondents. The sample is determined by the purposive sampling method. Respondents are employees of the shuttlecock industry, who had worked for at least 3 mo.. This study uses SmartPLS 3.0 as a data analysis technique. The results of this study indicate that working conditions have a significant effect on work motivation, social support has a significant effect on work motivation and social support has a significant effect on employee performance. Research also shows that work motivation has a significant influence on employee performance. This study used a quantitative approach. The data analysis technique used in the structural equation model (Structural Equation Modeling-SEM) was based on variance or component based SEM, which is famously called Partial Least Square (PLS) Visual version 3.0. All relationships examined showed positive and significant results. For this reason, in its realization, the LPD Banyuning, LPD Lumbanan, LPD Padang Bulia, LPD Sari Mekar were expected to be able to improve the performance of the Employees with the Performance Allowances. The realization of employee performance, this is also the impact of the existence of Work Motivation, Performance Allowances, and Work Discipline that will have an impact on improving employee performance in the LPD Banyuning, LPD Lumbanan, LPD Padang Bulia, LPD Sari Mekar.

This study aims to analyze the factors that affect the performance of PT. Petroil Indonesia. The research focus used is the compensation variable and work environment
variable on performance through work motivation. In order to know how far the influence of variables of compensation and work environment variables affect the performance factors
through employee motivation, the researcher in this case has done the research with the sampling model used in this research is non probability sampling with slovin method so
that the obtained sample as much as 248 of respondents from 650 respondents. Instrument calibration is done to test the validity of grain and reliability coefficient. Grain validity was
calculated by using correlation product moment coefficients and reliability was calculated using the coefficient of cronbach's alpha. The hypothesis used in this research is using
Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis technique. From the results of the study showed all hypothesis proposed in this research accepted. This means that there is a significant
influence between compensation, work environment to work motivation and performance.
