The article deals with the problem of teaching Russian speaking. Chinese students of philology at the pre-university stage of preparation. The author approaches the solution of the problem through practice-oriented learning using information and communication technologies. The article discusses the possibilities of interactive exercises for teaching speaking, implemented on the basis of information and communication technologies, presents examples of exercises and ways of working with them. The author analyzes the motivational preferences of students for tasks in an interactive mode, examines the influence of using an interactive electronic system of exercises on the level of development of students' speaking skills.

Se examina la experiencia de los estudiantes y los profesores de dos grupos de un curso de Elocución con el uso de las Tecnologías de la Información y la Comunicación (TICs), para mejorar sus habilidades de expresión oral en inglés. Se presenta el diseño del curso y la metodología en la cual se fundamentó, así como las apreciaciones de los trabajos de estos a lumnos a la hora de mejorar las habilidades comunicativas orales por medio del enfoque constructivista. Se incluyen recomendaciones para poner en práctica esta metodología.A description is provided here of the experience of the students and teachers of two Elocution courses in which Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs) were used to improve oral communication skills in English. Reference is made to the design of the course and the methodology it is based on, together with some insights of the assignments that students did to improve their English speaking skills through the constructivism approach. Recommendations are also provided for others interested in using this type of methodology.

A language corpus is one of the modern Internet technologies, on the basis of which students can develop the skills of written foreign language interaction. Under the language corpus we propose to understand the various types of arrays of texts combined in a single electronic system for a specific typological basis. The most common typological types are: type of linguistic data, tags, language, register, purpose of the corpus, chronological sign, indexing, character marking, purpose of the corpus, mode of existence of the corpus and online access. Based on the analysis of methodological literature on the use of modern information and communication technologies in teaching a foreign language (blogs, wiki, podcasts, linguistic corpus, social service Twitter), we identify the didactic properties of the language corpus. These include the following: multilingualism, contextuality, dynamism, the ability to search in the corpus according to a given pattern, the ability to select functional text types in the corpus, sorting of the search results and network access. Each of the didactic properties corresponds to a certain methodological function, consideration of which is necessary when identifying and justifying a number of psychological and pedagogical conditions, as well as developing a methodology for teaching students written foreign language interaction based on the linguistic corpus.

The article is devoted to the study of ways of developing media creative competencies of students of the University of Law with helping authoring tools. An example of teaching the training module "Information and Communication Technologies" using authorial tools is shown and the effectiveness of the application of teaching methods in the development of students' media creativity is proved.

The utilization of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) have developed quickly. Traditional Healthcare (TH) which designates paper-predicated system is expeditious giving way to e-health system in most developed countries. Virtually all hospitals in the Kurdistan Region (KR) are utilizing TH. This paper deals with designing and implementing a web based electronic hospital system (WBEHS) in Shorsh General Hospital (SGH) in Slemani city. The system solves traditional style quandaries by transmuting the traditional paper-based healthcare system into a fully electronic system containing multi modules such as (Physician, X-Ray, Pharmacy, Laboratories, Ultrasound). The staff of SGH participated in the implementation and obtaining the results which have been evaluated by utilizing System Usability Scale (SUS). The overall evaluation score of the questionnaire was (79. 459%) which can be considered as a good result.
