The present study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the multimedia training modules in terms of knowledge gain among bio-control user’s farmers. The study was purposively conducted in Chhattisgarh where, a total of 200 biocontrol user’s farmers were selected randomly and divide into eight groups equally. Bio-control agents was selected as farm technology based on new and need based one. The Barsch learning style inventory was used to access the learning style of farmers and results showed that majority (67.67%) of them were preferred visual learning style. The knowledge was assessed through in-build knowledge test on the specific aspects. From the result, at Dhamtari district, the Group-I (Katalboard) has highest (144.37%) knowledge gain and in Raipur district Group-V (Baronda) has lowest (37.60%) knowledge gain. The overall knowledge gain ranges from 37.60 per cent to 144.37 per cent in the study area; this variation indicated that the farmers having different level of knowledge aspects in the biocontrol agents. There was also statistically significant gain in knowledge (t-test 23.91) from pre to post exposure mean scores which can be interpreted that the multimedia training module had significant effect on the knowledge gain on bio-control agents farming practices. The results of the study clearly indicate the importance of multimedia training modules in transfer of knowledge and skill on scientific farming practices.

Abstrak: Proses pelayanan perpustakaan di SMP Kemala Bhayangkari 1 Medan awal nya dilakukan secara konvensional lalu berganti menjadi Sistem Berbasis Teknologi (Web). Terdapat beberapa kendala setelah pergantian sistem tersebut. Hal ini dikarenakan kurang familiarnya siswa terhadap pengunaan Sistem Perpustakaan Berbasis Teknologi (Web), sehingga siswa menjadi kebingungan dalam mengimplementasikan pengunaannya. Untuk itu dilakukan kegiatan pengenalan literasi digital untuk membantu siswa dalam menggunakan sistem perpustakaan. Kegiatan ini dilakukan menggunakan metode seperti, Menyusun Rancangan Kegiatan, Pelatihan dan Penerapan, Evaluasi. Sehinga mendapatkan sebuah hasil Modul Pedoman Penggunaan, media pelatihan penggunaan web perpustakaan, serta video pelaksanaan kegiatan berisi informasi tentang Penggunaan Web Perpustakaan, petunjuk serta saran penggunaan media Web Perpustakaan. Program MBKM terlaksana melalui beberapa rangkaian kegiatan maupun persiapan yang bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan Pengunaan web perpustakaan di SMP Kemala Bhayangkari 1 Medan, sehingga mempermudah pelayanan untuk belajar disekolah mitra. Kata Kunci: Literasi Digital, Pelatihan, Web, Modul Pelatihan Abstract: The library service process at SMP Kemala Bhayangkari 1 Medan was initially carried out conventionally and then changed to a Technology-Based System (Web). There are several problems after the system change. This is because students are less familiar with the use of the Technology-Based Library System (Web), so that students become confused in implementing its use. For this reason, digital literacy activities were carried out to assist students in using the library system. This activity is carried out using methods such as Preparing Activity Plans, Training, and Implementation, Evaluation. the result of this activity is the Usage Guidelines Module, training media on the use of the library's web, as well as a video of the implementation of activities containing information about the use of the library's web, instructions, and suggestions for using the library's web media. The MBKM program is implemented through several series of activities and preparations aimed at optimizing the use of the library web at SMP Kemala Bhayangkari 1 Medan, thus facilitating services for learning at partner schools. Keyword: Digital Literacy, Training, Web, Training Module

This paper describes challenges to changing the culture around yellow zone sexual harassment in the higher education workplace. The yellow zone comprises harassment that is often undetected or misunderstood but nonetheless is harmful. Based on a random sample, we surveyed 4554 staff and faculty at a large Midwestern university after they completed a mandatory online training module, assessing perceptions of sexual harassment, reactions to the training, and workplace personal experiences. Findings are that a majority of respondents know where to report incidents and that the training improved knowledge about sexual and gender-based harassment. However, almost half reported problematic workplace experiences.

The lack of awareness and ability in recording and managing the finances of farming and farmer households causes farmers can’t get a real of their welfare. Farmers are still oriented to production activities and have not led to a profitable business through professional financial management. Training is one of the activities carried out as an effort to provide financial literacy and education for farming and farmer households. This study aims to determine the value of benefits and the level of application of financial literacy and education training materials which consist of 2 core materials, namely farming finance management and household financial management. The research method uses purposive sampling with 29 respondents from the Tuban, Ngawi, Lamongan, Madiun and Jombang regencies of East Java Province as participants in financial literacy and education training in 2019 and 2020. The results showed that the two materials were considered useful about 4.35 and 4.27 and the level of application of the materials was still at 50% or about 3.23 and 3.07 from the specified learning outcome indicators. The value of benefits is positively correlated with the application of the two training materials.It is necessary to improve the training module to make it simpler, easier to understand and aplicable by participants as well as intensive assistance from local extention officer so the material can be applied more optimally in farmer daily activities. ABSTRAKRendahnya kesadaran dan kemampuan dalam pencatatan dan pengelolaan keuangan usahatani dan rumah tangga petani menyebabkan kesejahteraan kurang dirasakan oleh petani. Petani selama ini masih berorientasi pada kegiatan produksi dan belum mengarah pada bisnis yang menguntungkan melalui pengelolaan keuangan yang profesional. Pelatihan merupakan salah satu kegiatan yang dilakukan sebagai upaya untuk memberikan literasi dan edukasi keuangan baik usahatani maupun rumah tangga petani. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui nilai manfaat dan tingkat penerapan materi pelatihan literasi dan edukasi keuangan yang terdiri dari 2 materi inti yaitu pengelolaan keuangan usahatani dan pengelolaan keuangan rumah tangga. Metode penelitian menggunakan purposive sampling dengan responden alumni peserta pelatihan literasi dan edukasi keuangan tahun 2019 dan 2020 yang berasal dari Kabupaten Tuban, Ngawi, Lamongan, Madiun dan Jombang Provinsi Jawa Timur sebanyak 29 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kedua materi dinilai bermanfaat yaitu sebesar 4,35 dan 4,27 serta tingkat penerapan materi sebesar 3,23 dan 3,07 atau masih 50% dari indikator hasil pembelajaran yang ditetapkan. Nilai manfaat berkorelasi secara positif terhadap penerapan kedua materi pelatihan. Perlu perbaikan modul pelatihan agar lebih sederhana, mudah dipahami dan diterapkan oleh peserta serta pendampingan yang intensif dari penyuluh pertanian setempat agar penerapan materi lebih optimal dan bermanfaat dalam kegiatan sehari-hari.

ABSTRAKPenyajian informasi atau berita yang menarik, kreatif, dan informatif merupakan salah satu modal untuk menciptakan informasi yang mudah di terima oleh pembaca salah satunya guru-guru di sekolah. Tujuan pengabdian masyrakat yang dilakukan adalah menumbuhkan rasa kreativitas dan terciptanya inovasi terutama dalam pembuatan media pembelajaran. Pelatihan penggunaan Canva yang diberikan kepada Bapak dan Ibu Guru Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) Muhammadiyah Rabak, Purbalingga. Metode yang dilakukan adalah demonstasi dengan mempraktikkan secara langsung melalui Zoom Meeting. Materi yang diberikan antara lain pembuatan akun, penggunaan template yang tersedia hingga pengaturan penggunaan elemen yang ada untuk penunjang materi yang akan dibuat ke dalam slide. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian yaitu para peserta mempraktikkan langsung sesuai arahan modul pelatihan. Evaluasi kegiatan yang dilakukan yaitu pembagian kuisioner dengan beberapa indikator yaitu kemudahan penggunaan, kejelasan materi yang disampaikan, dan manfaat yang dirasakan oleh peserta. Pelatihan ini dapat menambah wawasan dan ilmu pengetahun bagi para guru khususnya dalam menambah referensi cara penyampaian bahan ajar yang menarik dan mudah diterima oleh siswa. Saran yang dapat diberikan yaitu adanya pelatihan berkelanjutan agar para guru dapat memaksimalkan ilmu yang telah disampaikan. Kata kunci: canva; desain; infografis; presentasi. ABSTRACTPresentation of information or news that is interesting, creative, and informative is one of the capitals to create information is easily accepted by readers, one of which is teachers in schools. The purpose of community service to foster a sense of creativity and create innovation, especially in the manufacture of learning media. Training on the use of Canva given to the teachers of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) Muhammadiyah Rabak, Purbalingga. The method used demonstration by practicing directly through Zoom Meetings. The materials provided include account creation, use of available templates to setting the use of existing elements to support the material to be made into slides. The results of the service activities are that the participants practice directly according to the directions of the training module. The evaluation of the activities carried out was the distribution of questionnaires with several indicators, namely ease of use, clarity of the material presented, and the benefits felt by participants. This training can add insight and knowledge for teachers, especially in adding references to how to deliver teaching materials that are interesting and easily accepted by students. Suggestions that can be given are continuous training so that teachers can maximize the knowledge that has been conveyed. Keywords: canva; design; infographic; presentation.

Abstract Selection of an optimal route within the intelligent approach provides for the possibility of applying soft models and computing in estimation of the trainee presence in the knowledge space. Among numerous ways of representation and processing of information of this type, the special place is held by those able to adapt to the maximal number of NO factors, characterizing the actual training situations, their measurable data and actual methods and ways of their processing that have ambiguities, uncertainties and incompleteness of the respective models and methods. In this paper, we suggest to extend the certain well-proven best practices in data analysis and transformation in the training environment information space to solving the actual training management problems. In addition, the paper demonstrates approaches to the use of Pareto-optimal approaches for fuzzy and underdetermined situations in actual training processes. Formally, this problem is solved with a fuzzy systemic graph. Variants of calculating procedures, allowing the use of the available apparatus of soft models and computing with the purpose to eliminate uncertainties when forming grounded decisions, are given. Methods and criteria of route options selection with regard of vaguely defined functional specification requirements have been developed pursuant to the study.

Abstract College students in disciplines that might provide services or work with older adults, such as medicine or social work, are usually the target of most educational programs on aging. High schools provide an untapped opportunity to engage students earlier. This project is the next step following a pilot study conducted in New Jersey and Kentucky to better understand high school students’ attitudes and knowledge regarding aging. That study also reviewed current high school curriculum for aging-specific content and perceived barriers among teachers to incorporating aging education into the curriculum (Davis & Sokan, 2019). Study findings indicate inter alia, a need to educate high school students about aging, increase interactions among older and younger adults, incorporate education about careers on aging, and educate teachers on how to infuse more aging content into their courses. To that end, this project’s goal was to develop both a training module and educational program on aging for high school students. Also, we propose a plan to develop, implement, and evaluate both the training module and the educational programs. We hypothesize that the training module will increase high school teachers’ confidence in their ability to teach their students about aging. The educational program’s delivery will increase students’ knowledge of aging-related issues and awareness about careers in aging. Upon completing the project, we will use feedback from students and teachers to revise the educational program, for implementation among a larger sample of high schools.
