This research aims to find empirical evidence about the influence of profitability on firm value. To find empirical evidence about the influence of capital structure on firm value. To find empirical evidence about the influence of dividend policy on firm value. To know more about the influence of empirical evidence Investment Decision on firm value. To know more about the influence of empirical evidence profitability, capital structure, dividend policy and investment decisions simultaneously on firm value. Variables of this research are Profitability, Capital Structure, Dividend Policy, Investment Decisions and firm value. The type of data research is secondary data, it is manufacturing company's financial statements the period of 2010 - 2014. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with a significance level of 5%. The research results show that profitability have a positive and significant effect on firm value. Capital structure does not affect the firm value. Dividend policy is positive and significant effect on firm value. Investment policy and significant positive effect on firm value. Simultaneously profitability, capital structure, dividend policy and investment decisions are have significant effect on firm value. The effect of profitability, capital structure, dividend policy, and investment decisions to firm value by 37.5% while the rest influenced by other factors not included in the research model. The main objective of this research is to examine theeffect of manajerial ownership, investment decision, funding decision, and dividend policy on firm value that listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). In this study, firm value measured by Price Book Value (PBV). Samples used in this study consisted of 11 companies. This study used a purposive sampling method is by determining the number of samples taken to certain criteria. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis which previously has been tested with the classical assumption test. The results showed that simultaneously managerial ownership, investment decisions, funding decisions, and dividend significantly influence on firm value in the companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. Partially managerial ownership and funding decisions does not affect on firm value in the companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange, while investment decisions and dividend policy positive effect on firm value in the Companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange

This paper aims to examine wheter there is significant institusional ownership, capital structure, dividen policy and company’s growth to firm value. This paper also aims to examine wheter variabel of company’s growth could be moderating this study. Sample of this study uses purposive sampling method in order to obtain a final sample accounting 36 companies with observation period from 2012-2017. Type of data in this study secondary data and uses in multiple linier regression as an analytical tool. The result of this study indicate that institusional ownership has no effect on firm value. Capital structure, dividend policy and company growth have a positive effect on firm value. Corporate growth cannot moderate the reationship between institusional ownership and firm value. Corporate growth weakens the relationship between capital structure and firm value. Corporate growth cannot moderate the relationship between dividend policy and firm value.

Firm value is the price that potential buyers are willing to pay when a company is sold. The value of this company is very important because it is a reflection of the company's performance that shows the prospects of the company in the future which is also a indicator of market valuation of the company as a whole. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of profitability and dividend policy on firm value with capital structure as mediator. This research was conducted at Property and Real Estate Company listed on BEI. The number of samples taken as many as 14 companies from 42 companies listed during the period 2012-2016 with purposive sampling method. The analysis technique used is path analysis. Based on the results of the analysis found that profitability has a significant positive effect on capital structure, dividend policy has no significant positive effect on capital structure, profitability, dividend policy, and capital structure have a significant positive effect on firm value, and capital structure able to mediate between the effect of profitability on firm value but can not mediate the effect of dividend policy on firm value. The purpose of this study is to test empirically the effect of leverage, investment stock, bond, and dividend policy on firm value and firm performance for agriculture, basic chemical industry, consumer goods, and finance on the Indonesian stock exchange. The population of this study is 632 companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange, with a sample of 236 companies in 2018-2019, secondary data sources from ICDM, and audited financial reports by collecting documentation data and processing data with moderate multiple linear regression. The findings of the research are that financial policy proxied by leverage, investment in stocks and bonds shows a significant positive effect on firm performance, and dividend policy also shows a significant positive effect on firm value. To increase the generalizability of research results, future studies will collect data with different populations or different countries. This study contributes to the performance and value of the company where the increase in leverage, investment, bonds, and dividends will increase the performance and value of the company. The implication of this research is to improve the performance and value of the company for the better. This research is limited to capital structure, dividend policy on firm value with firm performance as moderation. Further research can be developed with different samples and more for generalizations.

This study aims to provide empirical evidence regarding the effect of managerial ownership, firm size, profitability, dividend policy, investment decisions, capital structure and intellectual capital on firm value. The population of this study is family companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2016-2019. The sample of this research is 128 samples. Sampling using purposive sampling method, namely determining the sample from the existing population based on the criteria desired by the researcher. This study uses multiple linear regression to analyze the data. The results of this study indicate managerial ownership has no effect on firm value, firm size has no effect on firm value, profitability has a significant positive effect on firm value, dividend policy has no effect on firm value, investment decisions have a significant positive effect on firm value, capital structure has a significant negative effect on firm value, and intellectual capital has no effect on firm value.

This study aims to analyze the effect of investment decisions, funding decisions, and dividend policy on the value of the company. This research is classified as causative research. The populations in this study are all Manufacturing companies listed on the Stock Exchange in 2012-2016. The sampling technique in this study is using purposive sampling technique with a total sample of 213 samples. The data used is secondary data. The data analysis method used is multiple regression. The results showed that investment decision variables affect the value of the company in a positive direction, funding decisions affect the value of the company in a negative direction, and dividend policy affects the value of the company with a positive direction on Manufacturing companies listed on the IDX. With this research, it is expected that researchers who can further conduct research related to factors that influence the value of the company whose impact is higher than what researchers have met.  ABSTRACT This study aimed to examin the effect of investment, leverage and dividend policy on firm value with profitability as a moderator in Non-Financial Services Companies in Indonesia during the 2014-2018 period. The number of samples in this study were 20 Non-Financial Services Companies that Paid dividend regularly during 2014-2018. The type of data was secondary data in the form of panel data obtained from the company's Annual Report. Data analysis method was Panel Data Regression. The results of this study found that leverage and profitability had a positive effect on firm value, where investment and dividend policy did not effect significantly on firm value, and profitability was able to moderate the effect of leverage on firm value, but was unable to moderate the effect of investment and dividend policy on firm value Keywords: investment, leverage, dividend policy, profitability and firm value

This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of growth opportunities, capital structure and dividend policy on investment decisions in manufacturing companies in the consumer goods industry sector which are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2015-2018 period. The factors tested are growth opportunities, capital structure and dividend policy and investment decisions. The data used in this study are secondary data and this study uses 18 samples of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2015-2018 period. This study uses the Social Sciences Statistics Package (SPSS) version 17.0 to determine the results of the hypothesis. Tests using SPSS get results that show that: 1) growth opportunities have a positive and significant influence on investment decisions; 2) capital structure has a positive and significant effect on investment decisions; 3) dividend policy has a negative and significant effect on investment decisions; 4) growth opportunity variables (company growth opportunities, capital structure, dividend policy simultaneously influence investment decisions.Kata Kunci: Incentives, Employee Discipline
