The purpose of this research is to identify and analyze the influence of organizational communication toward work  satisfaction  in SMPN 1 Banuhampu Kabupaten Agam. The population of the research is the teachers in SMPN 1 Banuhampu Kabupaten Agam. Samples taken are 56 respondents by using random sampling technique,  which determine  samples by taking a sample randomly and use the questionnaire as a tool to collect data. Based on hypothesis  in this research, it is assumed that the influence of organizational communication, significantly and positively influence the teachers’ work satisfaction  in SMPN 1 Banuhampu Kabupaten Agam. The data analysis methods author used in this research are validity tes, reliability test, variable descriptive analysis test, simple linear regression analysis, T test and F test. From analysis that have been done, author found that effect of organizational communication variable (X) toward work satisfaction is significantly and positively influence the teachers’ work, this is proven by significant probability value of communication organization is resulted in 0,000 which is smaller than 0,05. From F test, it can be concluded that regression model can be use to predict the organizational communication, which have  significantly and  positively  influence toward teachers’ work satisfaction by the significant probability value is resulted in 0,000 which is smaller than 0,05.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the Activity, Productivity and Profitability ratios on liquidity in Indonesian stock exchange companies. The independent variables used in this study are the ratio of activities, productivity ratios, and profitability ratios. Meanwhile, what is used as the dependent variable is the liquidity used based on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) company. The population used in this study were all manufacturing companies in the food and beverage sub-sector, totaling 17 companies. The data used is from companies that publish complete financial statement data for the 2015-2019 period. Based on the calculation results obtained t-count -2.131 <-2.03951 and the significance level is 0.041 <0.05, it is concluded that H1 is accepted, which means that there is a significant negative effect between the ratio of activity to liquidity. The productivity ratio is -0.508> -2.03951 while the significance level is 0.615> 0.05. So that the hypothesis H2 is rejected, which means that there is no influence between the productivity ratio to liquidity. Profitability ratio obtained t-value of 7.933> 2.03951 and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05, so that the hypothesis H3 is accepted, which means that there is a positive and significant effect on the ratio of profitability to the liquidity ratio and the results of data analysis obtained an f-count value of 24.014> 2.90 and a significance value. 0.000 <0.05. This shows that the activity, productivity and profitability ratios simultaneously have a significant effect on the liquidity ratio.

The purpose of this study was to determine the Effect of Financial Ratios on Stock Returns on LQ45 Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The independent variables used are Financial Ratios. The dependent variable used is Stock Return. The population in this study is the Current Ratio, Return on Equity, Debt to Equity Ratio, and Stock Return data on LQ45 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for 5 years from 2015-2019. The sample in this study is LQ45 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). Data analysis techniques in this study include multiple linear regression. The test results in this study indicate that the Current Ratio variable has no significant effect on Stock Return. From the results of testing the variables above, the Current Ratio shows the calculated T value of -0.242 T value of the table 2.016 with a significance number 0.810> 0.05. The Return on Equity variable influences the Stock Return. From the results of testing the variables above, Return on Equity shows that the calculated T value of 2.232> T table value of 2.016 with a significance number of 0.031 <0.05. Debt to Equity Ratio variable has a significant effect on Stock Return. From the results of testing the variables above, Debt to Equity Ratio shows that the calculated T value of 5.923> T table value of 2.016 with a significance number of 0.000 <0.05. Current Ratio, Return on Equity, and Debt to Equity Ratio together have a significant effect on Stock Returns with the number that a significant value of 0,000 <0.05 and an F count of 14.498> F table of 3.21.

The development of sharia-based hotels has become a popular business and it is believed that the development of sharia hotels will experience a drastic increase due to the level of business awareness of sharia concepts. This study aims to improve employee job satisfaction through spiritual leadership and Islamic organizational culture. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The unit of analysis is employees who work at Sharia Hotels in Padang. The results showed that partially Spiritual Leadership variables had a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction and Islamic Organizational Culture variables had a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction variables. Simultaneously the Spiritual Leadership and Islamic Organizational Culture has a positive and significant effect on Employee Job Satisfaction with an adjusted R2 value of 0.204 This shows that the magnitude of the influence of the Islamic Organizational Spiritual Leadership and Culture on the variable Job satisfaction is 20.4%.

PT Barelang Elektrindo Eracemerlang comes from sales services in the form of services. In operational activities, because it is not a manufacturing company, it does not have fixed expenses, but there are many expenses in nominal amounts that are not large, so that the role of petty cash is very influential in carrying out the activities of a company that is engaged in other events. In addition, the management of the company's financial transactions and operations is still done manually, resulting in various problems in the absence of a computerized system. In this study the authors used two X variables consisting of management (X1), recording (X2) and one Y variable, namely petty cash. The population in this study is the financial statements of PT Barelang Elektrindo Eracemerlang from 2014 to 2018. The sample in this study is financial reports for one year, January to December 2018. The result of research are Petty cash management at PT Barelang Elektrindo Era Cemerlang uses changing the fund system, where there are several established procedures for carrying out operational activities, such as the formation of petty cash funds, expenses, and refilling of petty cash funds. The petty cash management and recording system at PT Barelang Elektrindo Era Cemerlang has not been in accordance with existing accounting principles, seen from cash management that uses 2 (two) methods directly so that petty cash disbursements cannot be controlled or controlled properly.

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of brand equity dimensions on the purchasing decision of Mie Sedaap Cup in Padang. Sampling in this study was conducted by purposive sampling. The sampling technique used is judgmental sampling. The sample in this study were 130 people. Data was collected in the form of questionnaires and analyzed through SPSS software ver. 24.0. The results in this study indicate that the Brand Equity Dimension has a positive and significant effect on Purchasing Decisions because the significance value of 0.052 <alpha 0.10 for Brand Awareness with a t-test value of 1.963> t-table of 1.6604, while the Quality Perception has a value significance of 0.001> 0.10 and t-test value 3.257> t-table 1.6604. This means that Brand Awareness and Quality Perception have a very strong influence on Purchasing Decisions separately (respectively). Furthermore, the magnitude of the effect of variance in brand equity dimensions on the purchasing decision of Mie Sedaap Cup was 52.3%. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that the Mie Sedaap Cup in its memory or memory usage is a good brand image by prioritizing product quality and purchasing decisions of the Mie Sedaap Cup.

The purpose of this study was to determine how the effect  excellent service and community satisfaction partially and simultaneously  the process of making E-Ktp. The type of research  this research  associative with the form of a causal relationship, a causal relationship a relationship that causal in nature, so here there are independent variables and dependent variables. data collection technique used was questionnaire submitted  the respondents, namely the people who came take care of making E-KTP the Tebo Regency Population and Civil Registration Service and field documentation. The results showed that excellent service has a significant effect and has a positive direction towards the e-KTP making process with t_ (count) 4.184> t_ (table) 1.98609. Community satisfaction has a significant effect and has a positive direction towards the process of making e-ID card with t_ (count) 3.112> 〖t〗 _ (table) 1.98609. Excellent service and community satisfaction simultaneously (together) have significant effect on the e-ID card making process with F_count 26.328> F table 3.09. From the results of the coefficient of determination (R ^ 2), it is known that the contribution provided by excellent service and community satisfaction to employee performance is 36.4%, while the remaining 63.6% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. The conclusion is that excellent service and community satisfaction have a partial and simultaneous effect on the e-ID card making process, because the value of t_ (count) 〖> t〗 _ (table.) And the value of F_count> F table and has a positive relationship direction.

Activity and limited of time to fulfill necessity caused people like instant things. Food sector is the main target for this pattern of act. Padang city is center of government, business and has several universities that bring people from  other city to  Padang. so that, food sector is targeted, especially young people who spend more time outside. The purpose of this study is to find out: the sense, feel, think, act, and relate affect toward customer loyalty of fast food restaurants in Padang city. This research used quantitative methods and uses SEM-PLS analysis to test  research model. The observation unit in this study was 150 fast food restaurant customers in Padang City. In measuring variable used likert scale. The results found that the feel, and act have a significant effect toward customer loyalty of fast food restaurants in Padang City. While sense, think and relate do not have a significant effect on consumer loyalty toward fast food restaurants in Padang City.

Abstract In this study, researchers have conducted research at PT. Indonesia stock exchange. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of inflation, exchange rates and interest rates on stock returns in pharmaceutical companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. By taking secondary data in the 2010-2014 period. Data analysis in this study used the classical assumption test, t-test analysis and f-test, while the overall data analysis used a computer with SPSS version 21 software.The results of this study concluded that: (1) the inflation rate partially has a positive and significant effect on stock returns in pharmaceutical companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, (2) the exchange rate partially does not have a significant effect on stock returns in listed pharmaceutical companies. in the Indonesia Stock Exchange, (3) the interest rate partially does not have a significant effect on stock returns in pharmaceutical companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, (4) the inflation rate, the exchange rate, the interest rate simultaneously influence stock returns. in pharmaceutical companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.Suggestions for companies should pay more attention to financial performance factors, both as measured by profitability and the market in determining share prices. This study can further use other methods that may be better than the variable analysis used in this study, for example logistic analysis.

Maintaining business in times of multidimensional crisis due to the COVID 19 pandemic is something that is difficult for micro-entrepreneurs to do. The character of entrepreneurs affects every decision that must be made in a situation full of uncertainty. This paper reveals the relationship between locus if internal control (LoC) characteristics and the ability to sustain micro-entrepreneurial ventures. Research with a quantitative approach, the data were analyzed descriptively and associatively using the Pearson correlation formula, and contribution analysis. The instrument uses a questionnaire, the sample is entrepreneurs with the strength of micro-scale capital taken by random sampling using incidental sampling techniques through google form data collection. The analysis shows that the micro-entrepreneurial business conditions at a score of 63.8% are categorized as bad, while LoC has a score of 58.4% in the bad category, the correlation results have a positive direction of 0.726, the value of X's contribution to Y is 52.6%.
