The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of Empowering Leadership on the performance Employees of District X Maybrat Regency. The study used Partial Least Squares (PLS) with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) techniques to analyze 45 employees. The results showed there was a positive and significant influence between Empowering Leadership on employee performance with a value TStatistic greater than Tsabel (Tstatistic 31,692 1,679 Ttabel) at a significance level of 5% (0.05). The results of this study indicate that the higher Empowering Leadership that the organization has, the more it will improve the performance of Employees in District X Maybrat regency of West Papua

This study aims to determine the effect of motivation on job satisfaction between permanent employees and outsourcing in the period 2013-2015. Motivational influence on the performance of the jobholder and outsourcing. The influence of organizational commitment on job satisfaction among permanent employees and outsourcing. The influence of commitment organizational to employee performance between permanent employees and outsourcing by using SEM (Structural Equation Modeling). The effect of job satisfaction on employee performance. A sample of 60 respondents ie 55 permanent employees and five employees of outsourcing from year 2013 to 2015, then the authors examine the influence of motivation and organizational commitment to job satisfaction and employee performance, as for data collection techniques used by the researcher is a questionnaire is a technique of data collection in research by using a questionnaire that contains a list of questions to the respondent. Analytical techniques used in this study using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) PLS operated by AMOS program 21.0. The results showed that there is a positive and significant influence between Motivation (X1) to Job Satisfaction (Y1), there is a positive and significant influence between Motivation (X1) on Performance (Y2), there is a positive and significant influence between Organizational Commitment (X2) on Job Satisfaction (Y1), exists a positive and significant influence between a positive and significant influence between Organizational Commitment (X2) to Performance (Y2), there is a positive and significant influence between Job Satisfaction (Y1) on Performance (Y2).

PT. XYZ is a company engaged in construction specifically steel fabrication. The problem encountered by company was frequent overtimes with low remuneration but cannot meet production target. The objective of study was to know the influence of motivation, environment,stress on employee performance through job satisfaction as intervening variable. The method used was Structural Equation Modeling with IBS SPSS AMOS software. The results of study indicated that motivation had positive influence of 0.229, environment had positive influence of 2.746, and stress had significant influence of 0.139 on job satisfaction. Motivation had positive influence of 0.910, environment had positive influence of 2.526, and stress had negative influence of -0.221 on employee performance. Motivation had positive influence of 0.093, environment had positive influence of 1.120, and stress had positive and significant influence of 0.056 on employee performance through job satisfaction as intervening variable. Job satisfaction had positive influence of 0.408 on employee performance.Keywords: motivation, environment, stress, structural, equation, modeling

Cultural organisation as a system formed by the company management, has the same characteristics than other organisations. It is due to the leader has authority to change the old paradigm to a new transformation. The purposes are employees have a high commitment in organisation, satisfaction at work, and also to improve the performance of the given contribution. The purpose is to examine the Influence of Cultural Organisation and a leader style which is Transformational-Transactional sign to Employee Performance, High Commitment in Organisation, and also the satisfaction at work.. This study applies Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with 5% alpha significance. Data is obtained from 116 employees “Nurul Hayat” Foundation with proportional sampling technique by using questionnaires, interviews and documentation. At P-Value (> 0,05) and T-Value (> 1,96) indicate that, Culture Organisation has positive and significant influence on employee performance, organisation commitment and job satisfaction. The leadership style has positive and significant influences on job satisfaction and organisation commitment. The leadership style has positive and insignificant effects on employee performances. Organisation commitment has positive and insignificant effects on employee performances. Job satisfaction has positive and significant effects on employee performances.

Study on Path Analysis using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) Smart Partial Least Squares (PLS) software version 3.0 with the aim of testing the Impact or Effect of Training on Employee Performance and Organizational Performance, whether it has a significant effect.The analysis results obtained are:First, the Effect of Employee Performance on Organizational Performance.The t-statistic value of 2.721 and the significance (t-table significance of 5% = 1.96) because the t-statistic value of 2.721 is greater () than the t-table of 1.96, Employee Performance has a "significant" effect on Organizational Performance.Second, the Effect of Training (Training) on Employee PerformanceThe t-statistic value of 2.688 significance (t-table significance of 5% = 1.96) because the t-statistic value of 2.688 is greater () than the t-table of 1.96, the Training has a "significant" effect on Employee Performance.Third, the Effect of Training (Training) on Organizational PerformanceThe t-statistic value of 0.338 significance (t-table significance of 5% = 1.96) because the t-statistic value of 0.338 is smaller () than t-table 1.96, the "insignificant" Training has a direct effect on Organizational Performance.

This study aims to determine the effect of organizational commitment on service performance in health centers all around Sorong district. This study was using Partial Least Squares (PLS) with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) techniques to analyze 146 employees. The results showed that there was a positive and significant influence between organizational commitment to service performance with a T-statistic value greater than T-table (T-statistic 39.288> T-table 1.976) at a significance level of 5% (0.05). The results of this study have indicated that the higher the organizational commitment of employees, the better the service performance at health centers in Sorong district, West Papua.

The aim of this study was to determine the relationship of the features of the value, satisfaction, and customer loyalty; the effect on the value of customer satisfaction and loyalty; influence of satisfaction on customer loyalty. A total of 200 merchant PT. BANK XYZ as respondents was selected randomly. Analyses were performed using structural equation modeling (SEM). The analysis showed that the feature has a significant influence on customer value, but not for customer satisfaction and loyalty. The values has a significant influence on satisfaction, but not on customer loyalty. Satisfaction has a significant influence on customer loyalty. Discussion and conclusions described in the article. The study explores the potential influences of strategic orientation constructs of entrepreneurial, market and technology orientations on telecommunication firms’ performance using data obtained through structured questionnaires from 57 line managers and 300 customers of these firms. The data collected were subjected to the structural equation modeling technique. The results revealed that strategic orientation has a positive significant relationship with firm performance. Specifically, it showed that only technology orientation has a significant influence on telecommunication firms’ performance. The study contributes to the understanding of the rationale behind which set of strategic orientations should be implemented for improved level of performance in the telecommunication sector.
