<p><em>This study aimed to examine the effect of</em><em> return on assets, debt to equity ratio, earning per share</em>, <em>price earnings ratio, dividend per share,</em> <em>interest rate</em>, <em>and exchange rate</em> <em>to stock price. The population of this research is publicly traded manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period from 2013- 2016. Samples were selected by purposive sampling method to acquired 90 companies. This study uses white regression using SPSS.</em><em> </em><em>The r</em><em>esults </em><em>showed that the </em><em>return on assets, debt to equity ratio, dividend per share, interest rate,</em> <em>and exchanges rate have no effect on stock price; while earning per share, price earnings ratio</em>,<em> and dividend per share have a significant positive effect on stock price.</em><em></em></p>

This study was conducted to examine the effect of Earnings Per Share, Net Profit Margin, Debt to Equity Ratio toward Stock Price on manufacturing companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange during the years 2009-2012. The population consists of 36 companies and are used as a sample of 17  ompanies. Sampling technique using purposive sampling method. Data were tested by using multiple regression analysis and hypothesis test with 5% level of confidence. The research results that the variables Earnings Per Share (EPS) and Net Profit Margin (NPM) gives significantly positive effect on Stock Price. The other variables Debt to Equity Ratio is not significantly to Stock Price. We suggest for investors in Indonesia Stock Exchange that paying attention other factors that regards Stock Price because with those information they can make the best decision for their investments

The purpose of this research is to explain the effect of financial performance to the stock return. The financial performances in this research were Earning Per Share, Price Earning Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Return On Assets, andNet Profit Margin. The financial performance as the independent variables and the dependent variabel is stock return.The sample of this research is thirty manufacturing company of consumer goods industry sector. These companies are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange since 2012 until 2014. The sampling method is purposive sampling. The analysis method used in this research that is with hypothesis test that is determinant coefficient, test F, and test t. Using thirty manufacturing companies listed in IDX, this research shows that the Earning Per Share, Price Earning Ratio and the Net Profit Margin has a positive and significant impact on stock returns. Instead, the variable Debt to Equity Ratio has a negative influence. This research also indicate that variable Return On Assets has no effect on stock returns.

This study is aimed to ascertain and analyse the influence of return on assets, return on equity, debt to equit ratio, inflation, and interest rate, both partiall and simultaneously on the stock returns in manufacturing companies of secondary sectors listed in the Indonesian Stock Exchange. This research uses quantitative methods and EVIEWS panel 8 to analyse the regression. The population are manufacturing companies of secondary sector listed in the Indonesian Stock Exchange consisted of basic and chemical sectors, miscellaneous industry, and consumer goods sector in the period of 2010-2015. The sampling method used is pusposive sampling with the final number of 40 companies. The research required secondary data. The results show that return on assets has no negative effect on stock return, mean while, return on equity and interest rate have positive effect on stock return. Return on assets, return on equity, debt to equity ratio, inflation and interest rate all simultaneously have effect on stock returns.

The object of this study is a banking company whose shares are listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange 2011-2014 period, and the sampling method was census. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the financial performance of banking shares. And the research variables are Stock Price (Y), Return on Assets (X1), Debt to Equity Ratio (X2), Price Earning Ratio (X3), Earning Per Share (X4). Based on the analysis and discussion of the results of testing the hypothesis then the conclusion is Price Earning Ratio and Earning Per share, positive and significant impact on the share price, while Return on Assets, Dept To Equity Ratio, Earnings Per share no significant effect on stock price. The research objectives to examine the magnitude of the significant influence between financial ratios and the market based ratio toward the stock price of manufacturing industry sector in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). In accordance IDX data by December 2013, the number of companies, included in the stock of the manufacturing industry sector, is 139 companies. Based on the analysis, it is concluded that the variable return on assets (ROA) and price to book value (PBV) has positive influence on stock prices. It can be interpreted that the higher the return on assets ratio and price to book value, the more positive influence on the increase of the stock price. The variable debt to equity ratio (DER) and price earnings ratio (PER) has negatively influence the stock price on the stock of manufacturing industry sector. This can be interpreted the higher the value of the debt to equity ratio and price earnings ratio, the more negatively influence on the decrease stock price.

The stock price is important for the company because it reflects the value of the company. Stock prices can change because of the influence of various factors, including: inflation, Return on Assets (ROA) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER). This study aims to determine the effect of inflation, ROA, and DER on stock prices. This research was conducted on companies listed in the LQ-45 index on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2016-2018. The number of samples used in this study amounted to 34 companies with a purposive sampling method. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results of the analysis in this study indicate that inflation has no effect on stock prices, ROA has a positive effect on stock prices, and DER has a positive effect on stock prices. Manufacturing companies are considered to have promising developments because they can provide innovations that are well accepted by the market share. This research aims to find out the effect of DER, .EPS,. And NPM on share prices according to partial and simultaneous. The object of research is the food and beverage manufacturing industry listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2018. The method of analysis used is the classical assumption test, such as 1. Normality test, heteroscedasticity test, autocorrelation test, multicollinearity test. 2. Multiple linear regression test and 3. Hypothesis testing using t-test, F-test, and the coefficient of determination (R2). The results of the research are partial DER..and..EPS does not have an impact on stock prices, while NPM has an impact on stock prices. According to DER, EPS and NPM simultaneously have an impact on stock prices. The coefficient of determination shows that 53.4% ​​of the stock price is influenced by the three independent variables. abstractThe purpose of this study was to determine whether there is influence: 1) earning per share of the debt to equity ratio; 2) price earnings ratio of the debt to equity ratio; 3) earnings per share to the stock price; 4) price earnings ratio of the stock price; 5) debt to equity ratio to stock prices; 6) earnings per share to share prices through debt to equity ratio; 7) price earnings ratio of the stock price through a debt to equity ratio. The study design used is quantitative descriptive. Secondary data types, method of data collection through the documentation. The population used in this study is the enterprise data food and beverage sector in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) as many as 17 companies. The sampling technique purposive sampling method. Analysis of data to test the hypothesis in this study using path analysis (Path analys). Based on the analysis can be concluded that: 1) there is significant negative influences of the Earning Per Share (EPS) of the Debt to Equity Ratio (DER); 2) there is no significant positive effect of price earning ratio (PER) of the Debt to Equity Ratio (DER); 3) there is a significant negative influence Earning Per Share (EPS) to share price; 4) there is a significant positive effect Price Earning Ratio (PER) on stock prices; 5) there is a significant positive effect Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) on stock prices; 6) there is indirect influence Earning Per Share (EPS) to share price through the Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and 7) There is an indirect effect Price Earning Ratio (PER) on stock prices through the Debt to Equity Ratio (DER).Keywords: Earning Per Share (EPS), Price Earning Ratio (PER), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), the stock price abstrakTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh : 1) earning per share terhadap debt to equity ratio; 2) price earning ratio terhadap debt to equity ratio; 3) earning per share terhadap harga saham; 4) price earning ratio terhadap harga saham; 5) debt to equity ratio terhadap harga saham; 6) earning per share terhadap harga saham melalui debt to equity ratio; 7) price earning ratio terhadap harga saham melalui debt to equity ratio. Desain penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Jenis data sekunder, metode pengumpulan data melalui dokumentasi. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data perusahaan sektor makanan dan minuman di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) sebanyak 17 perusahaan. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan metode purposive sampling. Analisis data untuk pengujian hipotesis pada penelitian ini menggunakan analisis jalur (Path Analys). The purpose of this study is to determine the results of Earnings Per Share, Book Value Equity, Operating Cash Flow, Investment Cash Flow, Funding Cash Flow, Current Ratio, Asset Returns and Asset Returns moderate Operating Cash Flow to Share Prices in manufacturing companies found in Indonesia stock exchange. This research population publishes manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2015-2018 period. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling technique. Based on predetermined criteria the number of samples obtained by 9 companies. The type of data used in this study is secondary data using panel data regression analysis methods. The results showed that Earnings Per Share and Book Value of Equity showed a positive effect on the Share Price, then, Funding Cash Flow, Return on Assets and Return on Assets moderate the Operating Cash Flow negatively evaluating the Stock Price. Whereas Operating Cash Flow, Investment Cash Flow, and Current Ratio do not affect the stock price.  Keywords: Stock Prices, Cash Flow, Finance Ratio
