The purpose of this study is to determine the results of Earnings Per Share, Book Value Equity, Operating Cash Flow, Investment Cash Flow, Funding Cash Flow, Current Ratio, Asset Returns and Asset Returns moderate Operating Cash Flow to Share Prices in manufacturing companies found in Indonesia stock exchange. This research population publishes manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2015-2018 period. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling technique. Based on predetermined criteria the number of samples obtained by 9 companies. The type of data used in this study is secondary data using panel data regression analysis methods. The results showed that Earnings Per Share and Book Value of Equity showed a positive effect on the Share Price, then, Funding Cash Flow, Return on Assets and Return on Assets moderate the Operating Cash Flow negatively evaluating the Stock Price. Whereas Operating Cash Flow, Investment Cash Flow, and Current Ratio do not affect the stock price.  Keywords: Stock Prices, Cash Flow, Finance Ratio

This study aims to analyze the factors that influence the rise or fall of stock prices in manufacturing companies listing on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The research sample consisted of all manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2014-2017. The sampling technique used in this study is purposive sampling method, which is the determination of samples based on certain criteria in accordance with what is desired by the researcher. The data used in the study are secondary data as many as 232 samples. The results of this study are in the first test of Operating Cash Flow, DER. Growth in sales and Size has no effect on Stock Prices. The second test with size as the contor variable also does not affect the price, while the third test of ROA as a control variable influences the stock price. Keywords: Return On Assets, Operating Cash Flow, DER, Sales Growth Rate, Stock Price. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap naik atau turunnya harga saham pada perusahaan manufaktur yang listing di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Sampel penelitian ini terdiri dari seluruh perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2014-2017. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode purposive sampling, yaitu penentuan sampel berdasarkan kriteria tertentu sesuai dengan yang dikehendaki oleh peneliti. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah data sekunder sebanyak 232 sampel. Hasil dari penelitian ini dalam pengujian pertama Arus Kas Operasi , DER.Pertumbuhan penjualan dan Size tidak berpengaruh terhadap Harga Saham. Pengujian kedua dengan size sebagai variabel kontor juga tidak berpengaruh terhadap harga sahan ,sedangkan pengujian ketiga ROA sebagai variabel kontrol berpengaruh terhadap harga saham. Kata kunci: Return On Assets, Arus Kas Operasi, DER, Tingkat Pertumbuhan Penjualan, Harga Saham

Abstract : Companies need funds in order to carry out operations such as the financing of production activities, pay employees, pay other expenses related to the operation of the company. One way to obtain these funds is to attract investors to invest in companies in the form of stock, but in making this investment is certainly not easy for investors, because investors need consideration beforehand to find out how the company's performance. The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the effect of operating cash flow to stock return through stock price at companies listed on the Stock Exchange Year 2012-2015. The data used in this study dala are secondary data from the financial statements of companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2012 - 2015. The data are in the form of financial statements can be obtained from the Indonesian Capital Market Directory (ICMD), the IDX website www.idx.co. id as well as from various other sources to support this research. The population in this research is manufacturing companies listed on the Stock Exchange the period 2012 - 2015. The samples taken by the sampling technique used purposive sampling.From the test results and analysis of the data it can be concluded that operating cash flow directly and indirectly has no effect on stock returns through stock prices showed no significant results. Keywords :  Operating Cash Flow, Stock Price, Stocks Return

Before investing, investors must know and choose stocks that can provide benefits by assessing the ratio of return on assets (ROA) and return on equity (ROE). This study aims to observe and analyze the effect of return on assets (ROA) and return on equity (ROE) on the stock price of Pt. Indosat Tbk. This research is an associative type, using quantitative data from secondary data sources. The population in this study is the Financial Statements of Pt. Indosat, Tbk. Which is calculated from the beginning of going public for the period 1994-2020, which is for 25 years. The sample used is the period 2006-2019, which is 14 years at Pt.IndosatTbk which is listed on the Indonesian stock exchange. The sampling technique used in this study is purposive sampling with the sampling criteria in this study are updated financial statement data for 14 years from 2006-2019. 2019. The research instrument used is in the form of financial statement data consisting of a statement of net income, total assets, total equity and profit and loss of the company to get the share price value for the period 2006-2019. Data collection techniques used are documentation and literature study. The data analysis technique used is the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, multiple correlation coefficients, determination test, t test and f test. The results showed that return on assets (ROA) and return on equity (ROE) had a significant effect on the stock price of PT. Indosat Tbk.

This study aims to determine the effect of Current Ratio on stock prices, the effect of Firm Size on stock prices, the effect of Return On Equity on Stock Prices, the effect of Earning Per Share on Stock Prices, and the influence of Current Ratio, Firm Size, Return On Equity, and Earning Per Share simultaneously on stock prices in the 5 year period, 2014-2018. This study uses a quantitative approach with a descriptive statistical analysis type. The population in this study amounted to 150 companies. This study uses financial statement data with time series for the last 5 years published from www.idx.co.id. In this study, the sample selection used purposive sampling technique. The sample of this study contained 49 companies in the last 5 years with a total sample quantity of 245 manufacturing companies. The results of this study indicate that partially Current Ratio and Return On Equity have no and insignificant effect on stock prices of manufacturing companies. Partially Firm Size and Earning Per Share have a positive and significant effect on stock prices of manufacturing companies. Meanwhile, the independent variable Current Ratio, Firm Size, Return On Equity, and Earning Per Share simultaneously have a significant effect on the variable stock price of manufacturing companies.

The objective of this research is to identify the influence of return on equity, earnings per share, operating cash flow, size, debt to equity ratio, current ratio, and growth to dividend payout. Data collected from manufacturing companies that listed on Indonesian Stock Exchange for three years period 2014 to 2016. Sample selected by using purposive sampling method. There are 38 companies meet the criteria and used as sample. The statistical method used in this research is multiple regression. Result of this research showed that return on equity, earnings per share, and growth have influence dividend payout but operating cash flow, size, debt to equity ratio, and current ratio have no influence towards dividend policy.

This study aims to see stock price stability at a Pharmacy company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2014 - 2016 by using several variables such as Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Return on Assets and Price Earning Ratio. This research is a type of quantitative research which used fundamental analysist by referring to an analysis of company performance that is used to predict stock prices in the future. The method of determining the sample in this study is based on purposive sampling technique that is in accordance with the criteria of eight pharmacy companies. The data used in this study were collected through non-participant observation methods using the data contained in the IDX. Testing of the hypothesis in this study using multiple linear regression analysis. The test results show that there is no significant influence on stock prices when using Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Return on Assets and Price Earning Ration. On the contrary, Price Earning Ration partially has a positive and significant effect on the stock price of pharmaceutical companies in the 2014-2016 period. This study aims to determine the effect of the variables contained in fundamental and technical analysis of stock prices. Variables used include Earning Per Share, Return On Assets, Book Value Per Share, Price to Book Value, Past Share Prices, Dup and Ddown. Sample selection uses saturated samples by using all food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2014-2018 period. The data analysis technique used is regression analysis using SPSS 23. The results of the study show that simultaneously all variables affect the stock price. Partially Earning Per Share, Price to Book Value, Past Share Prices, and Ddown have a significant effect on stock prices, while Return On Assets, Book Value Per Share, and Dup have no significant effect on stock prices.

This study was made to know the effect of return on assets, current ratio, and debt to equity ratio on stock prices of manufacturing companies in the food and beverage sub-sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2015-2019 period. This study uses a quantitative approach with a descriptive statistical analysis type. The data used is sourced from financial data on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and has been selected based on predetermined criteria. The population in this study amounted to 31 companies, using a purposive sample. The samples obtained were ten companies in the last five years. The results of this study indicate that partially the current ratio and debt to equity ratio do not have a positive and significant effect on stock prices. Partly, the return on assets has a positive and significant impact on stock prices. Return on assets, current ratio, and debt to equity ratio as independent variables simultaneously have a substantial effect on the variable stock price of manufacturing companies.

Company's financial performance is a factor considered by investors in investing. This study aims to determine the effect of Earning per Share (EPS), Price Earnings Ratio (PER), and Price to Book Value (PBV) on stock price. Eight coal mining companies listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2014-2018 were taken for the samples of this research using purposive sampling technique. Multiple linear regression was used to analyze the data. The results show that (1) EPS, PER, and PBV simultaneously have a significant effect on stock price with a significance value of 0.000; (2) EPS and PBV partially have a significant effect on stock price with a significance value of 0.000 and 0.006 respectively. EPS, PER, and PBV can explain variation of the stock price of the coal companies listed in the IDX in 2014-2018 as much as 88.5%. The results of this study is expected to provide recommendations for investors in choosing stocks of coal mining company with good performance based on EPS and PBV ratios.

The objective of the research was to test and analyze the effect of Return on Assets, current ratio and earnings per share on share price of manufacturing companies of consumer goods in the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period of 2012-2015. The research is used a quantitative research approach. The type of research is causal relationship. The nature of descriptive explanatory research was. The research populations were listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period of 2012-2015 manufacturing companies at consumer goods consisting of 37 companies. The research samples were 24 companies. The finding as well as the conclusion of research and return on assets affected by the share of manufacturing companies of the industry sector in the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period of 2012-2015. Current Ratio did not affect share price of Manufacturing Companies in the Consumer Industry sector on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period of 2012-2015. Earning per Share affected Price of Shares of manufacturing companies of consumer industry on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period of 2012-2015. Simultaneously, Return on Assets, Current Ratio and Earning per Share affected share price of manufacturing companies of consumer industry sectors in the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period of 2012-2015 known from its signficant level less than 0.05.
