At Persent technologt is rapidly advancing. It is accompanied by the development of the technologt-based information system. The development af the information system requires various supportingfactors, which dre omang other the participation of user communication of useri top management involvement, cotnplexity af system, top mtmagement involvementand structure af organization can give the efectivity from information system that retlected on the user satisfaction. The obiective of this study is ta find empirical evidence that participation of user, commtmication of user, top monagement involvement, complexity system, top man'agement involvement and structure of organization had influence the successful information system development. The analysis indieates that the participation of useri comunnication of user, top management involvement, ord complexity system statically influence the srccessful infarmation development system and structtre of organization stdically did not intlaence the successful information system development.Keyword: The Participatioru af Users, Commwtication af users, Top Managernent Involvement, Complexity of System, Structureof Organization, The Successful of Information,SystemDevelopment.

Summary Objectives: The aim of this paper is to build a theoretical framework for analysis of when decision-makers should use end-user participation as a form of insurance for unforeseen consequences of implementing information systems in healthcare organizations. Method: Data were collected in a case study of an information system development project in a small clinical setting. During the initial phase, the future end-users of the system were allowed to actively influence the system design and test every new tool that was considered for implementation. Results: The results of the case study suggest that when time and effort are invested in allowing health-care staff to participate in information system development processes, the benefits can well exceed the costs throughout the life cycle of the project. Risk-averse decision-makers fearing negative secondary consequences of a HIS, with regard to clinical work flow, will always adopt measures to prevent future failures, if they can find a possibility of shifting these risks. Therefore, they calculate the present discounted value of the effects accrued over time to the unit and predict the amount of resources they are willing to pay to acquire an insurance (such as design participation) that will protect the organization from future losses. Conclusions: End-user participation in the design process can be the key positive influence on the quality of the service and, thereby, organizational effectiveness. Investments in broad design participation can, consequently, be a productive activity that transforms potential current income into future benefits.

Information system success (ISS) has received considerable attention from researchers as it plays an important role in improving the efficiency and productivity of an organization. Several researchers have conducted empirical studies using numerous factors (e.g. organizational, technological, and individual factors) which affect the information system success. However, there are several factors which are related to interpersonal conflict which may affect information system success. The interpersonal conflict is a critical dimension which can greatly influence information system success in a competitive environment such as the financial sector. Therefore, this study introduces a framework to investigate the influence of interpersonal conflict factors on information system success in the Ministry of Finance, Yemen. The study employed a quantitative method which consists of the following steps: survey design, data collection and data analysis. A sample size comprising 130 employees were distributed in the Ministry of Finance, Yemen. Questionnaires were used to collect data from this sample. Data analysis (reliability, validity, correlation and factor analysis) has been carried out using SPSS.  In addition, structural equation modelling (SEM) has been used for evaluation the research model. Based on the experimental results, the findings in this study revealed that the interpersonal factors (interference, disagreement and instability) significantly negatively (at 0.05 level of significance) influence user satisfaction of information system success.

Improving user satisfaction with information systems is an important consideration given the amount of resources organizations invest in systems development. Many factors are likely to play a role in enhancing the satisfaction users feel toward their systems, but probably none is as important as having knowledgeable, well-trained users participate in a meaningful way in the system development process. This study empirically tests the importance of user participation, user experience, user/developer communication, user training, user influence, and user conflict encountered during the system development process. A sample of 228 system users were used for a multivariate regression model testing the importance of these factors. The results indicate that user participation, user training, and user expertise can explain 61% of the variance in user satisfaction with their systems. The other factors showed no statistical significance in this study. Based on the results, managerial recommendations are proposed to people responsible for the systems development process in organizations.

This research aimed to exam the effect of task complexcity and system complexcity toward relationship between participation and user satisfaction in information system development. The research is done by all of Bank at Padang city, becouse the bank is kinds of industry that focus user system information now. The sample of this research is manager fungsional every Bank by using Purposive Sampling. The multiple regression  analysis is used to the hyphotesis testing. The results  showed that participation  has siqnificant effect toward user satisfaction. Beside that, the task complexcity also has siqnificant effect toward relationship between participation and user satisfaction in  information system development, but the system complexcity variable does not has effect toward relationship between participation and user satisfaction in information system development.
