The objectives of this study is to know: 1) Is work environment has positive effect on organizational commitment, 2) Is job satisfaction has positive effect on organizational commitment, 3) Is work stress has negative effect on organizational commitment. The data collection in this study is done using questionnaires to the kindergarten and elementary teachers in school X at West Jakarta. Teachers at School X were recruited as participants using saturated sample method. Partial Lease Square analysis was conducted using SmartPLS3.0 Program to analyze the data. The finding of this study are that work environment, job satisfaction have positive effect on organizational commitment. On the other hand, work stress has a negative effect on organizational commitment. Contribution of this study can provide input to school X management to maintain and manage work environment, job satisfaction, and work stress to make it better in order teachers can give better contribution on their performance and decide to work in the same school for the longer period time. Keywords—Work Environment; Job Satisfaction; Work Stress; Organizational Commitment Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui: 1) Apakah lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap komitmen organisasi, 2) Apakah kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap komitmen organisasi, 3) Apakah stres kerja berpengaruh negatif terhadap komitmen organisasi. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner kepada guru TK dan guru SD di sekolah X di Jakarta Barat. Guru di Sekolah X direkrut sebagai responden menggunakan metode sampel jenuh. Analisis partial lease square-structural equation modeling (pls-sem) dilakukan dengan menggunakan program SmartPLS3.0 untuk menganalisis data. Temuan penelitian ini adalah lingkungan kerja, kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap komitmen organisasi. Di sisi lain, stres kerja memiliki efek negatif pada komitmen organisasi. Kontribusi dari penelitian ini dapat memberikan masukan kepada manajemen sekolah X untuk memelihara dan mengelola lingkungan kerja, kepuasan kerja, dan stres kerja lebih baik agar guru dapat memberikan kontribusi yang lebih besar dari kinerja mereka dan mutuskan untuk tetap bekerja di sekolah yang sama dalam periode waktu yang lebih lama. Abstract. This study aims to examine the negative effect of job stress on organizational commitment; positive effect of job satisfaction on organizational commitment; negative effect of job stress on performance; positive effect of job satisfaction on performance; positive effect of organizational commitment on performance. The target population were all 45 JBP High School teachers. The sampling technique used was saturated or census samples. The data was collected through a questionnaire and analyzed using Partial Least Squares - Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) approach using SmartPLS program. The results showed that the job stress negatively affected organizational commitment and performance. In addition, the organizational commitment and job satisfaction had a positive effect on performance.Keywords:  Job Stress, Job Satisfaction, Organizational Commitment,  Performance Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji efek negatif dari stres kerja pada komitmen organisasi; pengaruh positif kepuasan kerja terhadap komitmen organisasi; efek negatif dari stres kerja pada kinerja; efek positif kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja; efek positif dari komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja. Populasi target adalah semua 45 guru SMA JBP. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah sampel jenuh atau sensus. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan pendekatan Partial Least Squares - Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) menggunakan program SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa stres kerja berpengaruh negatif terhadap komitmen dan kinerja organisasi. Jakarta is the place where the largest number of land transportation in Indonesia, according to Djarot in Kompas.com article, vehicles every day increased about 1500 units. And according to an article from Liputan 6, revenue from conventional taxi drivers dropped dramatically after the entry of online transport by 40-50% during 2016 due to the entry of online transport. Conventional taxi companies must immediately anticipate this phenomenon so that their human resources can survive in the company. The purpose of this research are first, to know is there a positive effect from professionalism factors to organizational commitment and job satisfaction. Second, to know job satisfaction factors have a positive effect to organizational commitment. And the last is to know is there a positive effect from rewards factors to job satisfaction and organizational commitment’s factors. This research uses descriptive method with non-probability method. Through judgmental sampling technique, primary data collection was obtained from questionnaire distribution to conventional taxi driver of Soekarno-Hatta Airport. The data has been collected and then obtained by using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The result of this research indicates that there is positive influence from professionalism to organizational commitment but the data do not support the hypothesis, there is positive influence from professionalism to job satisfaction, but there’s negative effect between job satisfaction and organizational commitment, there is positive relation of rewards to job satisfaction, Finally there is a positive effect of rewards on organizational commitment. Problems related to emotional intelligence, job satisfaction, organizational citizenship behavior, and organizational commitment in the world of education, especially lecturers in providing services for students is relevant in the analysis for the sustainability of the quality of an institution. Thus, this study aims to analyze the increase in organizational commitment in Indonesia by involving 371 lecturers from 19 universities in Bandung. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using AMOS was employed in selecting the sample. The results explain emotional intelligence had positive effects on organizational citizenship behavior and on organizational commitment, and job satisfaction had positive effects on organizational citizen-ship behavior and on organizational commitment. Organizational citizenship behavior was empirically proven to have a positive effect on organizational commitment. In examining the mediating variable, the results show that emotional intelligence positively influenced the organizational commitment through organizational citizenship, and that job satisfaction had a positive effect on organizational commitment through organizational citizenship behavior as a mediating variable.

Job satisfaction and organizational commitment can increase employee performance which affects achievement of company goals. The purpose of this study to determine mediating role of organizational commitment on work satisfaction and performance of employees of Krisna by Typical Bali I. The population of this study were 55 people, with a saturated sample method. Data collection through questionnaires and interviews, analyzed by SEM - PLS. The test results shows job satisfaction has significant positive effect on employee performance, job satisfaction has positive significant effect on organizational commitment, organizational commitment has negative significant effect on employee performance, organizational commitment has  positive significant effect in mediating the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance. The company is expected to increase employee job satisfaction in order to increase employee commitment to the company so that employee performance will increase. AbstractThe low Employee satisfaction, and followed by the low organizational commitment and work environment are less well causing the performance of civil servants is still low. The low  of job satisfaction aspects obtained less satisfaction from employee’s on their allowances and compensation  they received. As seen from the grant of the allowance system welfare that only based on the level of structural and the position/rank without considering the work achievement. Similarly in terms of promotion has not been refers to competency and the sequence line.The population in this research is the civil servant  in Mataram City Government, the Secretariat of The Parliament, Dinas, Bappeda, Inspectorates, Regional Technical Institute Mataram in West Nusa Tenggara province, with the total number of 1.058 employees.From the test results of this research, a model with Maximum Likelihood Estimation (MLE), analysis of structural equation modeling (SEM), proportional random sampling method by software Amos 20 on 152 respondents.The results showed that: 1). Organizational Commitment has towards Employee’s job satisfaction at Government of Mataram. 2). Organizational Commitment has effect on the performance of the employees of the City Government of Mataram. 3). Work environment has influence towards employee’s job satisfaction at Government Mataram 4). Work environment has influence towards employees performance of Government of Mataram. 5). The study aims to empirically examine the variables relationship and the effect of retaliation, legal protection, financial incentives, on whistle-blowing intention with organizational commitment as moderating variable. Questionnaires were distributed to collect data from the employees of banks classified in Book IV, namely PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk., PT Bank Mandiri Tbk., PT Bank Negara Indonesia Tbk., PT Bank Central Asia Tbk., PT Bank CIMB Niaga Tbk., and PT Bank Panin Tbk. They occupied various position levels and the number of respondents reached 190 persons. Subsequently. The questionnaires were then analyzed using SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) and processed using the software SmartPLS Version 3.2.9. Based on the analysis results, it shows that retaliation variable has a negative effect on whistle-blowing intention, while legal protection, financial incentives, and organizational commitment have a positive effect on whistle-blowing intention. Organizational commitment can have a positive effect on legal protection and financial incentives on whistle-blowing intentions, while organizational commitment is unable to show a negative effect on whistle-blowing intention.

AbstractThe aim of the research was to examine the effects of satisfaction and commitment of employees on the employees’ loyalty and to investigate the effect of employees’ loyalty on quality of services provided for customers. This research is applied in terms of objective and correlational type of descriptive-survey in terms of data collection. Population of the research includes two groups. The first group included employees providing service to customers of Ports and Maritime Organization of Bushehr (Iran) and the second group included customers receiving the services of the organization. From both groups, 250 people were selected using available sampling method to respond to questions of the research. To test the research conceptual model and research hypotheses, structural equation modeling was used. The results showed that job satisfaction of employees have significant positive effect on organizational commitment of employees. Also, job satisfaction and organizational commitment of employees have significant positive effect on their loyalty to organization. In addition, organizational loyalty of employees has positive and significant impact on improving the quality of customer service. Therefore, organizations should make their effort to recruit employees who are suitable for their activities.

An important moment of the application of human resource management is to make every Police members in an organization able to carry out its vision, mission, main tasks and functions as well as the values ​​adopted by an organization to progress and develop. The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of organizational culture, commitment and compensation on job satisfaction and Police Members performance, to analyze the effect of job satisfaction on Police Members performance, and to analyze the influence of organizational culture, commitment and compensation through job satisfaction on Police Members performance.The study was conducted in Makassar metropolitan city police (Polrestabes) with a population of 2.160 people and the sample was determined by full sampling of 187 Police Members. Data from the questionnaire were analyzed using the Structural Equation Model using AMOS 18 assistance. The results of the study found that  organizational culture and work commitment has a positive effect on Police Members satisfaction. Compensation and  organizational culture has a negative effect on Police Members satisfaction. Directly, organizational commitment,  compensation and job satisfaction  has a positive effect on Police Members performance. Indirectly, organizational culture, organizational commitment and compensation through job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on Police Members performance.

Problems of organizational citizenship behavior among academics, especially lecturers, are something relevant in the study of the quality of an organization. The purpose of this study is to analyze the increase in organizational citizenship behavior based on Islamic work ethics, organizational satisfaction and commitment. By collecting data from 365 lecturers from 14 private universities as sample in the city of Bandung, the sampling was taken with proportional random sampling techniques. Data analysis techniques were conducted by using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using AMOS. The results of this study revealed the positive effect of Islamic work ethics on organizational citizenship behavior and on organizational commitment,  positive but not significant effect of Islamic work ethics on job satisfaction. Islamic work ethic has a positive effect on organizational commitment. Moreover, the findings showed that job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior. However, job satisfaction has a positive but not significant effect on organizational commitment. In practice, this study encourages private university management to improve work ethics and job satisfaction of lecturers, which in turn can influence organizational citizenship behavior and organizational commitment of lecturers.

The present study investigates the effects of technostress creators and inhibitors on job satisfaction, organizational commitment and perceived performance. A research model derived from the Transaction-Based Model of Stress and Coping Theory was developed and tested using a web-based survey questionnaire. The variables considered are technostress creators, technostress inhibitors, job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and perceived performance. A Structural Equation Model using a convenience sample from Qatar population was used to test the model. The results show that organizational commitment has a significant positive effect on perceived performance. Job satisfaction has a significant positive effect on organizational commitment. Technostress creators have a significant negative effect on job satisfaction. Technostress inhibitors have a significant positive effect on job satisfaction. Implications for managers and researchers are reported.
