Early marriage is still common in Temanggung, lead to maternal and child health problem in the future. Several factors of early marriage are deviant behavior in sexuality and lack knowledge of reproductive health. This study aims to identify potential problems of reproductive health and behavioral distortion in adolescent. Study design is quantitative descriptive, data collection by means of survey through the google form application that is distributed to youth community groups in Temanggung, Central Java. There were 206 participants involved in this study. Data analysis uses descriptive statistics. Adolescents who expressed understanding of puberty are still very low (38,3%), reluctant to talk about puberty (18,9%), only 64,1% of them realize that is very important to maintain reproductive health, did  sex before marriage (2,4%). Friends are the favorite information saource about relationship (72,8%), and internet. Adolescents experience severe problems (82,5%) and often tell stories with firends, did exercise (20,4%), but there were who consume cigarettes, alcohol and drugs even though small percentage. Adolescents in Temanggung have potential for reproductive health, sex before marriage, and abuse of alcohol and drugs. Pernikahan usia dini masih banyak terjadi di Temanggung, yang dapat mengakibat masalah kesehatan ibu dan anak. Pernikah usia dini terjadi dengan beberapa faktornya adalah perilaku yang menyimpang dalam pergaulan dan pengetahuan kesehatan reproduksi yang rendah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi masalah potensia kesehatan reproduksi dan pemyimpangan perilaku pada remaja. Desain penelitian ini kuantitatif deskriptif, pengambilan data dengan cara survei melalui aplikasi google form yang disebarkan pada kelompok komunitas remaja di Temanggung Jawa Tengah. Partisipan yang terlibat dalam penelitian ini sejumlah 206 orang. Analisis data menggunakan statistik deskriptif. Remaja yang menyatakan paham terhadap pubertas masih sangat rendah (38,3%), masih ada remaja yang enggan bercerita tentang pubertasnya (18,9%), baru 64,1% remaja menyadari bahwa sangat penting untuk menjaga kesehatan reproduksi, terdapat tindakan seks di luar nikah (2,4%).Teman merupakan sumber informasi favorit terkait pergaulan (72,8%) dan setelah itu adalah internet. Remaja mengalami masalah berat (82,5%) dan banyak bercerita dengan teman, mencari hiburan dengan berolah raga (20,4%), namun ada yang mengkonsumsi rokok, minuman keras dan narkoba walau prosentasenya kecil. Remaja di Temanggung memiliki potensi terhadap terjadinya masalah kesehatan reproduksi dan penyimpangan perilaku seks di luar nikah dan penyalahgunaan minuman keras dan narkoba.

ABSTRACT Background: Child marriage is the result of the interplay of economic and social forces. In communities where the practice is prevalent, marrying a girl as a child is part of a cluster of social norms and attitudes that reflect the low value accorded to the human rights of girls. Child marriage has many effects on girls’ health. This study aimed to assess factors associated with early marriage among young women in Blora, Central Java, Indonesia. Subjects and Method: A cross sectional study was carried out in Blora, Central Java, from September to October 2019. A sample of 200 married female was selected randomly. The dependent variable was early marriage. The independent variables were intention, attitude, parental income, peer support, teacher support, culture, female value, subjective norm, and perceived behavior control. Results: The risk of early marriage increased with supportive culture toward early marriage (OR= 5.34; 95% CI= 1.12 to 25.34; p= 0.035), negative female value (OR= 5.27; 95% CI= 1.04 to 26.72; p= 0.045), supportive attitude toward early marriage (OR= 10.2; 95% CI= 1.99 to 52.8; p= 0.005), and weak perceived behavior control (OR= 33.8; 95% CI= 4.18 to 273.67; p= 0.001). The risk of early marriage decreased with peer support toward delayed marriage (OR= 0.09; 95% CI= 0.01 to 0.50; p= 0.006), high parental income (OR= 0.16; 95% CI= 0.03 to 0.87; p= 0.034), parental support toward delayed marriage (OR= 0.07; 95% CI= 0.01 to 0.38; p= 0.002), positive female value (OR= 0.09; 95% CI= 0.01 to 0.45; p= 0.003), weak intention toward early marriage (OR= 0.19; 95% CI= 0.04 to 0.91; p= 0.039), and weak subjective norm (OR= 0.10; 95% CI= 0.01 to 0.59; p= 0.011). Conclusion: The risk of early marriage increases with supportive culture toward early marriage, negative female value, supportive attitude toward early marriage, and weak perceived behavior control. The risk of early marriage decreases with peer support toward delayed marriage, high parental income, parental support toward delayed marriage, positive female value, weak intention toward early marriage, and weak subjective norm. ABSTRACT Background: Teenage marriage have historically been associated with a variety of negative outcomes such as lower education levels, higher unemployment rates, worse health, lower wages and higher crime rates. Studies have revealed significant differences in most of the dimensions of marital quality, before and after marital counselling. The purpose of this study was to investigate evaluation of information and adolescent counseling center management to delay early marriage in adolescents. Subjects and Method: This was a qualitative study with a case study approach. The study was conducted at Public Senior High School 4 Jambi, Indonesia, from January to May 2019. 10 key informants were selected for this study. The data were collected by indepth interview and observation. The data were analyzed using source, data, and method triangulations. Results: The implementation of adolescent’s guidance and counseling center services still has room for improvement. There were several factors that lack of optimal results, for example the process of members or educators recruitment and training (input aspects), planning, report and evaluation system (process aspect) and students’ knowledge about health reproduction and adolescent marriage (output aspect). Conclusion: There is a need to improve information and counseling service. BKKBN provides an ideal age for marriage, namely 20 years for women and 25 years for men. These ways are steps to avoid divorce, domestic violence and early marriage. The reality is that the cases of early marriage still happen. One of them is in the province of Central Java. The purpose of this study is to analyze the description of perpetrators’ early marriage and the factors affecting it. This research uses the quantitative method with cross sectional study design, using IDHS raw data for 2017. The results showed that most perpetrators of early marriage at the age of 45-49 years 276 people (22.9%), first married at the age of 15-19 years 1104 (91.8 %), living in rural areas 723 people (60.1%), low education only graduated from elementary school 503 people (41.8%), covered 764 people (63.5%) with jobs as sales 251 people (32.9%) and wealth index on the index lower middle 333 people (27.7%). The affecting factor early marriage is education level. While the factors of residence, wealth index and employment status do not affect. BKKBN recommendation and the ministry of education coordinate with each other in promoting twelve-year compulsory education, through socialization by Family Planning Counseling or always call as PKB and through popular media so that the whole community gets information about the importance of education so they don't get married early./ device has increased from 49.42% in 2017 to 56.25% in 2019.

Yogyakarta is a city and the capital of Yogyakarta Special Region in Java, Indonesia. It is renowned as a center of tourism, education and culture. Yogyakarta is one of the foremost cultural centers of Java. This region is located at the foot of the active merapi vulcano. Yogyakarta is often called the main gateway to the Central Java as where it is geographically located. It stretches from Mount Merapi to the Indian Ocean. This province is one of the most densely populated areas of Indonesia. Yogyakarta is popular tourist destination in indonesia after Bali. These have attracted large number of visitors from across Indonesia and abroad to the city. This status makes Yogyakarta is one of the most heterogeneus cities in Indonesia. In edition, Yogyakarta has attracted large number of people to reside in this city for business. One of these comers is small entrepreneurs with their market munchies enterprise (specially a traditional snack trader). This business is one of famous business in Yogyakarta, we will find rows of pavement vendors selling market munchies. The students and tourists are their main target customers. Market munchies enterprise is part of small and medium enterprises SMEs as livelihood activities. SMEs has an important role in economic growth of Indonesia. Therefore, it is very important to develop and strengthen the micro enterprise empowerment. Micro enterprise empowerment is one of strategy to reduce the poverty rate in Indonesia. Major challenger in implement this program are that micro entrepreneurs are conventional and have satisfied with their revenue. It is very important to develop a comprehensive and sustainable micro enterprise empowerment which consist of strengthen the quality of human resources, maximize the government’s roles, empower the enterprise capital and strengthen the partnership and autonomous. Micro enterprise autonomy will contribute to the economic and investment climate. This will lead to establish an accountable enterprise both for the micro enterprise and customers which at the end will strengthen the development of the micro enterprise in Yogyakarta.Keyword: micro entreprise, human resources, government roles, capital, partnership and autonomous.
