<p>One of the solutions to pursue lack of the aquaculture technology is to provide a training program for fish farmer.This research was used using the analysis of factors affecting the training effectiveness. Objective of the research were to measure the causality relations of the training equipment factor, the quality of the participants and the material, the provision of the training methods, and the quality of the trainers toward the effectiveness of training program. Object of<br />the research was the Purnawidya of aquaculture training in the Banyuwangi Training Center which spread out in 3 provinces with over 105 participated. Data were analyzed by using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Results shows that equipments have a positive significant impact toward the effectiveness of the training and the efficiency of the aquaculture performance. The quality of the training and the material, the methods, and the quality of the trainers not<br />significant impacted the of effectiveness of the training program. The result recommends that the Banyuwangi Training Center need to improve the criteria for selecting the participants, the quality of the materials, and to improve the quality of the trainers.</p>

Untuk mengejar ketertinggalan teknologi budidaya perikanan yang dialami oleh pembudidaya ikan saat ini, salah satu solusi yang dapat dilakukan yaitu melalui pelatihan perikanan budidaya. Penelitian analisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi efektivitas pelatihan budidaya perikanan ini bertujuan untuk mengukur hubungan kausalitas dari faktor sarana pelatihan, kualitas peserta pelatihan, ketepatan metode pelatihan, kualitas bahan ajar, dan faktor kualitas pelatih terhadap efektivitas pelatihan budidaya perikanan. Obyek penelitian ini yaitu purnawidya pelatihan budidaya perikanan yang dilatih di Balai Diklat Perikanan Banyuwangi, yang tersebar di tiga provinsi, sebanyak 105 orang. Data dianalisis dengan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Hasil penelitian mengemukakan bahwa faktor sarana pelatihan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap efektivitas pelatihan budidaya perikanan dan efektivitas pelatihan budidaya perikanan terhadap efisiensi kinerja pembudidaya ikan berpengaruh positif signifikan. Selanjutnya diperoleh hasil bahwa faktor kualitas peserta pelatihan , kualitas isi bahan ajar, ketepatan metode pelatihan dan kualitas pelatih tidak signifikan terhadap efektivitas pelatihan yang dilakukan. This study examines participating tutors’ four-year feedback on a faculty-embedded tutor training program using structural equation modeling. Data from 333 tutors across all four departments in the Faculty of Business and Economics was used. Results indicate that the quality of the training session directly influences tutors’ perceived need for further skills development training and that the partial effect of facilitator effectiveness on the latter is not significant. This indicates that tutors’ indication of their future need for relevant skills in teaching and use of technology is highly influenced by the quality of the training session and much less on the facilitator’s effectiveness in delivering it. This has implications for both the way the tutor training program is perceived and the redevelopment of the questionnaire in the future.

Abstrak - Pendidikan digunakan sebagai tolok ukur untuk menilai kualitas sumber daya manusia sekaligus penentu kualitas bangsa. Kualitas generasi  unggul dan mampu bersaing akan lahir dari proses Pendidikan. Budaya organisasi dan teknologi informasi yang dibarengi dengan komitmen organisasi dosen merupakan model pemetaan perguruan tinggi untuk menghasilkan kinerja optimal. Menyadari akan pentingnya model tersebut, maka permasalahan belum tercapainya kinerja dosen, merupakan permasalahan yang harus diselesaikan melalui model pemetaan peningkatan kinerja. Metode yang digunakan adaIah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. PopuIasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh Dosen International women University, melalui teknik sampIing proporsional random sampling dan rumus slovin, maka diperoleh sampel sebesar 88 dosen. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner dan wawancara, selanjutnya analisis menggunakan structural equation modeling (SEM).  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kinerja Dosen International Women University dipengaruhi secara simultan maupun parsial oleh Budaya Organisasi, TeknoIogi Informasi, dan Komitmen organisasional. Dari ketiga variable, komitmen organisasional memberikan kontribusi tertinggi, sedangkan kontribusi terendah ditentukan oleh teknologi informasi. Abstract - Education is used as a measurement to assess the quality of human resources as well as a determinant the quality of the nation. The quality of a excellent generation and able to compete will be exist from the education process. Organizational culture and information technology followed by lecturers' organizational commitment is a model for higher education mapping to produce optimal performance. Realizing the importance of this model, the problem of not achieving lecturer performance is a problem that must be solved through a performance improvement mapping model. The method used is a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The population of this research is all Lecturers of International Women's University, using the technique of proportional random sampling and Slovin formula, a sample of 88 lecturers was obtained. Data was collected through questionnaires and interviews, then analysis using structural equation modeling (SEM). The results show that the performance of International Women University Lecturers is influenced simultaneously or partially by Organizational Culture, Information Technology, and Organizational Commitment. From the three variables, organizational commitment shows the highest contribution, while the lowest contribution is determined by information technology.
