Untuk mengejar ketertinggalan teknologi budidaya perikanan yang dialami oleh pembudidaya ikan saat ini, salah satu solusi yang dapat dilakukan yaitu melalui pelatihan perikanan budidaya. Penelitian analisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi efektivitas pelatihan budidaya perikanan ini bertujuan untuk mengukur hubungan kausalitas dari faktor sarana pelatihan, kualitas peserta pelatihan, ketepatan metode pelatihan, kualitas bahan ajar, dan faktor kualitas pelatih terhadap efektivitas pelatihan budidaya perikanan. Obyek penelitian ini yaitu purnawidya pelatihan budidaya perikanan yang dilatih di Balai Diklat Perikanan Banyuwangi, yang tersebar di tiga provinsi, sebanyak 105 orang. Data dianalisis dengan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Hasil penelitian mengemukakan bahwa faktor sarana pelatihan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap efektivitas pelatihan budidaya perikanan dan efektivitas pelatihan budidaya perikanan terhadap efisiensi kinerja pembudidaya ikan berpengaruh positif signifikan. Selanjutnya diperoleh hasil bahwa faktor kualitas peserta pelatihan , kualitas isi bahan ajar, ketepatan metode pelatihan dan kualitas pelatih tidak signifikan terhadap efektivitas pelatihan yang dilakukan. The society awareness in consuming halal, safe, and healthy foodstuff within these past few years kept on increasing. This was closely related to responsible food manufacturers which produced sustain halal foods, as evidenced by ownership halal certification. In order to increase the satisfaction of food producers and to maintain their commitment to extend the halal certificates, the quality of halal authority service should always be enhanced. This study aims to identify the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) value, to determine the influence of halal label and product attributes toward customer’s satisfaction and loyalty of meatball stalls in Yogyakarta, and to identify the influence of halal label toward selling volume on certified meatball stalls. The instruments used were questionnaires containing 21 quality attributes of halal certificate renewal service. Analyses were performed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The model was composed of seven latent variables: halal certification, brand, price, taste, service, customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. Result of the research showed that taste and halal certification have significant effect on the customer’s satisfaction and loyalty of certified meatball stalls. Halal certification have affected the certified meatball stalls in Yogyakarta by increasing the selling volume of 25-37.5%.

This study examines participating tutors’ four-year feedback on a faculty-embedded tutor training program using structural equation modeling. Data from 333 tutors across all four departments in the Faculty of Business and Economics was used. Results indicate that the quality of the training session directly influences tutors’ perceived need for further skills development training and that the partial effect of facilitator effectiveness on the latter is not significant. This indicates that tutors’ indication of their future need for relevant skills in teaching and use of technology is highly influenced by the quality of the training session and much less on the facilitator’s effectiveness in delivering it. This has implications for both the way the tutor training program is perceived and the redevelopment of the questionnaire in the future.

The purpose of this study is to examine a model in which religious values and communication quality predict personal integrity and employee� performance.� A� total� of� 129� respondents fromPolsuska Daop 5 Purwokertocompleted questionnaires. Results from structural equation modeling based smartPLS 3.0 confirmed that religious values and communication quality were positively related to personal integrity and employee performance. Penerapan sistem informasi secara luas telah digunakan pada berbagai bidang termasuk juga pada bidang pendidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi minat pemanfaatan sistem informasi, ekspektasi kinerja terhadap penggunaan sistem informasi di STMIK ABC. Metode yang digunakan penulis dalam pengumpulan data ini adalah angket (questionnaire), pengolahan dan analisa data dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan bantuan software aplikasi SmartPLS Versi 3.2.8. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa hasil uji hipotesis terhadap variabel Ekspektasi Kinerja berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap Minat Pemanfaatan Sistem Informasi (H1) dengan begitu H1 diterima, sedangkan uji hipotesis varibael Faktor Sosial berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap Minat Pemanfaatan Sistem Informasi (H2) dengan begini H2 diterima dan hasil hipotesis variabel Kondis Yang Memfasilitasi Pemakai berpengaruh positif terhadap Minat Pemanfaatan Sistem Informasi (H3) sehingga H3 diterima. Hasil uji ini mengidentifikasi variabel ekspektasi kinerja, faktor sosial dan kondisi yang memfasilitasi pemakai dapat mempengaruhi minat pemanfaatan sistem informasi oleh pengguna dengan sehingga dapat membantu meningkatkan kinerja dalam meningkatkan kualitas output pekerjaan dan lebih meningkatkan kualitas belajar mengajar di STMIK ABC.

This research is aimed at analyzing the effect of consumers’ ethnocentrism on the perception of product quality and buying intention of ayam taliwang (a case study on Rumah Makan Taliwang I Cakranegara). This is quantitative study. The population are individual and community who already know the ayam taliwang product in Mataram. The sampel were 100 respondents selected through accidental sampling and analyzed using structural equation modeling (SEM). The research showed that cosumers’ etnosentrism had significant effect on the buying intention of ayam taliwang in Rumah Makan Taliwang I Cakranegara. The consumers’ etnosentrism had also effect on the perception of product quality which means that the more positive of consumers ethnocentrism the better the perception of product quality of ayam taliwang. Perception of product quality moderated the correlation between consumers’ ethnosentrism and buying intention, which means that the higher the perception of product quality, the stronger the correlation between consumers’ etnosentrism and buying intention. This research implied theoretically and managerially in the context of product of ayam taliwang in Rumah Makan Taliwang I Cakranegara. Keywords : consumers’ ethnosentrism, perception of product quality and buying intention.
