This paper analyzes the world sources and considers the evolution of the e-learning system in the world, which are necessary for the formation of the e-learning system of the educational institution. The object of research is modern information pedagogical technologies that change the educational process. Subject of research – various educational technologies (distance, mixed, mobile, micro-) learning that influence the effectiveness of the educational process. The purpose is to identify the main elements that create the global e-learning system and to define the structure of the system for use in educational institutions. It is shown that in the first stage distance courses played the role of delivery of educational materials to the student. The development of web 2.0 technology and the advent of LMS have changed the way we learn. Pedagogical theories, the pedagogical instructional model ADDIE, and the use of Bloom's taxonomy allowed for student collaboration and active communication. The distance learning course is focused on achieving and measuring learning outcomes. In the third stage, all components of the world eLearning system are present: methodical, informational, technological, software and technical, personnel, regulatory, planning and development, monitoring and control. The components of the subsystems are variable in nature. Such a system is the basis for the strategy and tactics of the development of the e-learning system in the educational organization and its structural units. The most important is the planning and development subsystem, which defines the ways of development of the educational organization, the strategy and tactics of development of the e-learning system of the university, the required staff potential and the system of professional development of teachers. For its effective work it is necessary to have trained content curators who follow the most influential content curators of the world. Members of this team provide certification for distance courses in accordance with the organization standard. National Technical University "Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute" conducts systematic work in this area, conducts open distance courses for developers, tutors, content curators and experts for teachers of educational institutions of Ukraine. Developed distance courses that measure the competence of trained professionals ensure high efficiency of dual learning. More than 2,100 teachers of educational establishments of Ukraine have enrolled in the open distance courses, more than 320 teachers have successfully completed the courses.

E-learning technology adoption has become, during the COVID-19 pandemic, an essential requirement and a new trend to manage the academic activities in the universities which follow traditional education (Face-to-Face Classroom). Because of the significant effect of coronavirus pandemic on the educational Process, this study's primary purpose is to gain an insight into the factors affecting the students' acceptance and their intentions to adopt an e-learning system in the faculty of business at Tafila university in Jordan. A total number of 257 students with different college disciplinary took part in the study by engaging via a survey distributed as a link by WhatsApp, E-mail, and Thuraya Platform. The study formulated a model based on a UTAUT of (Venkatesh et al., 2003) and suggested a new two moderating factors (study qualification level and scientific disciplinary) after drop two variables from the original model to make the model applicable in the context of a study. The data collection analyzed by smart PLS revealed that the research model constructs have positive explanatory power of the student's behavioral intention to adopt an e-learning system and improved after the moderating effect. Final result Sof this study states that the scientific discipline is a critical moderating factor that moderated the behavioral intentions to adopt e-learning technology from Tafila university students' viewpoint and accepted the new situation of academic activities with behavioral intentions to adopt e-learning.

The evolution of E-learning has been investigated in this article. In all historical epochs, education played an important role in a society. In the conditions of dynamic and ambitious socio-economic transformation of Ukrainian society education becomes the object of new growing requirements of the individual, society and state. These requirements are a major factor of the driving force behind the development of the education system. In this article we outlined new challenges to the qualification of the working force in information society and E-learning, among which are: the need for dynamic adaptation to rapidly changing knowledge and technologies, the acquisition of new skills. The last two decades have been marked by a significant increase in the emphasis on teaching on the basis of information and computer technology. A withdrawal from traditional training was based on the rapid development of the Internet and Covid-19 pandemic. The use of information and communication technologies in education makes it possible to increase its efficiency and accessibility. In addition, some aspects of the implementation of E-learning in the university have been reviwed. Many universities are actively developing a range of technologies, including mixed learning, with the aim of implementing E-learning at the university. Main features of E-learning, as a method for increasing motivation and self-study skills and as a way to improve an access to education, were investigated in the article. It is pointed out that in the structure of E-learning in educational establishments it is necessary to have such elements as: 1) E-learning system environment with the necessary means for communication of participants of E-learning; 2) electronic database of educational material; 3) virtual laboratory; 4) E-learning participants (teachers, students) and technicians (programmers, system administrators, web designers, animators). E-Learning supports self-directed types of learning. High motivation and self-study skills are prerequisites and must be complemented by an appropriately structured didactic learning environment. Self-organization and self-responsibility are important skills within flexible working and learning cultures. An important condition for E-learning: in the E- learning system can learn only highly motivated, focused and organized persons.

At the present dynamic development of education, distance learning is increasingly popular due to its mobility and a variety of different information. There are certain difficulties in organizing the educational process using electronic educational resources. The article describes the modeling of the physical education process in non-sports institutes of Udmurt State University. The developed e-learning system at the University based on the Moodle platform allowed us to simulate the process of physical education and create an e-learning course based on it. The training course has a block system for organizing the physical education model. Using the e-learning system in the educational process of higher education allows to modernize the process of students’ physical education non-sports institutions, and lay a solid foundation for further self-education. This material is useful for University teachers who have an electronic educational environment.

Electronic education has been an integral part of the educational process at higher education institutions for more than a decade. However, it had had rather a supporting role in Ukraine before the pandemic, whereas today it is crucial to provide full-fledged learning, communication and collaboration for all educational process participants with the help of electronic resources. Therefore, there is a need in modernization of the electronic learning system of the university according to current requirements and challenges. The article outlines the ways the e-learning system changes implementation using the example of Borys Grinchenko Kyiv University. The attention is paid to educational environment personalization for different participants of the learning process, possibilities for information arrangement and monitoring. Thanks to the arrangement of electronic learning courses (ELC) according to the created educational programmes in the e-learning system, students have access to current information about all disciplines which belong to a definite educational professional or scientific programme: distribution by semesters, forms of control, progress in the courses, etc. At the same time it provides administration with the possibility to track activities of applicants for education and academic staff in every educational programme. Electronic deanery module implemented in Borys Grinchenko Kyiv University e-learning system allows to monitor educational process, get access to current data on every ELC progress rate and also to personalize the educational process for every student through individual learning plans. With the help of the e-learning system students can get remote access to the materials of all disciplines, fulfil tasks, send them to teachers for review and take tests. The blocks in the user's personal dashboard allow to get quick access to communication and collaboration tools for online classes arrangement, group work and receiving feedback from teachers, to the University’s library and other useful resources that simplify educational process arrangement.
