State Polytechnic of Sriwijaya is an Indonesian vocational institution that incorporates practical learning into all of its existing study programs. In each laboratory of the study program, students will find the supporting components and resources they need for practicum. Telecommunication engineering is one of them. Currently, the component retrieval and tool borrowing system is still manual, both in the retrieval and return stages, by filling out the given hard-file form sheet. Therefore, a web-based inventory monitoring application is required for laboratory technicians. The creation of this application implements the Prototype Method. The implementation of this method aims to make the application that is created to fit the needs of the user. This system helps laboratory technicians and Telecommunication Engineering students in the process of component retrieval and tool borrowing to be more organized and scheduled and can store reports in the form of soft-files. This information system can also be used by students to monitor the number of components and tools available in real-time. This application are also equipped with forecasting the number of practicum components to kwowing the needs of student practicum in the next year. Forecasting was created using the Weighted Moving Average method.  Black box testing is carried out in each menu on the application and gives valid results so that the application can be used.

ABSTRACT<br />PT. Surya Cemerlang Niaga Abadi is a company engaged in the distribution of imported beef. There are constraints experienced by companies, such demand with supply is not balanced and recording of inventory is still manually by hand. Determination of the inventory is still manually by hand so as to determine how the merchandise will be provided the company must first compare the number of items that came out with a comparison of data before the data is also of recent expenditures.Based on these problems, this research aims to design and build information systems that can assist in data processing and forecasting inventory items for the next month. Web-based information system is built with the Weighted Moving Average method for inventory forecasting process. The data used in forecasting is the last three months of data.The results of this study indicate successful information system designed and built. Based on testing with Black box testing system functionality information obtained is in conformity with the designs. Based on the calculation error last three months weights 0.1, 0.2, 0.7 is obtained MSE (Mean Squared Error) is 0.00834 that shows the smallest value and proper use for forecasting.<br />Keywords: Information Systems, Inventory, Forecasting, Weighted Moving Average<br />ABSTRAK<br />PT. Terdapat kendala yang dialami oleh perusahaan antara lain permintaan dengan persediaan tidak seimbang dan pencatatan persediaan barang juga masih manual dengan tulisan tangan. Penentuan persediaan barang itu sendiri masih dilakukan secara manual dengan tulisan tangan jadi untuk menentukan berapa jumlah persediaan barang yang akan disediakan perusahaan harus terlebih dahulu membandingkan jumlah barang yang keluar dengan perbandingan data sebelumnya juga data pengeluaran barang yang baru terjadi. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun Sistem Informasi yang dapat membantu dalam pengolahan data barang dan peramalan persediaan barang untuk bulan berikutnya. Sistem informasi dibangung berbasis web dengan metode Weighted Moving Average untuk proses peramalan persediaan barang. Data yang digunakan dalam peramalan adalah data tiga bulan terakhir. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan sistem informasi berhasil dirancang dan dibangun. Berdasarkan pengujian dengan Black box testing didapatkan fungsionalitas sistem informasi sudah sesuai dengan rancangan yang dibuat. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan error bobot tiga bulan terakhir 0.1, 0.2, 0.7 diperoleh nilai MSE (Mean Squared Error) adalah 0.00834 yang menunjukkan nilai terkecil dan tepat digunakan untuk peramalan.<br />Kata Kunci : Sistem Informasi, Persediaan, Peramalan, Weighted Moving Average

Abstract: The Information Systems Study Program is one of the study programs at the Open University. The duties and responsibilities of the study program are managing academic and non-academic services. Management of incoming and outgoing mail is one of the tasks that must be carried out so that the service process is maximized. But the management is still manually so that problems occur such as difficulty in finding incoming or outgoing mail because it is still stored in folders, can only be accessed by one person because it is still stored on a computer and it is difficult to classify incoming mail. Therefore there must be a web-based incoming and outgoing mail management application. The purpose of this research is to implement a web-based incoming and outgoing mail application in the Information Systems Study Program. The model used for its development uses the waterfall model, while the testing model uses a black box. The results of this study are knowing the usability of implementing incoming and outgoing letters in the Information Systems Study Program.                  Keywords: Black Boxes; Outgoing Letters; Incoming Letters; Waterfalls; Web Applications.  Abstrak: Program Studi Sistem Informasi merupakan salah satu program studi yang ada di Universitas Terbuka. Tugas dan tanggung jawab program studi adalah mengelola layanan akademik maupun non akademik. Pengelolaan surat masuk dan surat keluar merupakan salah satu tugas yang harus dijalankan agar proses layanan menjadi maksimal. Namun pengelolaannya masih secara manual sehingga terjadi permasalahan seperti sulitnya mencari surat yang masuk atau surat yang keluar karena masih di simpan dalam folder-folder, hanya bisa di akses oleh satu orang karena masih disimpan dalam sebuah komputer dan sulit mengklasifikasikan surat yang masuk. Oleh sebab itu harus ada sebuah aplikasi pengelolaan surat masuk dan surat keluar berbasis web. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengimplementasikan aplikasi surat masuk dan surat keluar berbasis web di Program Studi Sistem Informasi. Model yang digunakan untuk pengembangannya menggunakan model watelfall, sedangkan model pengujiannya menggunakan black box. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui usability dari implementasi surat masuk dan surat keluar di Program Studi Sistem Informasi Kata kunci: Aplikasi Web; Black Box; Surat Keluar; Surat Masuk; Waterfall.

The name of the Higher Education Institution will be big, because of the alumni. However, the Informatics Engineering University of Muhammadiyah Gresik (UMG) continues to be required to always improve the quality of its educational process accompanied by efforts to increase its relevance in the context of global competition. Efforts to make improvements both in the academic and infrastructure fields have been carried out. The management of alumni data at Muhammadiyah Gresik University especially Information Engineering has not been overlooked and is still done manually. Alumni data is only stored in piles of paper in the administrative space, this can cause data damage and even data loss. The UMG Informatics Engineering tracer study activity provides an increase in education in teaching and learning activities so that it can improve the subsequent learning process. Therefore, to get information on the indications of lack of implementation of the study program the success of professionalism (career, status, and income) of alumni is needed. The Web-based Tracer Study Information System in Informatics Engineering Muhammadiyah Gresik University will be made easier for study programs to get information on relevant knowledge and expertise (the relationship between knowledge and expertise with work requirements, work scope, professional position) of the alumni. The value of the convenience obtained from the application questionnaire by users is 75.95% rounded up to 76%.

A new iterative algorithm has been devised for construction of the H acidity function. The procedure is based on gradual transformation of the dependence of log I vs acid concentration into the dependence of H vs acid concentration, and it involves four steps. In the first step a continuous acidity function is obtained by taking the average of log I values for the same acid concentrations. The second step of the algorithm is smoothing out of the acidity function by means of smoothing the H value by weighted moving average. In the third step, the mean distances between the log I values and the corresponding values of the smoothed acidity function H are calculated for the given indicator, and in the fourth step these distances are used together with log I values for calculating a new acidity function. The procedure designed was converted into a programme in the Delphi 2 language for PC Pentium and was successfully validated on literature data.

The thesis is one of the graduation requirements that students must take to obtain a bachelor's degree. Each student informatics study program who will carry out the Thesis will do several processes, including the process of registration of titles, guidance, registration of Thesis seminars, Examination and judiciary sessions. The thesis administration process is still running manually, where at the time of title registration, students must fill in the form of thesis title. After that, students will wait for the announcement to find out their supervisor as well as the registration of the Thesis Seminar, the examination, and the Judiciary sessions. Students must come directly to the office with the registration requirements. The process requires a long time so that thesis administration services become less effective. Therefore a website-based Thesis Information System was built which aims to facilitate the thesis administration process of Informatics study programs. Based on black box testing, this system was declared to have run well while testing using the MOS method showed that 95.34% of informatics student respondents, 99.33% of non-informatics student respondents, and 100% of lecturers and admin respondents agreed. <p>Pangkalan Data Pendidikan Tinggi (PDDIKTI) merupakan sebuah sistem penyimpan data yang dikelola Pusat Data dan Informasi (Pusdatin) Kementrian Ristek dan Pendidikan Tinggi. Data yang tersedia di PDDIKTI merupakan data yang akurat, karena proses pelaporan data akademik secara berkala dua kali setiap. Data yang telah berlimpah tersebut, tentu sangat disayangkan jika tidak digunakan untuk keperluan yang lebih bermanfaat, misal untuk mengetahui pola akademik kelulusan mahasiswa dan prestasi akademik mahasiswa. Untuk memperoleh informasi-informasi penting tersebut bisa dilakukan dengan cara penggalian informasi (<em>knowledge discovery</em>). Teknik dalam memberikan solusi masalah tersebut adalah teknik klasifikasi untuk membantu pengambilan keputusan, misalkan <em>Decission Tree</em> (C4.5, ID3, CHAID, <em>rule induction</em>) dan teknik peramalan (<em>forecasting</em>) menggunakan metode <em>simple moving average (SMA)</em>. Tujuan dari penambangan data PDDIKTI adalah untuk melakukan deteksi dini terhadap mahasiswa, sehingga dosen bisa memberikan masukan-masukan ketika mahasiswa tersebut telah diklasifikan sebagai mahasiswa yang lulus tidak tepat waktu serta memprediksi jumlah mahasiswa yang akan masuk pada perguran tinggi pada salah satu prodi X, sehingga manajemen baik tingkat program studi maupun universitas bisa melakukan langkah-langkah yang dianggap penting guna meningkatkan jumlah mahasiswa. Pengujian pada 2.601 <em>record</em> akademik mahasiswa dengan atribut ipk_sem1, ipk_sem2, ipk_sem3, ipk_sem4, pekerjaan_ortu, ket_lulus, rerata_ipk, penghasilan_ayah, untuk klasifikasi kelulusan mahasiswa menghasilkan nilai <em>accuracy</em> 86,54 % nilai <em>precission</em> 93,37% dan nilai <em>recall</em> 89,27% serta pengujian prediksi jumlah peminat program studi  diperoleh nilai <em>accuracy</em> 78,25 % dan <em>MAPE</em> sebesar 21,75 %.</p><p class="Judul2"><em><br /></em></p><p class="Judul2"><em><strong>Abstract</strong> </em></p><p class="Judul2"><em><br /></em></p><p class="Judul2"><em>The Higher Education Database (PDDIKTI) is a data storage system managed by the Center for Data and Information (Pusdatin) of the Ministry of Research and Technology and Higher Education. The data available at PDDIKTI is accurate data, because the process of reporting academic data regularly twice each. The abundant data is certainly unfortunate if not used for more useful purposes, for example to find out the academic patterns of student graduation and student academic achievement. To obtain important information can be done by extracting information (knowledge discovery). Techniques in providing solutions to these problems are classification techniques to assist decision making, for example Decission Tree (C4.5, ID3, CHAID, rule induction) and forecasting techniques using simple moving average (SMA) methods. The purpose of PDDIKTI data mining is to conduct early detection of students, so that lecturers can provide input when the students have been classified as students who graduate not on time and predict the number of students who will enter the tertiary institutions in one of the X study programs, so that management both the level of study program and university can take steps that are considered important to increase the number of students. Tests on 2601 student academic records with the attributes ipk_sem1, ipk_sem2, ipk_sem3, ipk_sem4, occupation_ortu, graduated, average_ipk, income_ayah, for the graduation classification of students resulted in an accuracy value of 86.54% a value of 93.37% and a recall value of 89.27% and a test of 89.27% and a test of graduation prediction of the number of study program enthusiasts obtained an accuracy value of 78.25% and MAPE of 21.75%.</em></p>

This research was aiming to produce a management information system for Diploma Companion Certificate (SKPI). The target of the research to be achieved is the existence of an information system that can be used to manage the filling and printing of Companion Certificates. Management information system This Certificate of Companion is made to be applied in the Informatics Engineering Study Program S1 Faculty of Computer Science, University of Kuningan. This study discusses how the process of designing and developing an information system for managing Diploma Certificates of Completion in the S1 Informatics Engineering Study Program. The absence of an application or information system for managing Diploma Certificates is a serious problem that must be considered. Managers of the S1 Informatics Engineering Study Program find it difficult in the process of making and filling Diploma Companion Certificates for their graduates. In the absence of a management information system, a Diploma of Companion Certificate, the process of making and filling with Certificate ofCompanion Certificate will take a long time. The method  used in this study is Rational Unified Process (RUP). There are four stages in the use of this RUP method, namely the stages of inception, elaboration, construction and transition. The design model used in this study uses Unified Modeling Language (UML). The testing process is carried out using the Black Box Testing. Therefore, to solve these problems, an innovation is needed In the management ofa web-based Diploma Companion Certificate. It is expected that this information system can help and ease the Study Program in managing Diploma Companion Certificates.

Abstrak — Politeknik Negeri Lhokseumawe menyediakan Web server untuk mengakses berbagai macam informasi sekitaran jurusan dan program studi khususnya Prodi Teknik Multimedia dan Jaringan. Web bukan hanya untuk menyampaikan sebatas informasi pada prodi, tetapi juga dapat memonitoring jadwal belajar mengajar meggunakan Raspberry Pi sebagai server mini, pengganti komputer yang biasanya digunakan untuk server. Selama ini monitoring jadwal belajar mengajar dilakukan secara manual, sistem ini dibuat untuk memonitoring secara otomatis. Perancangan sistem berbasis Web dengan pemprograman HTML, PHP, MYSQL dan SMS gateway dengan gammu sebagai servicenya. Operasi yang berjalan dalam SMS gateway ini yaitu, pesan broadcast yang dapat mengirimkan pesan kebanyak tujuan sesuai dengan jadwal dan auto respon atau sistem dapat menerima pesan dan mengirim kembali ke nomor tujuan jika ada secara otomatis. Parameter nilai yang diiambil berdasarkan data waktu yang diatur dalam sistem. Dengan adanya sistem ini dapat mempermudah prodi Teknik Multimedia dan Jaringan dalam memonitoring jadwal belajar mengajar.Kata Kunci : Web, SMS Gateway, Gammu, Raspberry Pi Abstract — Lhokseumawe State  of Polytechnic provides a Web server to access various kinds of information around majors and study programs, especially Multimedia Engineering and Networks. The Web is not just for delivering information on the study program, but also monitoring the schedule of teaching lessons using Raspberry Pi as a mini server, a replacement for computers that are usually used for servers. During this time monitoring of teaching and learning schedule is done manually, this system is made to monitor automatically. Web-based system design with HTML, PHP, MYSQL and SMS gateway programming with gammu as its service. The operation that runs in this SMS gateway is, broadcast messages that can send messages to many destinations in accordance with schedule and auto response or the system can receive messages and send back to the destination number if it exists automatically. The value parameter is retrieved based on the time data set in the system. Accreditation is one form of approval and feasibility of universities or study programs conducted by the National Higher Education Accreditation Agency (BAN-PT). The purpose and benefits of higher education institution accreditation are to provide assurance that accredited tertiary institutions have met the quality standards set by BAN-PT. In order to be able to monitor and evaluate all activities to achieve the expected accreditation value, a management application is needed that is able to integrate the entire contents of supporting data one form of visualization that can describe it is the dashboard system. This research intend to establish an Accreditation Management Information System application with a dashboard appearance in the web-based Muhammadiyah University of Malang. This application is constructed using HTML, PHP, and Codeigniter Framework by using the MySQL storage format as a database. The development method used in system development is the Spiral development model. The results of this research are that the dashboard system can provide an overview of the position of accreditation values of the University, Faculty and Study Program, so that parties from each University management, Faculty and Study Program can take action to prepare and improve values to face future accreditation assessments.
