Media pembelajaran berbasis android ini dirancang melalui enam tahapan yaitu tahapan system/information engineering, software requirement analysis, design, coding implamantation, testing, dan maintance. Media pembelajaran berbasis android ini di gunakan untuk proses pembelajaran mengenai materi sudut pengukuran dan identitas trigonometri. Perancangan media pembelajaran berbasis android dibuat dengan menggunakan Microsoft PowerPoint yang sudah terpasang iSpring Suite versi 9.7.2 dan Website 2 Apk Builder yang berfungsi untuk mengubah file *.pptx menjadi file *.apk untuk bisa di unduh di smartphone. Pembuatan materi menggunakan Microsoft PowerPoint dan membuat soal dengan menggunakan iSpring Suite versi 9.7.2 yang dijadikan sebagai uji kompetensi untuk peserta didik setelah mempelajari materi kemudian di konversikan menggunakan Website 2 Apk Builder. Pengujian menggunakan metode black box, setiap aspek memiliki hasil yang dapat disimpulkan berhasil dan layak untuk diujicobakan ke peserta didik. Uji kelayakan berupa kuesioner dari ahli media memperoleh angka sebesar 39 dengan klasifikasi baik, hasil uji kelayakan dari ahli materi memperoleh angka sebasar 47 denga klasifikasi sangat baik, dan hasil dari respon peserta didik memperoleh angka sebesar 39,63 dengan klasifikasi baik. Hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan layak untuk diujicobakan ke peserta didik jika angka yang diperoleh termasuk kedalam klasifikasi baik. Dengan demikian media pembelajaran berbasis android pada materi trigonometri ini layak untuk digunakan untuk proses pembelajaran.Kata Kunci : Perancangan, Android, Media Pembelajaran

Abstract The 2021 International Conference on Computer Technology, Information Engineering and Electron Materials (CTIEEM 2021) was planned to be held during October 29-31, 2021 in Tianjin, China. Currently, the entire world is struggling against the virulent pandemic COVID-19. Unfortunately, each of us is affected, either overtly or covertly. Our conference, 2021 International Conference on Computer Technology, Information Engineering and Electron Materials (CTIEEM 2021) was not an exception. Nowadays, mass gatherings are not permitted by the government. It is uncertain when the COVID-19 would end, so it remains unclear for postponement time, while many scholars and researchers wanted to attend this long-waited conference and have academic exchanges with their peers. Therefore, in order to actively respond the call of the government, and meet author’s request, the CTIEEM 2021 was changed to be held online through Zoom software. This approach not only reduces people gathering, but also meets their communication needs. On the behalf of the organizing committee of the International Conference on Electronics, Electrical and Information Engineering (ICEEIE2021) held during September 24th-26th, 2021 in Changsha, Hunan, China, Due to the Covid-19, there were travel restriction for every scholars who were linked with this event, by using Zoom conference system and physical venues in different sponsors’ university, we enjoyed 3 keynote speeches and oral presentations made by the authors which lasted for 15 minutes each, a lot of inspiration sparked during the Q&A parts, thanks to the modern technology and dedication of every committee member, we finally made this conference, to sum up I would like to present you all this proceeding: A strong mixture of academia and industry was the key aspect of this year’s conference. ICEEIE 2021 promotes research and developmental activities in the field of Electronics, Electrical and Information Engineering along with exchange of knowledge, ideas and information among the researchers, practitioners and scholars from all over the world. Researchers who have contributed their work to the conference shared their findings and experience with other researchers and attendee. Many attendees without any contribution of research paper have also been allowed to attend the conference to gain knowledge in their respective areas. With all contributions from the participants, 74 papers are final accepted from 215 submissions. Those accepted ones are well categorized into six sectors as follows:Information Sciences, Electrical Engineering, Automation Control, Software Engineering, Machine Learning, IOT & Data Sciences, Intelligent System, Information Security. In order to accommodate the trend of high-speed railway signaling integrating with communication techniques, Basic Theory and Application of GSM-R is a crucial curriculum for students majoring in Traffic Information Engineering and Control and Transportation Engineering. It helps students to master the latest theory and application of train-ground communication techniques. However, with the application of the next generation railway mobile communication technique, several advanced communication techniques are presented in the form of English materials. It is of great significance to have a bilingual teaching mode for this course. This would contribute to cultivating research-oriented and professional talents with international competitiveness. Through the blended teaching reform of bilingual education, the proportion of topic selection of interdisciplinary research papers by postgraduates has increased from 6% to 15%. In this article, the characteristics and the current problems of bilingual teaching are discussed from theory to practice in three aspects: the production of bilingual courseware, the supplement of English materials, and the guidance of research topics. Additionally, corresponding teaching reform schemes are proposed in this article.

Abstract The data filling, mathematical calculations and statistical operations for property management are realised by a system development tool that adopts the browser/server (B/S) architecture, Java, as the development language and a framework that adopts Spring MVC mode; additionally, the MySQL database is used, the source code and database interaction process use the Mybatis framework and the front-end display uses the VUE.js framework.. Functional modules include the following elements: owner information, real estate information, engineering equipment, personnel management and lease management. The system has passed the functional test, if it has been in trial operation for 1 year in multiple residential communities and has the characteristics of simple operation, stable operation and strong scalability, among others.

We gratefully acknowledge the presence of all participants on the 2021 International Conference on Mechanical Automation and Electronic Information Engineering (MAEIE 2021), which was successfully held in Zhuhai from 24th to 26th September, 2021. MAEIE 2021 aimed to provide a platform for experts and scholars, engineers and technicians, and R&D personnel to share scientific research results and cutting-edge technologies, understand academic development trends, broaden research ideas, strengthen academic research and discussion, and promote cooperation in the industrialization of academic results. MAEIE 2021 focused on professional fields such as Mechanical Integration, Artificial Intelligence, Intelligent Information Processing, Information Engineering, etc. About 80 participants from academic, high-education institutes and other organizations took part in the conference. The conference model was divided into two sessions, including oral presentations and keynote speeches. In the first part, some scholars, whose submissions were selected as the excellent papers, were given 15 minutes to perform their oral presentations one by one. Then in the second part, keynote speakers were each allocated 30-45 minutes to hold their speeches. In the keynote presentation part, we invited 12 professors as our keynote speakers. The first keynote speaker, Prof. Junlong Chen, IEEE Fellow, from South China University of Technology, China. The second keynote speaker, Prof. Guoliang Chen, from Shenzhen University, China. The others keynote speaker as follow: Prof. Anhui Liang, Shandong University of Science and Technology, China; Prof. Weijia Jia, IEEE Fellow, ACM Fellow, Beijing Normal University - Hong Kong Baptist University United International College, China; Prof. Nong Xiao, from Sun Yat-sen University, China; Prof. Yutong Lu, Sun Yat-sen University, China; Prof. Young Liang, Macau University of Science and Technology, China; Prof. Jianxin Wang, IEEE Senior Member, from Central South University, China; Prof. Xiaofeng Zhu, University of Electronic Science and Technology of China; Prof. Yang Yue, Nankai University, China; Prof. Li Na, from Xi’ dian University, China; Assoc. Prof. Zhengtian Fang, from University of Macau, China. They had outstanding research in Mechanical Automation and Electronic Information Engineering and other related area. The proceedings present a selection of high-quality papers submitted to the conference by researchers from universities, research institutes, and industry. All papers were subjected to peer-review by conference committee members and international reviewers. The papers were selected based on their quality and their relevance to the conference. The proceedings present recent advances in the fields of Mechanical, Force and Tactile Sensors, Industrial Tribology, Machine Vision, Algorithm and Data Structure and others related research. I would like to express special gratitude to members of the conference committee and organizers of the conference. I would also like to thank the reviewers for their valuable time and advice which helped in improving the quality of the papers selected for presentation at the conference and for publication in the proceedings.
