This research was aimed to improve students' learning activities through cooperative learning model with outdoor learning method at viability organisms on IX A Junior Secondary School 01 Samalantan. Subjects in this study 33 students. The research instrument used is the observation sheet and field notes. Results showed that an increase in activity after the students are given cooperative learning model with outdoor learning method. Based on the analysis of data obtained the increased activity of the students at 72,73% after implementation cooperative learning model with outdoor learning method in two cycles of action. This study aims to interpret ekokritik literary theory by expressing the value of environmental wisdom focused on respect for nature of fo Alas Kobong Folklore in Pacitan Regency. Ekokritik literature to examine the application of this folklore is through data classification based on the moral principles of environmental wisdom focused on respect for nature. The shape of this research is descriptive qualitative with an interactive approach to data sources transcript of interviews about Alas Kobong folklore of participants in Pacitan Regency. Data were collected through interviews, observation, documentation, field notes and transcriptions. There are three aspects of data analysis techniques, namely the description, analysis, and interpretation. The results of this study found five data contained in a respectful attitude towards nature which is included in the value of environmental wisdom of  Alas Kobong folklore in Pacitan Regency. In addition, the folklore of Alas Kobong can also implies learning literature junior secondary school Adiwiyata curriculum.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah 1) untuk mengetahui ada pengaruh model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD terhadap aktivitas belajar matematika siswa dalam pembelajaran persamaan garis lurus dikelas VIII SMP N 2 Sumberjo. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh kelas VII yang berjumlah 82 siswa. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 31 orang sebagai kelas eksperimen. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data tentang aktivitas belajar siswa adalah dengan menggunakan instrumen berupa lembar observasi yang berbentuk daftar cek memuat indikator-indikator aktivitas belajar yang dilakukan siswa. teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah, uji normalitas, uji homogenitas, uji hipotesis atau uji t. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data yang diperoleh dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat metode pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD terhadap komunikasi matematika siswa pada materi Persamaan Kuadrat, dilihat dari hasil perhitungan uji t yang ditunjukkan pada table diatas diperoleh nilai signifikan 0,000 yang berarti lebih kecil dari taraf signifikan yaitu 0,05 yang berarti terdapat perbedaan aktivitas belajar siswa matematika yang menggunakan model STAD yang signifikan antara prettes, maupun post-tes. Hasil Observasi aktivitas belajar siswa ditunjukkan dengan kategori aktif. sedangkan Respon siswa terhadap pembelajaran matematika menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD menunjukkan keseluruhan menyatakan Ya. Hal ini berarti siswa memberikan respon Ya terhadap pembelajaran matematika dengan metode pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD karena siswa lebih kreatif dan dapat beraktivitas dengan kelompok lainnya.The objectives of this study were 1) to determine the effect of the STAD cooperative learning model on students' mathematics learning activities in learning straight line equations in class VIII SMP N 2 Sumberjo. The population in this study were all class VII students totaling 82 students. The sample in this study were 31 people as the experimental class. The instrument used to collect data about student learning activities was to use an instrument in the form of an observation sheet in the form of a checklist containing indicators of student learning activities. The data analysis technique used is normality test, homogeneity test, hypothesis test or t test. Based on the results of the data analysis obtained, it can be concluded that there is a STAD type of cooperative learning method for students' mathematics communication in the Quadratic Equation material, seen from the results of the t test calculation shown in the table above, a significant value of 0.000 is obtained which means it is smaller than the significant level of 0.05. which means that there are significant differences in student learning activities using the STAD model between the prettes and the post-test. The results of the observation of student learning activities are indicated by the active category. while the student response to mathematics learning using the cooperative learning model type STAD shows that the whole states Yes. This means that students respond Yes to learning mathematics with the STAD cooperative learning method because students are more creative and can do activities with other groups.

AbstractThis article aims to describe and explain about the learning outcomes of students in class X of SMK 3 Padang by using Cooperative Learning model, Type Make a Match. This type of research is Classroom Action Resarch. This research was conducted in 2 cycles, three meetings for first cycle and two meetings for second cycle. At the end of the cycle the students were given a test. For collecting the data, the witer used field notes, documentation and written tests. The analysis of learning activities calculated by percentage. Learning activities for students involved during the learning. The result of the study shows that using the Make a Match type with Cooperative Learning model can be used to help students in learning activities in Cultural Arts subject, especially dancing at SMK 3 Padang. Student learning outcomes in cycle II are more increase than the learning outcomes of cycle I. The first cycle was proved that the learning outcomes of class X BDP students in the first cycle got an average score of 65.71 with the criteria "Enough". The second cycle with an average score of 86.16 can be categorized as "Good". It can be concluded that there was an improvement in using The learning outcomes used the Make A Match type with Cooperative Learning model and the target was reached successfully.Keywords:    improving learning outcomes, cooperative learning, make a match type.

Many secondary school students within the Caribbean region are consistently failing to grasp basic mathematical concepts. The purpose of this Design and Development Research was to generate an Instructional Design (ID) Model that demonstrates how the effective use of cooperative learning strategies improved students’ mathematical achievement, at a junior secondary school in the British Virgin Islands. The researcher collected information from Mathematics teachers (n = 5) and their students (n = 5). Each participant was involved in semi-structured interviews and MAXQDA12 was employed for analysis. Two research questions guided this research. The results of this research showed that the consistent use of effective cooperative learning strategies contributed to students’ academic achievement in Mathematics, especially at the junior secondary school level. The results stand to benefit both Mathematics teachers of junior secondary schools and their students. There is one recommendation for future research.

The teacher-centered learning causes less active students during the learning process. Application of learning method using cooperative learning model Quick on the Draw at the second grade students of SD Muhammadiyah Kleco III Yogyakarta can improve learning activities of the students. The Classroom Action Research conducted in three cycles, with the research object is 31 students. Data were collected using observation sheet  and interview session. Furthermore, data were analyzed using qualitative descriptive analysis. It is obtained that the percentage of student learning activities from Cycle I is 70.51% (good), Cycle II  is 78.56% (good) and Cycle III is 87.095% (very good). Based on the interviews, it is obtained that most of students are interested and feel happy in the learning of mathematics using cooperative learning model Quick on the Draw.

The writing of this paper aims to discuss the learning of PjBL with the STEM approach to science learning in the face of the demands of the 21st century. The science learning model that is in accordance with the STEM approach is one of the Project Based Learning learning models. The STEM learning model with STEM approach is project-based learning by integrating STEM fields that can provide students with opportunities for contextual learning through complex activities such as exploring planning learning activities, implementing projects collaboratively, and ultimately producing a product outcome. The purpose of this paper will also describe the concept of STEM and the implementation of the STEM approach to science learning. The method used in this paper is a literature review by selecting several articles and journals regarding the STEM approach and its implementation in junior secondary education. In addition, a basic curriculum competency study of 2013 was conducted at the junior high school level that could be integrated into the STEM approach. The results of the study show that some basic competencies at the junior secondary school level in science learning can be integrated with the STEM approach in the form of activities to familiarize the STEM approach in the classroom and the provision of projects to students. Thus the implementation of the STEM approach at the junior secondary school level in science learning can be done in Indonesia in order to prepare competent human resources in facing the challenges of the 21st century. The Pjbl approach and STEM can shape students into human resources who are capable of critical and creative thinking, systematic and logical so as to be able to meet 21st century human resource standards and be able to face increasingly complex global challenges.

Introducción. Sin ninguna duda, la disciplina de Estudios Sociales se incluyó en el currículum escolar de Nigeria poco después de la independencia, dando los primeros pasos en 1963. Una disciplina de tal naturaleza apareció por el afán de tener un curso que pudiera ayudar a la comprensión y búsqueda de soluciones para los problemas de confrontación en una sociedad que necesitaba incrementar la calidad de la enseñanza para los estudiantes. Así pues, es necesario aunar técnicas y estrategias para transmitir los contenidos de la misma. El artículo investiga los efectos que tres estilos de docencia (aprendizaje cooperativo, resolución de problemas y enseñanza convencional) tienen sobre el rendimiento de estudiantes de educación secundaria en dicha disciplina.Método. El diseño de la investigación se corresponde con un diseño pretest-postest con grupos no equivalentes de carácter cuasi-experimental. Participaron 150 estudiantes (80 hombres y 70 mujeres) que forman parte de una muestra estratificada correspondiente a tres centros de Osun State, Nigeria. Además, y basado en el diseño, los estilos de docencia fueron cruzados con el género.Resultados. Los resultados muestras que los estudiantes expuestos a estrategias de aprendizaje cooperativo tenían mejores rendimientos que los compañeros de otros grupos. Los resultados también indican el efecto de las estrategias de docencia en función del género de los estudiantes.Discusión y Conclusiones. Los resultados del estudio son significativos y relevantes. Estos resultados han tenido implicaciones en la planificación curricular, la formación del profesorado, cursos de formación continua y práctica en el aula.
