The main objective of this research is to explore further the various factors that can influence the disclosure of intellectual capital. This test uses independent variables auditor reputation, leverage, independent commissioner, and profitability. Service companies listed on the IDX in the 2017-2019 period were used as the population in this test with a total population of 432 companies. The samples were determined by the purposive sampling method which resulted in a final total of 120 samples from 40 companies. Tests were carried out through multiple linear regression analysis techniques and using SPSS version 25 for windows as a data processing medium. Judging from the partial test, the results of this test show that only the leverage and profitability factors affect intellectual capital disclosure, while the independent commissioner and auditor's reputation variables do not affect intellectual capital disclosure. Judging from the simultaneous test, this test shows that the independent variables of auditor reputation, leverage, independent commissioner, and profitability have a simultaneous effect on the dependent variable of intellectual capital disclosure.

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the effect of store atmosphere and location on consumers' buying interest in the XMART mini market of Padang Padang. The sample used is 100 consumers, the sampling technique uses saturated sampling method. Data collection used a questionnaire, while data analysis techniques were performed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the store atmosphere variable had a positive effect (4,527 > 1,6772) and significant (0,000 <0,05) on consumer buying interest. Location variables have a negative effect (-0,079) < (1,6772) and are not significant (0,937 > 0,05) to consumer buying interest. From this research, the R2 value is 0,244, it means that 24,4% of consumers' buying interest can be explained by the independent variables, namely the store atmosphere and location and the remaining 74,3% is explained by other variables.

This study aims to examine factors that influence Murabahah margin income. Spefically it investigates the effect of the Central Bank of Indonesia Rate (BI Rate), Operating Expenses to Operating Income (OEOI), Non-Performing Financing (NPF), and wadiah savings on Murabahah margin income at Islamic Commercial Banks in Indonesia. The method used in this study is quantitative by using the multiple linear regression analysis to test the variables. 12 Islamic Commercial Banks were selected as the sample using a purposive sampling method. With 60 data observations for 5 years, the findings indicate that all the independent variables simultaneously affect the dependent variable. Partially, BI Rate does not affect Murabahah margin income, while in contrast, Operating Expenses to Operating Income (OEOI), Non-Performing Financing (NPF), and wadiah savings affect the Murabahah margin income.

The financing provided cannot be separated from various risks that can threaten the health of the bank, one of which is financing risk. For that, the purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of financing on financing risk in Islamic banks for the period 2015 to 2020. The method used in this study is quantitative with multiple linear regression analysis techniques. This study uses time-series data and the variables in this study are mudharabah, musyarakah, murabahah, ijarah financing, and total assets as independent variables and NPF as a dependent variable. The results of the study concluded that total assets had a negative and significant effect on NPF and murabahah financing had a positive and significant effect on NPF. Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of Financing to Deposits Ratio (FDR), Non Performing Financing (NPF), Retrun On Asset (ROA), and Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) on Mudharabah Financing in 2015-2019 both influence partially or simultaneously . The population in this study is Sharia Commercial Banks (BUS) in Indonesia and registered with Bank Indonesia 2015-2019. The sampling method used was Purposive Sampling with certain criteria to obtain 9 Sharia Commercial Banks (BUS). This research uses quantitative methods. The independent variables in this study are Financing to Deposits Ratio (FDR), Non Performing Financing (NPF), Retrun On Asset (ROA), and Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR). While the dependent variable in this study is Mudharabah Financing. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis and classic assumption test. The results of this study indicate that partially the Return on Asset (ROA) variable has an effect on Mudharabah Financing, while Financing to Deposits Ratio (FDR), Non Performing Financing (NPF), and Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) have no effect on Mudharabah Financing. Simultaneously, Financing to Deposits Ratio (FDR), Non Performing Financing (NPF), Return On Assets (ROA), and Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) has no effect on Mudharabah Financing in Islamic Banks in Indonesia. Keywords: Financing to Deposits Ratio (FDR), Non Performing Financing (NPF), Retrun On Asset (ROA), dan Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Pembiayaan Mudharabah
