This study aims to discuss the effect of perceived security, information quality on trust on online purchase intentions and the effect of brand equity on purchase intention. This type of research is quantitative, data collection is done by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents aged 18-25 years. The analysis technique used in this study uses descriptive analysis. Data processing using SPSS 18 IMB, with the results of the study perceived security has no effect on trust, while the other variables affect each other.

Shopee merupakan salah satu marketplace yang sudah familiar di Indonesia. Berdasarkan data persaingan toko online di Indonesia tahun 2019-2020, Shopee berhasil menempati posisi pertama dalam hal jumlah pengunjung. Hal ini disebabkan karena keamanan, kualitas informasi dan kepercayaan pada umumnya dapat menambah ataupun mengurangi niat beli konsumen terhadap suatu produk di aplikasi Shopee. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh perceived security, information quality, terhadap trust serta dampaknya terhadap online purchase intention, kemudian pengaruh mediasi trust dalam hubungan antara perceived security dan information quality terhadap online purchase intention. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan teknik accidental purposive sampling. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan yaitu sebanyak 100 responden yang merupakan mahasiswa Universitas Sarjawiyata Tamansiswa. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan software SPSS18. Pengujian hipotesis untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel mediasi menggunakan Sobel test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Variabel Perceived security dan Information quality, berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel Trust. Variabel trust mampu menjadi variabel mediasi antara Variabel Perceived security dan Information Quality terhadap variabel Online Purchase Intention.

The purpose of this study is to test and find out and determine the effect of perceived security and information quality on online purchase intention through trust in a reliable online store. The effect of perceived security on trust in Sorabel, the effect of information quality on trust in sorabel, the effect of perceived security on online purchase intention, the effect of information quality on online purchase intention and the influence of trust on online purchase intention. This research is quantitative. The population is Sorabel consumers in Yogyakartas. Samples were taken using a probality sampling technique with a total questionnaire of 100 respondents. Primary data collection techniques using questionnaires. The method of data analysis using multiple linear regression previously conducted a classic assumption test consisting of normality test, heteroxidation test and multicolonierity test. The results showed that there was a positive effect on perceived security, a positive influence on information quality, a positive influence on trust and online purchase intention. Significant positive effect of perceived security on trust; significant positive effect of information quality on trust; significant positive effect of perceived security on online purchase intention; significant positive effect of trust on online purchase intention.

This study aims to explain the effect of brand equity on brand preference, the influence of brand equity on buying intentions, the influence of brand preferences on buying intentions, and the role of brand preferences in mediating the relationship between brand equity and purchase intentions. This study was conducted in the city of Denpasar with 110 respondents.Data collection method used is simple random sampling method with SEM analysis technique. The results showed that brand equity has a positive and significant effect on brand preference. Brand equity has a positive and significant impact on purchasing intentions. Brand preference has a positive and significant impact on purchasing intentions. Brand preference as a mediating variable significantly indirectly influences purchase intentions through brand equity variables.Garuda Indonesia needs to pay attention to brand loyalty because brand loyalty is the only element of brand equity associated with future earnings gain. Garuda Indonesia should further enhance the company's brand preference in the minds of potential customers for the creation of purchase intentions.   Keywords:brand equity, brand preference, purchase intention

AbstrakWoM behaviour merupakan bentuk dari loyalitas pelanggan, adanya loyalitas dari konsumen karena nilai dari sebuah merek dan hubungan yang dibangun perusahaan sangat baik. Ketika konsumen merasa puas dengan suatu nilai merek dan hubungan dari perusahaan maka akan menumbuhkan niat pembelian atau penggunaan produk dan jasa yang ditawarkan. Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh fenomena yang terjadi pada objek wisata Gumuk Pasir Parangkusumo yang semakin ramai pengunjung dari tahun ke tahun sedangkan dulunya hanya tempat untuk kegiatan ibadah dan kegiatan masyarakat sekitar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh customer equity terhadap WoM behaviour melalui purchase intention pada pengunjung domestik Gumuk Pasir Prangkusumo. Data yang didapat pada penelitian ini diperoleh dari kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada 100 responden pengunjung Gumuk Pasir Parangkusumo dengan menggunakan metode accidental sampling untuk mengetahui tanggapan dari responden untuk setiap variabel. Teknik analisis yang digunakan yaitu dengan sobel test untuk mengetahui apakah ada hubungan melalui variabel mediasi secara signifikan mampu memediator dalam hubungan tersebut. Pengujian dalam penelitian ini menggunaka uji validitas, reliabilitas, dan uji asumsi klasik yaitu uji normalitas, uji heterokedastisitas, uji multikolineritas, serta menggunakan analisis regresi. Dari hasil uji tersebut didapatkan uji-t yang menunjukan bahwa value equity berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap purchase intention, brand equity berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap purchase intention, relationship equity berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap purchase intention, value equity berpengaruh positif dan  signifikan terhadap WoM bheviour, brand equity berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap WoM behaviour, relationship equity berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap WoM behaviour, dan purchase intention berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap WoM behaviour. AbstractWoM behavior is a form of customer loyalty, the loyalty of consumers because the value of a brand and the relationships that the company builds very well. When consumers are satisfied with a brand value and the relationship of the company it will foster purchase intentions or use of the products and services offered. This research is motivated by a phenomenon that occurs in the tourism object Parangkusumo Sand Dune which is increasingly crowded visitors from year to year while previously only a place for worship activities and activities of the surrounding community. This study aims to determine how much influence customer equity has on WoM behavior through purchase intentions on domestic visitors to Gumuk Pasir Prangkusumo. The data obtained in this study were obtained from a questionnaire distributed to 100 respondents who visited Parangkusumo Sand Dune using accidental sampling method to find out the responses of respondents for each variable. The analysis technique used is the sobel test to find out whether there is a relationship through mediating variables that are significantly able to mediate in that relationship. Tests in this study use validity, reliability, and classic assumption tests, namely normality test, heterokedasticity test, multicollinity test, and using regression analysis. Purpose The purpose of this paper is to examine how quality dimensions in independently owned online brand communities influence purchase intentions via uncertainty reduction and the role of involvement. Design/methodology/approach This work validates the model and hypotheses through non-probabilistic sampling. The online questionnaire was made on the website of MySurvey and an invitation letter was posted to the forums. The respondents received the questionnaire items translated into Chinese. The final survey sample consisted of 235 respondents. Findings Empirical results confirm that as for independently owned online brand communities, their information quality and relationship quality are effective tools for influencing purchase intentions via uncertainty reduction. In addition, the authors demonstrate that involvement has a positively moderating influence on the relationship between uncertainty reduction and purchase intentions. Originality/value The current study moves beyond uncertainty reduction to demonstrate that information quality and relationship quality of forums influenced purchase intention via uncertainty reduction and the moderating variable such as involvement.

Samples were taken using purposive sampling sample size of 50 people . Data analysis technique used is multiple regression . The results showed that : 1 ) . Product attributes significantly influence purchase intention on PT Hasjrat Abadi cabang Limboto. 2 ) . Consumer knowledge significantly influence purchase intention on PT Hasjrat Abadi cabang Limboto.

This study aims to determine brand equity differences between Nike and Adidas from Denpasar athletes perception. The population in this study are all athletes in Denpasar who use the sport product brand Nike and Adidas to support training activities. The sample that used in this study is 100 respondents using Purposive Sampling method, and the data analysis technique used is Descriptive Analysis and T-test technique. Based on the research result, it shows that there are differences in brand awareness, brand association, perceived quality, and brand loyalty between Nike and Adidas sport product. This research aims to find out influence of Brand Image, Product Involvement, and Brand Engagement to Teh Pucuk’s Purchase Intention in Jakarta. Research conducted by distributing questionnaires to 272 respondents randomly. Analysis technique used is technique of quantitative analysis. Data of this research was taken from August until Dec 2018. The research data was analyzed by SmartPLS application. The results showed that Brand Image, Product Involvement, and Brand Engagement had significantly influence on Teh Pucuk’s Purchase Intention. The population in this study were people living in Jakarta, researchers took samples of 272 respondents using the questionnaire method. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling, where each element of the population has the same opportunity to be selected as a sample. Brand Engagement had influence Purchase Intention; Brand Image had influence Brand Engagement; Brand Image had influence Purchase Intention; Product Involvement had influence Brand Engagement; and Product Involvement had influence Purchase Intention. Also this research had indirect effect, that Brand Engagement had influence as mediator between Brand Image and Purchase Intention and Product Involvement and Purchase Intention.

<em>This study aims to determine the effect of online customer reviews (OCR) on purchase intention with trust as an intervening variable in Bukalapak online store in the City of Padang, West Sumatera, Indonesia. The population in this study were all consumers who shop online at Bukalapak online store in Padang City in 2019 with an unknown numbers. Total sample used in this study was 138 people. The sampling method used in this research is nonprobability sampling with an accidental sampling technique. Data analysis in this research used partial least square (PLS).<strong> </strong>The results obtained from this study indicate that OCR has a significant and positive effect on consumer trust in Bukalapak online stores. The OCR and consumer trust have a significant and positive effect on Bukalapak online purchase intentions, respectively. Then, OCR has a significant and positive effect on their online purchase intentions through consumer trust of Bukalapak online stores in Padang City.</em>
