The purpose of this study is to test and find out and determine the effect of perceived security and information quality on online purchase intention through trust in a reliable online store. The effect of perceived security on trust in Sorabel, the effect of information quality on trust in sorabel, the effect of perceived security on online purchase intention, the effect of information quality on online purchase intention and the influence of trust on online purchase intention. This research is quantitative. The population is Sorabel consumers in Yogyakartas. Samples were taken using a probality sampling technique with a total questionnaire of 100 respondents. Primary data collection techniques using questionnaires. The method of data analysis using multiple linear regression previously conducted a classic assumption test consisting of normality test, heteroxidation test and multicolonierity test. The results showed that there was a positive effect on perceived security, a positive influence on information quality, a positive influence on trust and online purchase intention. Significant positive effect of perceived security on trust; significant positive effect of information quality on trust; significant positive effect of perceived security on online purchase intention; significant positive effect of trust on online purchase intention.

This research aims to analyze the effect of price, ease of transaction, information quality, safety, and trust on online purchase decision. Applying purposive sampling technique, the sample was students of the Department of Management, Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Jember that consisted of 100 respondents. This study used quantitative data sourced from primary data. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. Results showed that, both partially and simultaneously, the variables of price, ease, information quality, safety, and trust had a significant positive effect on online purchase decision.

This study aims to analyze the effect of system quality, information quality, and service quality on student satisfaction in using the Integrated Academic Information System (SITA) at Batanghari University (Unbari) Jambi. This research was conducted in the Unbari Jambi environment, with the population in this study were students in the Unbari Jambi environment. The sample in the study was 98 students with proportionate random sampling technique. Types and sources of research data consist of primary data, namely data obtained from the opinions of respondents through a research questionnaire, and secondary data, namely data obtained from Unbari Jambi. The data analysis technique used in testing the research hypothesis was multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 21.0 for windows. The results of the study found that: 1) system quality has a positive and significant effect on student satisfaction in Unbari Jambi; 2) the quality of information has a significant positive effect on student satisfaction in Unbari Jambi; 3) service quality has a significant positive effect on student satisfaction in Unbari Jambi; and 4) system quality, information quality, and service quality together have a significant effect on the satisfaction of Unbari Jambi students with a contribution of influence of 68.1% and the remaining 31.9% is influenced by other factors not included in the scope of this study.

The increasing complexity of competition has made business actors including STIE Wiyatamandala more able to survive and continue to grow. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the variables that are relevant to student decisions in choosing STIE Wiyatamandala. This research was conducted with the aim of analyzing the effect of social media instagram, perception of education cost, and brand recognition on student purchasing decisions. From the results of the analysis, it was found that the variables of Instagram social media marketing, price perception, and brand recognition had a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions, and price perception was considered the variable that had the most positive influence on purchasing decisions. These population data were collected from Wiyatamandala students batch 2016 - 2019, with number of samples of 61 people respondents. The sample was chosen by using purposive sampling technique. Primary data were collected by using questionnaire method and analyzed by SPSS using multiple linear regression analysis Based on the research results, it was found that the variables of social media instagram (X1), perception of education cost (X2), and brand recognition (X3) had a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions (Y). The perception of education cost is considered to be the variable with the most positive influence on purchasing decisions

Jakarta is the place where the largest number of land transportation in Indonesia, according to Djarot in Kompas.com article, vehicles every day increased about 1500 units. And according to an article from Liputan 6, revenue from conventional taxi drivers dropped dramatically after the entry of online transport by 40-50% during 2016 due to the entry of online transport. Conventional taxi companies must immediately anticipate this phenomenon so that their human resources can survive in the company. The purpose of this research are first, to know is there a positive effect from professionalism factors to organizational commitment and job satisfaction. Second, to know job satisfaction factors have a positive effect to organizational commitment. And the last is to know is there a positive effect from rewards factors to job satisfaction and organizational commitment’s factors. This research uses descriptive method with non-probability method. Through judgmental sampling technique, primary data collection was obtained from questionnaire distribution to conventional taxi driver of Soekarno-Hatta Airport. The data has been collected and then obtained by using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The result of this research indicates that there is positive influence from professionalism to organizational commitment but the data do not support the hypothesis, there is positive influence from professionalism to job satisfaction, but there’s negative effect between job satisfaction and organizational commitment, there is positive relation of rewards to job satisfaction, Finally there is a positive effect of rewards on organizational commitment. This study aims to examine the effect of service quality and fairness on taxpayer compliance and the mediating role of satisfaction in the effect of service quality and fairness on taxpayer compliance. The population of this research is individual local taxpayers in Samarinda. The sample of this study is 164 respondents selected using non probability method with convenience sampling technique. This study uses primary data obtained from seven-scale Likert questionnaires. The data were analyzed using path analysis in SPSS. The results of this study show that, first, service quality has a significant positive effect on satisfaction and taxpayer compliance; second, fairness has an insignificant effect on satisfaction and taxpayer compliance; third, satisfaction has a significant positive effect on taxpayer compliance; fourth, service quality has a significant positive effect on taxpayer compliance mediated by satisfaction; fifth, mediated by satisfaction, fairness has no significant effect on tax compliance.

<p><em>The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of the formal knowledge of taxpayers and taxpayer awareness on compliance of vehicle taxpayers in the institution of  Samsat Polda in South Jakarta. The data used is primary data by distributing questionnaires to the Vehicle Taxpayer registered in the Office of South Jakarta Police Samsat. The populations that will be the object of research are all vehicle taxpayers registered in the Office of Samsat Polda in South Jakarta until the period of December 2016. The sampling technique used is accidental sampling. This research uses linear regression analysis method. The results of the research showed that the formal knowledge of taxpayers have a significant positive effect on compliance of vehicle taxpayers. The results of this study also concluded that the formal knowledge of taxpayers, and awareness of taxpayers significantly affect the compliance of vehicle taxpayers simultaneously.</em></p>

This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation, work communication and job training on the performance of  PT Parama Tirta Mulya Sejahterah employees. Both partially and simultaneously. The type of this research is quantitative research. The population of this study is all employees of PT. 43 employees. Sampling technique is done by saturated sampling technique. Data is obtained using a questionnaire (questionnaire) that is tested for validity and reliability. The results of data analysis found that there was a positive influence between motivation on employee performance with the coefficient value b1 = 0.452. There was a positive influence between work communication on employee performance with a coefficient value of b2 = 0.038. There was a positive influence between training )on employee performance with a coefficient value of b3 = 0.333. There was a significant positive effect of employee performance, Partial Test Results (t-test) between work motivation with work performance wan shows the value of t-count greater than t-table (3,829> 2,601), between communication and employee performance shows the value of t-count greater than t-table value (2,808> 2,016), and between training and employee performance shows the value of t-count greater than t-table value (2,213> 2,016), this shows that there is a significant positive effect partially. The result of the calculated F value is 44.981 and the probability of significance is 0.000.

Purpose of this research was to determine the effect of Destination Image and Electronic Word of Mouth on Tourist Visiting Interests on Tambakrejo Beach tourism in Blitar. This research used a quantitative approach. Nonprobability sampling method with purposive sampling technique was used for sampling with research samples obtained as many as 90 respondents. Types primary data is used in this research. Data processing is done by using Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis technique. Results of research showed that: 1) Destination Image had a significant positive effect on Tourist Visiting Interests at Tambakrejo Beach Blitar. 2) Electronik Word of Mouth has a significant positive effect on Turist Visiting Interests at Tambakrejo Beach Blitar.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of trust, safety, service quality, and risk perception on online purchasing decisions. The population in this study are all consumers who have made purchases through online Tokopedia. The sampling technique in this study using purposive sampling. The requirements to be sampled in this study are those who have made purchases through online Tokopedia. In the sense that the sample is consumers who have made purchases through online Tokopedia within the Indonesian Islamic University students as many as 96 samples. The analytical tool used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The results show that simultaneously the four variables of trust, security, service quality, and risk perception simultaneously have an influence on Online Purchase Decisions on the Tokopedia Website, partially trust has a significant positive effect on Online Purchase Decisions on the Tokopedia Website, partially security has a significant positive effect on Online Purchase Decisions on the Tokopedia Website, partially service quality has a significant positive effect on Online Purchasing Decisions on the Tokopedia Website, and partially risk perceptions have a significant positive effect on Online Purchasing Decisions on the Tokopedia Website

<em>This study aims to determine the effect of online customer reviews (OCR) on purchase intention with trust as an intervening variable in Bukalapak online store in the City of Padang, West Sumatera, Indonesia. The population in this study were all consumers who shop online at Bukalapak online store in Padang City in 2019 with an unknown numbers. Total sample used in this study was 138 people. The sampling method used in this research is nonprobability sampling with an accidental sampling technique. Data analysis in this research used partial least square (PLS).<strong> </strong>The results obtained from this study indicate that OCR has a significant and positive effect on consumer trust in Bukalapak online stores. The OCR and consumer trust have a significant and positive effect on Bukalapak online purchase intentions, respectively. Then, OCR has a significant and positive effect on their online purchase intentions through consumer trust of Bukalapak online stores in Padang City.</em>
