Shopee merupakan salah satu marketplace yang sudah familiar di Indonesia. Berdasarkan data persaingan toko online di Indonesia tahun 2019-2020, Shopee berhasil menempati posisi pertama dalam hal jumlah pengunjung. Hal ini disebabkan karena keamanan, kualitas informasi dan kepercayaan pada umumnya dapat menambah ataupun mengurangi niat beli konsumen terhadap suatu produk di aplikasi Shopee. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh perceived security, information quality, terhadap trust serta dampaknya terhadap online purchase intention, kemudian pengaruh mediasi trust dalam hubungan antara perceived security dan information quality terhadap online purchase intention. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan teknik accidental purposive sampling. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan yaitu sebanyak 100 responden yang merupakan mahasiswa Universitas Sarjawiyata Tamansiswa. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan software SPSS18. Pengujian hipotesis untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel mediasi menggunakan Sobel test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Variabel Perceived security dan Information quality, berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel Trust. Variabel trust mampu menjadi variabel mediasi antara Variabel Perceived security dan Information Quality terhadap variabel Online Purchase Intention.

This study aims to discuss the effect of perceived security, information quality on trust on online purchase intentions and the effect of brand equity on purchase intention. This type of research is quantitative, data collection is done by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents aged 18-25 years. The analysis technique used in this study uses descriptive analysis. Data processing using SPSS 18 IMB, with the results of the study perceived security has no effect on trust, while the other variables affect each other.

The purpose of this study is to test and find out and determine the effect of perceived security and information quality on online purchase intention through trust in a reliable online store. The effect of perceived security on trust in Sorabel, the effect of information quality on trust in sorabel, the effect of perceived security on online purchase intention, the effect of information quality on online purchase intention and the influence of trust on online purchase intention. This research is quantitative. The population is Sorabel consumers in Yogyakartas. Samples were taken using a probality sampling technique with a total questionnaire of 100 respondents. Primary data collection techniques using questionnaires. The method of data analysis using multiple linear regression previously conducted a classic assumption test consisting of normality test, heteroxidation test and multicolonierity test. The results showed that there was a positive effect on perceived security, a positive influence on information quality, a positive influence on trust and online purchase intention. Significant positive effect of perceived security on trust; significant positive effect of information quality on trust; significant positive effect of perceived security on online purchase intention; significant positive effect of trust on online purchase intention.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh privacy, social influence terhadap online purchase intention dan trust sebagai variabel mediasi. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode nonprobability sampling dengan teknik purposive sampling. Sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 100 responden. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner melalui link google form. Analisis data menggunakanPartial Least Squares- Structural Equation Modelling (PLS- SEM) dengan menggunakan software SmartPLS versi 3.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa privacy dan social influence mempengaruhi online purchase intention secara positif dan signifikan. Trust dapat memediasi privacy terhadap online purchase intention secara positif dan signifikan pada pelanggan Shopee di Jakarta. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan penjelasan kepada pelanggan Shopee bahwa hal terpenting dalam berbelanja secara online adalah keamanan yang ketat sehingga meningkatkan rasa kepercayaan dan feedback berupa kepuasan dan ketidakpuasan terhadap produk yang telah dibeli. The purpose of this research is to investigate the effect of privacy, social influence on online purchase intention and trust as a mediation. The research design used is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. This research uses non probability sampling method with purposive sampling technique. The sample number is 100 respondents.Data collection is done by distributing questionnaires through the google form link. Partial Least Squares- Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM) is used to analyze research data by using SmartPLS ver 3.0. The findings show privacy and social influence possitively and significanly on online purchase intention. Trust can mediate privacy of online purchase intention on Shopee customers at Jakarta.The results of this research provide an explanation to Shopee customers that the important thing in online purchasing is tight security increasing trust and feedback as satisfaction and dissatisfaction with the product that has been purchased.

Summary The development of technology has been significantly given the implication towards consumer’s behaviour in having the online purchase intention via mobile app that has been developed by the e-commerce company to serve better and deliver a better service to the consumers; especially when internet has connected people through their smartphones. The insignificant growth in doing the online purchase via mobile app which does not go along with the growth of internet mobile users in Indonesia and Singapore will deliver this study in order to evaluate and validate the implication of ease of use, usefulness, system quality, information quality, and service quality towards consumer’s behaviour in having the online purchase intention via mobile app. Data was gathered with survey by spreading 100 questionnaires randomly to the respondents who had the experience in doing the online purchase via mobile app in the last 6 months in Indonesia and Singapore. The methodology in doing this study is the quantitative approach by considering the connection amongst the independent variables and the dependent variables. This research found that usefulness and information quality significantly affect the online purchase intention through mobile app in Indonesia while in Singapore ease of use, usefulness, and service quality significantly affect the online purchase intention through mobile app.

Online shopping activity is currently very popular in the societyas online shops offer attractive products and provide convenience when shopping. Zalora is a highly preferred online shop, as it achieved the highest top brand index for several. This study aimed to analyze factors that influence consumer intentionto shop at Zalora. This research was conducted in Denpasar. The population in this study are consumers in Denpasar who have shopped at Zalora in the past 1 year. Samples were 112 respondents. Data collection used survey method with questionnaire as instrument. Data was analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that brand image and information quality has a positive and significant impact on online purchase intention. To improve Brand Image, Zalora needs to provide frequent discounts, display detailed product information including high-resolution photos and ensure that it provides benefit and value to consumers. To improve the information quality, Zalora needs to ensure that product information is presented accurately and completely, present product information in an easily understood format, and send timely notifications about the order status.

E-Commerce or better known as electronic commerce is the dissemination, buying, selling, marketing of goods and services through electronic systems. In Indonesia, E-Commerce began to show a fairly rapid development. Factors Knowledge them about E-Commerce that makes the users of E-Commerce in Indonesia feel unsure to make transactions on the E-Commerce website. In addition to Knowledge factors, other factors such as User Interface Quality, Information Quality, Perceived Security and Perceived Privacy, are factors that can trigger a person to be able to perform transactions in E-Commerce. Then the factor of trust, attitude can also affect a person in doing transactions on E-Commerce website. This study aims to find out how the influence of user interface quality, information quality, perceived security, perceived privacy variables via trust variables, and belief variables, and knowledge through attitude variable to purchase intention in E-Commerce website in Indonesia. analysis method used is path analysis method, data source used is primary data. in this study also carried out the distribution of questionnaires as much as 300 respondents with the requirement that the prospective respondents must have or often give goods on E-Commerce website. The results There are variables that significantly affect the trust variables of User Interface Quality, Information Quality, Perceived Privacy. While other variables such as Belief, and Knowledge, significant effect on the Attitude someone to act or conduct transactions in E-Commerce website in Indonesia.

 AbstractRelationship between big five personality traits and online purchase intension was determined by this study. Researchers stated their hypothesis as follows : Big five personality could predict the intention of online purchase from the students who majoring in Psychology at Universitas Prima Indonesia Medan. There were 186 Psychology's students participating in this study and they was selected using purposive sampling technique. Assumption testing has been done by requirements test analysis including normality test, test of heteroscedasticity, also multicollinearity test. Data was analyzed using multiple regression analysis method through SPSS 16 version. Results of data analysis indicate the relationship between the Big Five Personality Trait and Online PurchaseIntention with the provement of the F value = 5,864 and the significancy value (p) = 0.000; (p<0.05). Results of this study showed that one of the five Big Five Personality dimension having correlation to Online Purchase Intention. It is the dimension of Openness to New Experience with significance (p) = 0.003; (p<0.05). AbstrakPenelitian digelar untuk mengkaji hubungan antara tipe kepribadian Big Five terhadap intensi membeli online. Tipe kepribadian Big Five dapat menjadi prediktor dalam mengukur intensi membeli online pada mahasiswa/i Fakultas Psikologi Universitas Prima Indonesia Medan merupakan hipotesa yang diajukan pihak peneliti. Subjek penelitian ini berjumlah186 mahasiswa fakultas Psikologi dan dipilih menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Uji asumsi dilakukan melalui uji prasyarat analisis yaitu uji auto korelasi, uji multikolinearitas, uji normalitas, uji heteroskedastisitas. Analisa regresi berganda dalam penelitian ini digunakan sebagai analisis data dengan bantuan program SPSS versi 16. Analisa data ini membuktikan bahwa adanya hubungan tipe kepribadian big five dan intensi pembelian online dengan nilai F = 5,864 dan nilai sig. (p) = 0.000; (p<0,05). Hasil lainnya pada penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa salah satu dimensi memiliki hubungan dengan intensi membeli online yaitu openness to experience dengan (p) = 0,003; (p<0,05)
