Effect of Leverage, Profitability, Liquidity and Growth of Dividend Policy

  The ability of the company in earning profit is the main key indicator of the ability of the company to pay dividends., The purpose of this study is to see the effect of Leverage, Liquidity, Profitability, and Growth on Dividend Policy as measured by Divident Payout Ratio (DPR) are the sub-sectors of construction and building that listed in the Bursa Effect Indonesia (BEI) period 2013 -2016. The type of the data used is quantitative Data Obtained from a secondary source of data that is in the form of financial statements from the official website www.idx.co.id Obtained by 8 companies. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis and processing of data using SPSS 20.0 for Windows. Based on the results of the analysis, it is known that the variable of Leverage, Liquidity and Profitabilty has no effect on Dividend Policy. Meanwhile, Growth has a negative effect on Dividend Policy, The determination coefficient of 26.2% where there are still 73.8% more changes in the dependent variable that is influenced by other variables not included in this study.

This study aims to analyze the effect of intergovernmental revenue, wealth of local government, and local government age to local government financial statement disclosure in Central Sulawesi. The analysis method used in this study is a multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that intergovernmental revenue, local government wealth, and age of local government have a significant effect to the disclosure level of local government financial statements simultaneously. Intergovernmental revenue has a significant negative effect to the disclosure level of local government financial statements, while the wealth of local government and the age of local governments have no significant effect to the disclosure level of local government financial statements partially.

This study aims to analyze the Effect of Profit-Sharing Rate and BI Rate on the amount of Mudharabah Savings in Islamic Banks from 2013 to 2018. This study uses secondary data in the form of Islamic Bank financial statements accessed on www.idx.com. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The sample used in this study is 12 banks. The results show that the profit-sharing rate partially has a positive and significant effect on Mudharabah savings in Islamic banks in Indonesia, the BI rate has no effect on Mudharabah savings in Islamic banks in Indonesia. Simultaneously, the profit-sharing rate and BI rate have a positive and significant effect on Mudharabah savings in Islamic banks in Indonesia.

The population in this study is regencies / cities in the Papua Province during the last three years, namely the 2015-2017 budget year, the data obtained is the LHP data that has been audited by theBPK. the sample used in all of these studies as many as 87 samples of local government financial reports are all existing populations in the sample. The data analysis method used in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS 16 program. This data is processed from June to the beginning of the 2019 julli in Jayapura City, Papua Province. The results in this study indicate that the age of the Regional Government has a positive effect on the level of disclosure of regional financial statements (LKPD). and on the Local Government Size, the Number of OPD, and also the Dependency Rate have a positive and insignificant effect on the level of disclosure while the auditfindings themselves influence the level of disclosure of the LKPD.

Effect of Motivation, Leadership and Competence on Employee Performance of Makassar City Bappeda Office. The purpose of this study was to determine the Effect of Motivation, Leadership and Competence on Employee Performance at the Makassar City Bappeda Office. The population in this study all employees in the Makassar City Bappeda office were 50 with ASN status, all of whom were respondents. Data collection methods in this study were questionnaire, interview, and documentation. The data analysis method uses descriptive and quantitative methods, namely multiple linear regression analysis used to measure the effect of motivation, leadership and competence on employee performance at the Makassar City Bappeda Office. The results of this study indicate that the independent variable Motivation, and Competence together have a positive and significant influence on the dependent variable (employee performance), while the leadership variable has a significant negative effect. The coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.622, the coefficient of determination states that the variables of motivation, leadership and competence can only explain or contribute to variations in changes in employee performance by 62.2 percent.

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of company size, profitability, leverage, liquidity and sales growth on dividend policy on LQ45 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2018. The population of this study is all companies belonging to the LQ45 index listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2018. The use of samples in research using Purposive Sampling with certain criteria in order to obtain 66 data samples to be studied. The data used are secondary data sourced from financial statements. This research uses Multiple Linear Regression Analysis Test method. From these tests it can be seen that Company Size, Profitability and Leverage affect Dividend Policy. While Liquidity and Sales growth does not affect the Dividend Policy in LQ45 Companies in 2016-2018.

This study is aiming to determine the effect of mudharabah financing on the profitability (ROA) in Sharia Commercial Banks (BUS) for the 2015-2018 period, the effect of musyarakah financing on the profitability (ROA) on Sharia Commercial Banks (BUS) for the 2015-2018 period, and the effect of mudharabah and musyarakah financing on the profitability (ROA) in Sharia Commercial Banks (BUS) for the 2015-2018 period. This research is a type of associative research with a quantitative approach. This study  uses secondary data with the period of 2015-2018 observation. The data used is sourced from the Sharia Banking (SPS) and the Sharia Bank's annual financial statements from 2015 to 2018. The analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis. Data is processed using SPSS version 16. The results of the study show that mudharabah financing has a significant positive effect on the profitability (ROA) of Sharia Commercial Banks (BUS) for the 2015-2018 period. Musyarakah financing has a significant negative effect on profitability (ROA) of Sharia Commercial Banks (BUS) for the 2015-2018 period. Mudharabah financing and musyarakah financing have a positive significant effect on the profitability (ROA) of Sharia Commercial Banks (BUS) for the 2015-2018 period.

Abstract: This study aims to determine how the influence of return on assets, assets growth on net income. The data was obtained from the financial statements of the Arsenal FC football club which was published on the Arsenal FC soccer club website during the quarter of 2003 to the quarter of 2017 and processed using SPSS 25 software. The processing and data analysis techniques used in this study is data multiple linear regression analysis,The results of this study indicate that return on assets is partial and significantly positive effect on net income. Assets growth has a partial and significantly negative effect on net income). Keywords; Return on Assets, Assets Growth, Net Income, FC Arsenal. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh return on assets, assets growth terhadap net income. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan metode studi kasus. Data diperoleh dari laporan keuangan klub sepakbola Arsenal FC yang publikasi dari situs klub sepakbola Arsenal FC selama triwulan tahun 2003 sampai triwulan dengan 2017 dan diolah menggunakan software SPSS 25. Teknik pengolahan dan analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linier berganda.Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa return on assets berpengaruh positif secara parsial dan signifikan terhadap net income. Assets growth berpengaruh negatif secara parsial dan signifikan terhadap net income. Kata kunci: Return on Assets, Assets Growth, Net Income, Arsenal FC.

ABSTRACT The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of exports and foreign debt which can affect Indonesia's GDP (Gross Domesty Product). The variables of this research are the foreign debt value of the Indonesian government and the value of Indonesian exports as the independent variable, and the value of Indonesia's GDP as the dependent variable. The data used are supporting data for the 2015-2019 period from the time series (time series) of Bank Indonesia and BPS. The data analysis method used multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study are the value of the Indonesian government's foreign debt and the value of Indonesia's exports have a significant effect. Meanwhile, the results of the partial test (t-test) show that the value of foreign debt and exports of the Indonesian government greatly affects the value of Indonesia's GDP.
