As China has gradually entered the network information society, all walks of life have been rapidly developed. In the education industry, network information technology has promoted the emergence of online education platforms. This is a new teaching method that has attracted the attention and recognition of the majority of teachers and students who have profited from its advantages of abundant resources, quick start, and convenience. By analyzing the connotation and management mode of online education platform, the application strategies of online education platform in colleges and universities are discussed.

At the turn of 2019-2020, a new epidemic broke out in China. China has entered the critical stage of epidemic prevention and control. And The severe situation has led to the failure of normal opening of new semester in Chinese colleges and universities. In order to effectively guarantee the education, teaching and talent cultivation in colleges and universities, the Ministry of education of China has rapidly put forward the requirements of launching online teaching. Therefore, under the situation of Novel Coronavirus Pneumonia (Hereinafter referred to as 2019-nCoV) prevention and control, online teaching in Chinese colleges and universities is widely used and develops rapidly. However, the demand for online education has been released in a short time and on a large scale, and each online teaching platform has encountered unprecedented pressure and challenges. In this regard, based on the situation of 2019-nCoV prevention and control in China, this paper demonstrates how the Chinese government deploy online teaching in an all-round way with specific measures, how the Chinese colleges and universities implement massive online teaching quickly, how teachers and students adapt to online teaching quickly. At the same time, this paper carries out empirical analysis to show the process and effectiveness of online teaching in Chinese colleges and universities in the unprecedented state of 2019-nCoV prevention and control with specific examples. On this basis, it analyzes and summarizes the advantages and disadvantages, so as to facilitate the later improvement and provide reference.

With the continuous development of the modern university system, the focus of university management continues to move downward, and the improvement of the internal governance structure of universities has become a research hotspot in higher education academic circles. This article aims to improve the governance structure of colleges and universities and improve the governance capacity of colleges and universities by discussing the application of information technology in the governance structure of colleges and universities. This paper conducts questionnaire surveys and interviews with some teachers and students and relevant persons in charge of A colleges and universities, and analyzes the current situation of the governance structure of college A, the existing problems and the current situation of governance informatization of college A. 80.46% of the respondents believe that the actual governance of the school is still dominated by administrative power, and the administrativeization of colleges and universities is becoming more and more serious; 93.71% think that academic strength is weakened; 77.48% think that in participating in school governance matters, teacher and student participation is low and the school does not pay enough attention to it. Based on this, they put forward countermeasures to improve the governance structure of universities. The research in this article is helpful to realize the modernization of my country's university governance and university development through the informationization of university governance.

Under the influence of network information resources in exponentially growing, we are entering the information society, and all aspects of our lives has permeated with information technology. But the Chinese word segmentation technology for processing Chinese information becomes more and more important. Therefore, this paper sets out a series of Chinese word segmentation techniques, which mainly consists of Chinese word segmentation technology based on statistic, Chinese word segmentation techniques based on dictionary and hybrid techniques of Chinese word segmentation and segmentation technology based on knowledge and understanding.

As the information society continues to develop and progress, “Internet +” as new business type of the Internet has brought new opportunities to traditional industries. In particular, “Internet +” as an emerging information technology has profoundly changed the education industry. In order to explore the educational development from the perspective of “Internet +”, this paper first introduces the concept and key characteristics of “Internet +”, and then probes into the opportunities brought by “Internet +” to educational development from three aspects: course, teaching/learning and evaluation, and finally puts forward two suggestions for the educational development in the view of “Internet +” for future reference.

Cloud computing is the integration and storage of teaching resources in the cloud through modern network information technology, which can provide a convenient and fast platform for the construction and sharing of teaching resources informatization in colleges and universities. This paper first introduces teaching informatization and cloud computing, proposes that the main part of teaching informatization is teaching resources informatization, and the shortage of using information technology combined with it at present, and gives the advantages of cloud computing for teaching resources informatization application of high efficiency and sharing. Through the application of cloud computing, the teaching resources of colleges and universities are more perfect and sufficient, which is beneficial to assist the development of intelligent education and improve the education level, and promote the construction of teaching informatization.

With the development of the 5G mobile Internet, cloud computing, Internet of Things, and other cutting-edge technologies, the era of big data has quietly arrived. The purpose of this paper is to explore the feasibility of the application of new technologies for music teaching in the era of big data in the context of the rapid development of science and technology in the information society, to enlighten and lead music teachers to apply the spontaneous and conscious awareness of new media and fully apply the new achievements of science and technology in the information society for future music classroom teaching, and to analyze the mode, method, trend, characteristics, advantages, and disadvantages of music teaching in the new media environment. The aim is to analyze the advantages and shortcomings of music teaching in colleges and universities and to find solutions and future development strategies for them so that in the future, the 5G Internet can better serve music lovers and better contribute to the cause of music education in colleges and universities. New media, as a product of constantly updated information technology, provides powerful data support for the development of various fields, and the education industry also needs new media to boost the rapid development of education information technology, which of course includes college music teaching. The effective integration of new media technology into the college music classroom can improve the classroom efficiency of music teaching with rich and diverse teaching resources and flexible teaching forms.
