Background: To explore the application effects of whole course high-quality nursing on patients with liver cancer during radiotherapy. Methods: One hundred and five patients with liver cancer who received radiotherapy in Liaocheng People’s Hospital, Liaocheng, China from March 2010 to February 2012 were selected and divided into a control group (42 cases with routine nursing) and an experimental group (63 cases with whole course high-quality nursing). The two groups of patients were observed and compared in terms of clinical data and the Activity of Daily Living (ADL) score before and after nursing (1 course of treatment/6 week). The Self-Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) and Self-Rating Depression Scale (SDS) were used to evaluate and compare the patients’ anxiety and depression before and after nursing. Adverse reactions during radiotherapy and nursing satisfactory of patients were observed and compared between the two groups. Results: After nursing, the ADL score and the nursing satisfaction in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). The SDS and SAS scores in the 2 groups before nursing were significantly higher than those after nursing (P<0.05). The total incidence of adverse reactions in the control group was significantly higher than that in the experimental group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Whole course high-quality nursing can improve the negative emotions, quality of life and nursing satisfaction, and reduce adverse reactions of patients with liver cancer during radiotherapy.

Objective: To investigate the effects of radiofrequency ablation assisted partial hepatectomy in the treatment of primary liver cancer. Methods: A total of 60 patients with primary liver cancer treated in our hospital from March 2013 to October 2015 were selected as study subjects and were divided into the control group and the study group by the random number table method, 30 cases in each group. The control group were treated with partial hepatectomy. On the basis, the study group were treated with radiofrequency ablation. The operation associated indexes (operation time, the average wound bleeding volume, postoperative length of hospital stay), preoperative and postoperative liver function indexes [alanine aminotransferase (ALT), total bilirubin (TBIL), aspartate aminotransferase (AST)], the incidence of complications and recurrence rates in the two groups were observed. Results: The operation time and postoperative length of hospital stay of the study group were significantly shorter than those of the control group, and the average bleeding volume was significantly less than that of the control group (P < 0.05). There was no significant difference in ALT, TBiL and AST between the two groups before operation(P>0.05). After operation, ALT, TBiL and AST in the two groups were significantly lower than those before operation, and the changes in the study group were greater than those in the control group (P < 0.05). The incidence of postoperative complications and the recurrence rate in 1 year after operation were significantly  lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Radiofrequency ablation has obvious positive effect in patients with primary liver cancer undergoing partial hepatectomy. It has advantages of little bleeding, short rehabilitation time, protecting liver function, few postoperative complications and low recurrence rate.

The objective of this study was to analyze the application of proportional hazard mathematical model (PHMM) in Hepatitis B Virus (HBV) infection analysis of interventional liver cancer patients treated with entecavir, so as to provide data support for clinical diagnosis and treatment. Based on the survival analysis, the treatment factor x was undertaken as an independent variable to perform linear regression. The regression model took the hazard rate function as the dependent variable to establish an exponential regression equation to construct a PHMM. 136 patients with primary liver cancer receiving interventional chemoembolization combined with the drug (entecavir) were selected as the experimental group, who were in the computer gene expression omnibus (GEO). 87 patients with primary liver cancer who underwent interventional chemoembolization therapy without antiviral treatment were taken as the control group. The PHMM was adopted for comprehensive analysis. In addition, the factors affecting the virological response to antiviral therapy were analyzed using the multiple logistic regression. The results revealed that HBV deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) negative conversion rate, Hepatitis B e-Antigen (HBeAg) negative conversion rate, and HBeAg serological conversion rate in the experimental group were much higher than those in the control group ( P < 0.05 ). HBV DNA level and proportion of HBsAg <100 IU/mL in the experimental group were much lower than those in the control group ( P < 0.05 ). The virological breakthrough rate and incidence of adverse events at week 24 in the experimental group were greatly lower than those in the control group ( P < 0.05 ). The adverse virological response of patient was positively correlated with HBV DNA load and HBeAg status and negatively correlated with alanine aminotransferase (ALT) level ( P < 0.05 ). Therefore, entecavir can significantly inhibit HBV DNA replication in patients with liver cancer, showing high antiviral effect. High baseline HBV DNA load, positive HBeAg, and low baseline alanine aminotransferase levels were independent risk factors for adverse virology response to entecavir antiviral therapy, which provided a reference for the selection of antiviral drugs for HBV infection.

Objective: To evaluate the clinical effects of apatinib combined with DOS regimen in the neoadjuvant chemotherapy for locally advanced gastric cancer (LAGC). Methods: Eighty patients with LAGC admitted to Baoding first Central Hospital from January 2018 to October 2020 were randomly divided into two groups (n=40, respectively). The control group received DOS chemotherapy regimen alone. The experiment group additionally orally took apatinib mesylate tablets. The changes in CEA, CA19-9 and other tumor markers, RO resection rate, incidence of operative complications, adverse reactions, and other indicators were compared between the two groups. Results: The overall response rate (ORR) of the experimental group was 72.5%, which was significantly better than that of the control group (50%) (p=0.03). After the treatment, the CEA and CA19-9 in the experiment group were significantly lower than those in the control group (p=0.00). The Ro resection rate was 77.5% in the experiment group and 57.5% in the control group (p=0.03). The operation time was shortened and amount of bleeding decreased in the experiment group, and the differences were statistically significant (p=0.00). The incidence of surgical complications in the experimental group was 17.5%, significantly lower than that in the control group (37.5%) (p=0.04). Conclusion: Apatinib combined with DOS regimen is effective for patients with LAGC without significantly increasing adverse reactions. Meanwhile, tumor markers are reduced significantly. Besides, the Ro resection rate and the incidence of operative complications are obviously superior to the DOS neoadjuvant chemotherapy regimen alone. doi: https://doi.org/10.12669/pjms.37.7.4265 How to cite this:Zhou P, Gao L, Wu W, Hao Y. This study was to explore the application value of computed tomography (CT) images processed by intelligent algorithm denoising in the evaluation of humanized nursing in postoperative neuroendocrine hormone changes in patients with primary liver cancer (PLC). In this study, a simple-structured recursive residual coding and decoding (RRCD) algorithm was constructed on the basis of residual network, which can effectively remove artifacts and noise in CT images and can also restore image details and lesion features well. In addition, 60 postoperative patients with primary liver cancer were collected and divided into routine nursing control group (30 cases) and humanized nursing experimental group (30 cases). After a period of nursing, CT images based on intelligent algorithms were evaluated by determining the hormone content. The results showed that the focal necrosis rate (FNR) of the experimental group was 6%. The adrenocorticotropic hormone (ACTH) levels of 6 and 15 days after admission (T3 and T4) were 41.25 ± 3.81 pg/mL and 19.55 ± 1.72 pg/mL, respectively. The cortisol levels of days 6, 15, and 30 after admission (T3, T4, and T5) were 424.86 ± 16.82 nmol/L, 277.98 ± 14.36 nmol/L, and 241.53 ± 13.27 nmol/L, respectively. Estradiol levels were 53.48 ± 11.19 pg/mL, 41.64 ± 9.28 pg/mL, and 30.59 ± 8.16 pg/mL, respectively. Testosterone levels were 2.18 ± 1.14 ng/mL, 1.78 ± 1.03 ng/mL, and 1.42 ± 0.69 ng/mL, respectively. Self-Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) scores were 40.24 ± 5.81 points, 36.55 ± 5.02 points, and 32.53 ± 4.8 points, respectively. There were 24 cases, 27 cases, 23 cases, and 21 patients who followed no smoking and drinking, taking medication on time, diet control, and self-monitoring. The scores of physical function, self-cognition, emotional function, and social function were 62.59 ± 6.82 points, 69.26 ± 8.14 points, 73.89 ± 6.35 points, and 66.88 ± 7.04 points, which were better than those of the control group in all aspects ( P < 0.05 ). In short, the humanized nursing course can enhance the compliance of the patients after the surgery, improve the quality of life, and inhibit the anxiety and depression of the patients, so it showed a positive effect on the neuroendocrine hormones and the prognosis of the patients.
