The article discusses the possibilities of solving the problem of using connected petroleum gas using GTL technologies. The most important difference between hydrocarbon products of Fisher-Tropsh synthesis and petroleum products is that they do not contain sulfur, nitrogen, and in some cases aromatic compounds, which determines their environmental importance. Synthetic oil is a mixture of normal and isostrotic hydrocarbons C5-C19used for processing in paraffin and motor fuels, as a rawmaterial for the chemical and petrochemical industries, or as a commercial product.Key words:synthesis gas, utilization, GTL technologies, Euro-5, synthetic fuel, reactor, torch, catalyst

One of the key tasks of modern oil refining in Kazakhstan is the production of commercial oil products that meet international environmental standards K-4, K-5. Undoubtedly, this is facilitated by the modernization of primary and secondary production facilities of refineries, which allows you to expand the range of commercial products and improve their quality. The compounding process plays an equally important role in the formation of quantitative and qualitative indicators of commercial gasoline. The article considers the main mathematical models for calculating the preparation of commercial gasoline, the main purpose of which is to select a recipe that ensures compliance of petroleum products with GOST requirements. the basis is a mathematical model for calculating the detonation resistance of gasoline, taking into account the intermolecular interactions of the mixture components. Currently, the modeling of mathematical models of various oil refining processes is of particular relevance, since this allows reducing the cost of the experimental part, calculate all possible scenarios and make the most appropriate choice.

The continuous growth in the volume of liquid cargoes, transported by sea, leads to increase of tankers’ size and to implementation of appropriate shore facilities, which have to meet the relevant environmental requirements. In order to ensure safety during loading and discharging operations in shore terminals, it is necessary to make an assessment on the level of potential risk in port and onboard the vessel and to take all necessary steps to reduce the possibility for environmental impacts and occurrence of an accident especially when performing transfer operations to/from ships. The article presents some constructive decisions for building of shore tanks and their application for storage and transfer of petroleum products. The measures for the safe performing of the cargo operations are systematized after discussing of specifics by performing of all processes connected with loading or discharge. The precautions are defined in three critical points of action - operation on vessel systems, transportation of cargo using shore facilities and storage in tanks.

AbstractDue to the growing restrictions on the content of aromatic compounds by the European legislation in motor fuels and at the same time the need for higher quality fuels (minimizing the presence of contaminants and hazardous products to health), it has become necessary to increase processes that can maximize the number of octane in gasoline. This manuscript is aimed to provide current trends and processes related to isomerization, alkylation and etherification processes to improve gasolines as final product. Examples provided include the isomerization of light n-alkanes into iso-alkanes or the alkylation, in which the preferred olefin is the methylbutilene and i-butane to produce a high octane number gasoline. Currently, there are two main commercial processes for alkylation processes (hydrofluoric and sulfuric acid technologies). Other incoming suitable process is the etherification of iso-olefins to bio-ethers (the European Union have as a minimum target of biofuel content in fuels of 10% in 2020). The refiners are recently investing in the production of bio-ETBE (ethyl tertiary butyl ether) and other products as additives using bio-ethanol and olefins. Commercial and new potential catalysts for all these processes are currently being used and under investigation.
