In setting the KKM (inimal submission criteria), the teacher has not been based on analysis and has not noticed the principles and determination measures. Therefore, there must be activities that can provide information to teachers who are used as guidelines in the determination of the KKM. The purpose of this research is to increase the ability of class IV teachers to set the KKM through group of teacher (KKG) in cluster II in Sumobito subdistrict. The subject of this research is the teacher at SDN class IV cluster II Sumobito subdistrict. The research object is the ability of teachers to establish Minimal submission criteria. Based on the analysis it gained that there was increased readiness and performance of the teacher in setting the minimum survival criteria from cycle I to cycle II. The achievement of performance indicators is in action II. In addition, there has been an increase in the teacher's ability to set Minimal submission criteria through a KKG-shaped coaching from cycle I to cycle II and achieve a set minimum target of 85%, meaning that 85% of teachers are effective in establishing Minimal submission criteria. Thus it can be advised to other supervisors or researchers that the KKG activities can be used as an alternative in improving the performance of teachers in setting the minimum submission criteria.

Purpose The purpose of this paper is to propose an instrument for assessing the relationships between the critical success factors (CSFs) that promote help chain, providing means to enhance overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) and quality performance in companies undergoing a lean implementation. Design/methodology/approach The aforementioned relationships were determined and validated through a survey carried out with 50 Brazilian manufacturers. The authors, thus, provide an empirically validated instrument for assessing help chain CSFs and their impact on key operational performance indicators with no parallel in the existing literature. Quality (incidence of scrap and rework in manufacturing processes) and OEE (overall equipment effectiveness measured in percentage) were chosen as performance indicators because of their recognized relevance in previous research related to help chain approach. Findings The results of this paper show that the size of the company and CSFs have a significant relationship with quality. However, for OEE, time of lean implementation seems to be significantly important to predict its performance. Originality/value Identifying relevant relationships between CSFs and performance indicators may contribute to specify the context in which problems are expected to occur. With that knowledge, manufacturers will be able to emphasize the development of such factors that tend to improve their operational performance. Therefore, possible correlations are investigated to obtain a clearer comprehension around the subject and enable a better understating over the boundary conditions that surround the problem.

In the paper we considered the features of organizing investigation of crimes related with non-payment of wages, namely a problem of revealing the circumstances subjected establishment. Having analyzed the proposed circumstances subjected to ascertainment during investigation of this category of crimes, let us generalize and distinguish, in our opinion, the most significant: 1. Existence of non-payment of wages to concrete employe- es/employee. 2. Availability of labor relations on the basis of an employment contract with enterprises, institutions, organizations of allforms of ownership and management, as well as with individual citizens. 3. Establishing of a period and amount of non-payment of wages. Determination of non-payment of wages is realized in following way: firstly, the total amount is established for the enterprise, institution, organization of all forms of ownership by periods, and then for a concrete employee. 4. Establishing of the fact of non-payment of wages by a concrete person - special subject alone or in accomplices. Obligatory feature of the subject of non-payment ofwages is the administrative-legal and functional statuses, which are ensured by the legality of the appointment or election of the head. 5. Determination of the method of non-payment ofwages. 6. Study of the causes ofwages non-payment occurrence. 7. Revealing the facts of using assets for other production needs, as well as the use of funds for unreasonable expenses and purposes not related with own economic activities. Consideration of the proposed list will allow to conduct the most complete and objective investigation of this type crimes, to obtain information relevantfor qualifying the actions of criminals, and to conduct timely and in a tactically correct manner investigative (search) actions, that in its turn, will positively affects the effectiveness and performance ofpre-trial investigation of crimes related with non-payment of wages.

The subject of this research is the polysemous noun “game” in the Russian language and the nouns “play”, “game”, “acting”,” performance” in the English language that correspond to different spheres of activity, denoted by the word “game”. The goal of this article consists in determination of most frequent universal collocations with game component in the Russian discourse and their translation equivalents with play, game, acting, and performance component in the English-American discourse. The collocations with game component formed by the scheme adjective + noun and noun + noun, acquired from the dictionaries, as well as Russian and English-American text corpora, served as the material for this research. The article employs the following methods: definitional analysis, contrastive analysis, and etymological analysis. The application of contrastive analysis allowed determining the linear and vector correspondences between the schemes of the indicated lexemes play, game, acting, and performance, as well as revealing the ethno-cultural lacunae. Examination of collocations with game component was conducted on the basis of the Russian National Corpus, Corpus of Historically American English, and Corpus of Contemporary American English; various dictionaries in the timespan (1810-1900) and (2000-2018). It was established that majority of the ten most frequent collocations according to the aforementioned schemes from the Russian National Corpus are present in the Corpus of Historically American English and Corpus of Contemporary American English in the same contexts, but different frequency. The article provides the examples of ethnocultural collocations with game components in the Russian and English-American discourse. It is demonstrated that collocation with the parametric adjectival “big game” has both universal and ethno-cultural characteristics in the English-American language. The relevance of the work is substantiated by recent interest in the development of collocation competence in learning a foreign language.

Forensic Document Examiners (FDEs) examine the physical morphology and performance attributes of a line trace when comparing questioned to specimen handwriting samples for the purpose of determining authorship. Along with spatial features, the elements of execution of the handwriting are thought to provide information as to whether or not a questioned sample is the product of a disguise or simulation process. Line features such as tremor, pen-lifts, blunt beginning and terminating strokes, indicators of relative speed, splicing and touch ups, are subjectively assessed and used in comparisons by FDEs and can contribute to the formation of an opinion as to the validity of a questioned sample of handwriting or signatures. In spite of the routine use of features such as these, there is little information available regarding the relative frequency of occurrence of these features in populations of disguised and simulated samples when compared to a large population of a single individual’s signature. This study describes a survey of the occurrence of these features in 46 disguised signatures, 620 simulated signatures (produced by 31 different amateur forgers) and 177 genuine signatures. It was found that the presence of splices and touch-ups were particularly good predictors of the simulation process and that all line quality parameters were potentially useful contributors in the determination of the authenticity of questioned signatures. A special role in the development of a pianist as a musician, composer and performer, as shown by the examples of the well-known, included in the history of art, and the most ordinary pianists, their listeners and admirers, lovers of piano music and music in general, are played by moments associated with psychotherapeutic abilities and music features. The purpose of the study is to comprehend the psychotherapeutic aspects of performing activities (using pianists as an example). The research method is a theoretical analysis of the psychotherapeutic aspects of performing activities: the study of the possibilities and functions of musical psychotherapy in the life of a musician as a “(self) psychotherapist” and “patient”. For almost any person, music acts as a way of self-understanding and understanding of the world, a way of self-realization, rethinking and overcoming life's difficulties - internal and external "blockages" of development, a way of saturating life with universal meanings, including a person in the richness of his native culture and universal culture as a whole. Art and, above all, its metaphorical nature help to bring out and realize internal experiences, provide an opportunity to look at one’s own experiences, problems and injuries from another perspective, to see a different meaning in them. In essence, we are talking about art therapy, including the art of writing and performing music - musical psychotherapy. However, for a musician, music has a special meaning, special significance. Musician - produces music, and, therefore, is not only an “object”, but also the subject of musical psychotherapy. The musician’s training includes preparing him as an individual and as a professional to perform functions that can be called psychotherapeutic: in the works of the most famous performers, as well as in the work of ordinary teachers, psychotherapeutic moments sometimes become key. Piano music and performance practice sets a certain “viewing angle” of life, and, in the case of traumatic experiences, a new way of understanding a difficult, traumatic and continuing to excite a person event, changing his attitude towards him. It helps to see something that was hidden in the hustle and bustle of everyday life or in the patterns of relationships familiar to a given culture. At the same time, while playing music or learning to play music, a person teaches to see the hidden and understand the many secrets of the human soul, the relationships of people.
