Over the past 40 years, the incidence of skin melanoma in the world has increased approximately 3-fold.To study the current epidemiological situation of skin melanoma in the Russian Federation, data on the absolute, coarse and standardized incidence rates of melanoma (S43) in the male and female populations were analyzed. The specific gravity of the melanoma patients detected actively was analyzed at different stages of the tumor process who died within the first year since the diagnosis was established between 2006–2016.The incidence of skin melanoma in the Russian population is characterized by a constant increase of indexes, the average annual rate of increase in the incidence of the Russian Federation’s population of melanoma is 2 times higher than that of the general oncological morbidity. A higher average annual rate and a general increase in the incidence of SM is recorded in the male population. Only every 4th patient in the RF is detected actively, despite the fact that melanoma is a tumor of visual localization. In general, only one third of patients with skin melanoma (32.8%) are diagnosed in the first stage of the tumor process in the Russian Federation. Over the period from 2006 to 2016 in Russia, the indicators of neglect on skin melanoma significantly decreased by 40.6%, however they remain at an unacceptably high level. The index of the first-year lethality from skin melanoma in Russia for the period from 2006 to 2016 decreased by 26.01%.To improve the index of active detection of patients with SM, especially in the early stages, it is necessary to create a system for interaction of primary contact physicians with the patient (dermatovenerologists, cosmetologists, therapists) with the oncological service, the formation of on-alertness among physicians of all specialties, and among the population.

Lung cancer (LC) is the main cause of morbidity and mortality in the population of Russia and many economically developed countries of the world. At the same time, referring to localizations with a high mortality rate, the official data on the number of recorded primary cases (which form the incidence rate) are significantly underestimated, which is confirmed by the registration reliability index, which in many territories is higher than critical values. The aim of our study is to present the real state of the prevalence of PC in Russia, based on the newly created database (DB) of the population cancer register (PRR) of the Northwestern Federal District of the Russian Federation (NWFD RF) — the only one in Russia. We analyzed the loss of the number of primary patients who were not included in the state reporting, showed the real value of the achieved death rate of patients in the first year of dispensary observation, calculated the patterns of annual mortality of patients, the median of survival and 1 and 5-year survival of patients with lung cancer based on the database of the population cancer registry. Northwestern Federal District of the Russian Federation, on the materials of which for the first time in Russia the dynamics of changes in the detailed localization and histological structure of lung cancer was traced.

Live bees and queens are not tested for viral diseases of bees either in the countries of the European Union or in the Russian Federation. In the Russian Federation, viral diseases (sacbrood, acute and chronic paralysis) are quarantined, causing significant damage due to the death of bees in the fall and in the first half of the winter. Based on the data obtained in our study, currently the trade in cellular packages is carried out by sick bees. The death rate of such imported bees in the first year is up to 80%. The article discusses the health of bees purchased by beekeepers in the form of cellular packages from other regions, including from other states, and also provides recommendations for preventing the introduction of certain quarantine diseases of bees with relocated bee colonies. Trade in live bees during cross-border movement should be carried out healthy from quarantine diseases, using in vivo diagnostics in cell-free packages.

In the Russian Federation, the proportion of children among all cases of new coronavirus infection is up to 8.6%. Mild forms are registered in 80% of cases, severe – 0.2%, as a rule, in children of the first year of life. The majority of deaths were recorded in children with an unfavorable background: 75% of those who died had one concomitant pathology, 45% – two or more. The problem of severe course and fatal outcomes from COVID-19 in children with comorbid pathology, for example, with various forms of leukemia, remains relevant. Severe infectious complications of bacterial nature are observed in 70–80% of sick children, viral and fungal genesis, respectively, in 4–12% and 18–20%. Myeloblastic leukemia is one of the factors that predispose to a severe course of COVID-19 and an unfavorable outcome. The article presents a clinical observation of the course of a critical form of a new coronavirus infection in a young child with acute myeloblastic leukemia. The layering of COVID-19 contributed to a sharp deterioration of the underlying disease. Despite the highly organized treatment process with the use of modern technologies, the child had a rapid deterioration of the condition with a fatal outcome. Key words: COVID-19, children, acute myeloblastic leukemia, pancytopenia, fatal outcome

The study is of a dogmatic and empirical nature. It presents the scope of legal regulation of selected crimes against constitutional rights and freedoms of a human and citizen contained in the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation of 1996. It discusses the provisions concerning violations of law that may occur at different stages of the electoral process. The study describes forbidden behaviours of a voter, a member of an electoral commission and an electoral committee, a participant of a referendum initiative group and another group of referendum participants, as well as acts committed against the mentioned subjects. They were analysed according to the classical arrangement of the statutory attributes of a criminal offence. The analysis confirmed the validity of the criminalisation of many behaviours that impede the holding of lawful, reliable and fair elections. Next, the study presents a statistical picture of the analysed acts. The dynamics of registered offences against elections in the years 1997–2017 (from the first year of the Penal Code of 1996 to the present day) and the number of convictions for their commission in the period 2009–2017 were presented (due to limited access to data). This allowed to show the scale of the phenomenon and the reaction of the courts to it.
