The occurrence of the Covid-19 pandemic  makes many MSMEs have to lose money and go out of business, whereas in Indonesia the most important joint that sustains the wheels of the country's economy is MSMEs. In addition to the pandemic, the challenge of MSMEs is rise of the digital economy movement is very  rapid  for making    MSMEs  demanded to understand information technology. The covid-19 pandemic is increasingly encouraging human activity through the internet network. One of the simplest steps to build a brand through TikTok social media. In  2020 number of downloads amounted to 63.3 million both in the Apple store and the play store the best-selling application is TikTok. Indonesia  is the downloader of the application amounting to 11% of the total downloads of tiktok application, with tiktok MSME actors can build their product brand, considering it does not require a lot of cost and energy. The potential of the wider market and the future business will also be a consideration because tiktok social media is widely used by millennials who have high consumptive power.  This study uses qualitative descriptive, uses literature studies quoted from book journals as well as relevant websites. The purpose of this study is to encourage MSMEs to have a good brand so that they can compete with other products, and through social media, especially TikTok, the MSME market segment can be wider internationally. Considering that social media has eliminated geography, meaning that when it can go viral social media, everyone can see MSME products. Keywords: MSMEs, Branding, TikTok

This chapter presents the evolution and perspectives of management accounting in the digital economy. The main objectives of this chapter are to present the different conceptual approaches of the digital economy and Industry 4.0, the B20 pillars and their impact on the management accounting, the role of management accounting and of the management accountant in the new economy, forecasts and solutions regarding the adaptation of the management accounting to the digital economy, and cost management of the implementation of innovative information technology. All aspects presented are based on national and international professional studies and attempt to present the current state of the themes addressed. The chapter ends with the author's conclusions regarding management accounting in the digital economy. Through the authors' contribution, the chapter offers perspectives and solutions to increase knowledge to implement information technologies and adapt accounting management to these innovative waves.

The article considers the problems of teaching information technology to the adult population of Russia in accordance with the strategic direction of the country's development until 2025 - the digital economy, which requires improving the process of teaching information technology (IT), developing new pedagogical technologies and methods focused on modern conditions. Evaluation of developed methods of teaching IT and overcoming the psychological barrier in a large sample of the country's population for a long time shows their replicability and effectiveness.

Digital economy refers to an economy that is based on digital computing technologies. It is widely accepted that the growth of the digital economy has widespread impact on the economy as a whole. Companies have been trying to respond to the changes of the digital economy, and they have been integrating information technology management into their enterprises. The goal of this paper is to determine the benefits of Enterprise Social Networks in companies. The methodology of this paper is based on comparative qualitative research using a survey conducted in the Czech Republic across business sectors. The research focuses on costs related to the use of Enterprise Social Networks. The results indicate the possible use of modern technologies for more effective business management. This paper discusses the use of the latest trends and innovations concerning technologies to help managers effectively convey internal information within the digital economy.
