Expansion of application of informatively-communication technologies, socio-economic changes, process of integration of world community, stipulated the necessity of successive modernisation of the system of professional preparation of future specialists. Expansion of sharp problems of contemporaneity, that inherent to all spheres of public life, including actuality of paying attention to was stipulated social development workers. Authors are consider pedagogical technology of forming of informative competence of master's degrees of social work; innovative methodology of determination of profile of informative competence of master's degrees of social work is offered and entered in the modern measuring of organizational culture of university; essence of concept «informative competence of master's degrees of social work», basic contradictions of process of forming of informative competence, is specified; components, organizationally-pedagogical terms and principles of forming of informative competence of master's degrees of social work, are in an university;

The article is devoted to the practical component of the professional training of a social worker in a Polish high school. Conceptual approaches are considered in relation to professional preparation of development workers and experience actualized by them with practical preparation at higher school of Poland. It is found out, that preparation of development workers in Poland is a difficult and dynamic process, that permanently changes in accordance with international standards, normative requirements, social changes and necessities on this type of services. As a result of scientific research, the tendency to introduce professional training in the practice of Polish social workers on the progressive approaches of practical experience in the social sphere of European countries and the United States has been traced. It is noted that the model of structured learning is based on the use of a curriculum on a modular basis. Different teaching methods, especially simulation and activity (training in the "team") are used. Equally important is the acquisition of skills, and the assimilation of the value basis of the student's work. Assessment is based on the criteria of competence. The student works under the direct supervision and supervision of the practice leader. Emphasis is placed on the theory of practical learning through experience. According to the results of the study, the organizational and pedagogical conditions of the organization and content of practical training of social workers in practice in Poland are set out: legislative regulation of general principles of practice and internship in Polish universities; the removal of a significant part of the study load (from 40% to 60%) into the obligatory volume of the organization of students' practice directly at the workplace; continuity of the practical orientation of the educational process to practical learning through experience in practice; compliance of modules of practical training programs in practice under the Framework Program for the qualification of a social worker: knowledge, skills, social competences; the variability of the proposals for places of practice for students and the proposed contact letters at the information stands of the departments of social work (pedagogy); provision of means for checking the implementation of modules by trainees through the electronic network, depending on the form of training and the student's capabilities (stationary, correspondence, distance, etc.); providing support for practical training of future social workers in practice (contact hours, independent work, literature to silabases (programs) of practice, etc.); consistency of the procedure for managing and controlling individual programs of student practice from the university and social institution; Settlement of the appointment of students responsible for passing the practice: the coordinator (for bachelors, mainly masters), a mentor, a representative from the practice institution and the manager of the management of the career bureau. The study concluded that the practical component of the program for the training of future social workers in Ukraine should be based on familiarizing students with the European forms, methods and techniques of work, and also involving them in direct and continuous practical activities, under the guidance of experienced mentors and consultants. The exposure of progressive ideas of experience of practical aspect of preparation of development workers in Poland will assist the scientific ground of strategy of development of professional preparation of specialists of social sphere in Ukraine on the stage of her transformation and integration in European and world educational space. The prospects of research of directions of co-operation of establishments of education are certain with employers and other social partners in the process of professional preparation and passing of types of practices by the future specialists of social work.

PurposeThis paper aims to present the results of a research project that the Institute for Prospective Technology Studies commissioned to research the possible effects of information and communication technologies (ICT) on a set of environmental indicators in 2020.Design/methodology/approachThe project adopted an innovative methodology combining qualitative scenario‐building and quantitative modelling.FindingsThe general conclusion was that the impact of ICT is roughly between −20 and +30 percent. Therefore there are significant opportunities for improving environmental sustainability through ICTs, which can rationalise energy management in housing (or facilities), make passenger and freight transport more efficient, and enable a product‐to‐service shift across the economy.Originality/valueThe impact of ICT should accordingly be taken into account by environmental policies in order to ensure that ICT applications make a positive contribution to environmental outcomes, and, at the same time, to suppress rebound effects.

The Lower Volga region is important for studying natural and climatic crises as a factor of cultural and economic changes since the local Neolithic and Eneolithic societies are marked by the early appearance of ceramics, cattle breeding and copper items. However, the impact of natural and climatic crises on these processes has not been considered earlier for a number of reasons. First, most of the sites had not detailed information obtained by the analytic research on past environmental and climatic situation. Second, numerous and contradictory radiocarbon dates prevented from determination of the chronological frameworks of these processes. During the period of 2007–2020 the situation has begun to change with the appearance of new archaeological information including homogenous and stratified archaeological sites. The multidisciplinary research made it possible to obtain new data on the chronological framework of the Neolithic–Eneolithic cultures of the Lower Volga region in context of paleoclimatic reconstructions. The results of archaeozoological studies and technical-technological analysis of ceramics had a significant meaning too. Determination of the species composition helped to establish differences in zoological collections of the Neolithic of the Northern Caspian and the steppe Volga region. It was demonstrated that the emergence of a food producing economy in this territory is associated not with the Khvalynsk, but with the earlier Caspian culture. The entire set of data made it possible to bring the development of the question of environmental factors in cultural and economic changes in the Neolithic–Eneolithic of the Lower Volga region to a new level.

The deficit of subnational budgets and deceleration capital investments in multiple Russian regions increase the relevance of research aimed at improvement of tax incentivizing practice of the regional investment process. The studies focused on determination of the impact of socioeconomic and institutional factors upon the efficiency of investment tax expenses obtained wide circulation within the foreign scientific literature. The subject of this article is the assessment of sensitivity of the efficiency of regional tax expanses towards investment attractiveness of the types of economic activity carried out by the residents of territories of advanced socioeconomic development, created in the subjects of Far Easter Federal District. The scientific novelty and practical values of this research consists in substantiation of the reasonableness of assessment of investment attractiveness of the types of economic activity that are stimulated by tax incentives. Methodology for assessing investment attractiveness is proposed and tested. The conclusion is made that in case of low investment attractiveness of the type of economic activity, which was planned to support by tax incentives, it is required to conduct and additional analysis to avoid unjustified tax expanses.

The harvest of sugar beet leads to root tip breakage and surface damage through mechanical impacts, which increase storage losses. For the determination of textural properties of sugar beet roots with a texture analyzer a reliable method description is missing. This study aimed to evaluate the impact of washing, soil tare, storage period from washing until measurement, sample distribution and number of roots on puncture and compression measurements. For this purpose, in 2017 comprehensive tests were conducted with sugar beet roots grown in a greenhouse. In a second step these tests were carried out with different Beta varieties from a field trial, and in addition, a flexural test was included. Results show that the storage period after washing and the sample distribution had an influence on the puncture and compression strength. It is suggested to wash the roots by hand before the measurement and to determine the strength no later than 48 h after washing. For reliable and comparable results a radial distribution of measurement points around the widest circumference of the root is recommended for the puncture test. The sample position of the compression test had an influence on the compressive strength and therefore, needs to be clearly defined. For the puncture and the compression test it was possible to achieve stable results with a small sample size, but with increasing heterogeneity of the plant stand a higher number of roots is required. The flexural test showed a high variability and is, therefore, not recommended for the analysis of sugar beet textural properties.
