AbstractInflation is one of the phenomena that indicate a monetary policy is not effective or monetary crisis is going on. It can stimulate weak of the exchange rate, declining purchasing power, as well as fluctuations in interest rate (BI Rate) which make the performance of the company may face a problem that will have an impact on the development of capital markets. Companies with good performance can attract more investors. The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of interest rate (BI Rate) and foreign exchange currency (USR-IDR) Bank of Indonesia to stock returns. The sample selection using purposive sampling technique. The samples are banking companies list on Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2012-2015 with some criteria. This research uses secondary data from Bank of Indonesia data reports in 2012-2015 and banking companies stock price reportin 2012-2015. The analysis model is multiple linear regression with help from SPSS and the significance level is 0.05. Results of this research is that interest rate (BI Rate) and foreign exchange currency (USR-IDR) Bank of Indonesia simultaneous effect on stock returns with effect level of 8.6% and a significance value of 0.029. But partially, they have no effect on stock returns.Keywords:   Interest Rate (BI Rate), Foreign Exchange Currency (USD-IDR), and Stock Return.

High firm value will increase the prosperity of shareholders. The higher the stock price, the higher the firm value could be. Generally investors will hand over its management to the professionals to achieve the company’s goal which is to increase the firm values. This study aims to examine the influence of institutional ownership, the competence of board of commissioners and the quality of auditor on firm values. The analyzed data is secondary data, taken from financial statements and annual reports of companies that listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2012-2015. The sample selection determined by using purposive sampling technique, 48 companies were acquired. Multiple linear regression techniques were used to analyze the data. The results showed that institutional ownership, the competence of board of commissioners and the quality of auditor have positive effects on firm values.

The purpose of the research is to analyze the Influence of Cash Ratio, Debt To Equity Ratio and Return On Assets to Stock Return With Exchange Rate as Moderating Variables In Plantation Companies Listed In Indonesia Stock Exchange. This research uses descriptive analysis and statistical analysis methods. data that uses secondary data. This study focuses on the influence of 3 independent variables on the dependent variable by adding moderation variables to determine whether the moderating variable can affect the relationship between the independent variables on the dependent variable. Hypothesis testing in this study uses the F test and t test, with a brief significance level (a) 5%. This data analysis uses SPSS 20 data processing software for Windows. The population of this study is companies engaged in the plantation sector in the Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2014 - 2018, with a purposive sampling technique, obtained 6 companies that have fullfill criteria in this research. The results of this study partially Cash Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, and Return On Assets have a significant effect on stock returns, partially Debt to Equity Ratio and Return On Assets have a significant positive effect on stock returns, while Cash Ratio has no significant effect on stock returns. and the value is not able to affect the relationship between independent variable and dependent variable.

The growth of the construction sector in Indonesia has indirectly contributed to the growth in the performance of construction companies. This construction performance growth has an impact on stock price movements, apart from the influence of demand and supply of shares. The condition of fluctuating stock price movements requires investors to analyze financial statements before making investment decisions. To find out how the stock price performance can be done by measuring stock returns. In connection with these conditions, the purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of ROE, DER, CR, PBV and TATO on stock returns in construction companies listed on the IDX in 2015 - 2019. This research is included in the category of comparative causal research. The number of samples used in this study were 13 sample companies, with the sampling technique using purposive sampling. The type of data in this study is secondary data taken by the documentation method at Yahoo Finance. The data analysis method uses panel data regression analysis assisted by the Eviews 9.0 software. The results of the study partially show that ROE; DER, CR, PBV, and TATO have a positive and significant effect on stock returns. In addition, ROE, DER, CR, PBV, and TATO simultaneously have a significant effect on stock returns.

This study aims to examine the relationship between accounting earning and cash earning with cash dividend in the pharmaceutical sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange during the periode of 2013 to 2017. This study uses secondary data, namely financial report sata from manufacturing companies that are accessed from the official websitre of the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The selection of samples in this study used a purposive sampling technique, namely the technique of collecting samples with certain considerations or sample selection techniques with certain criteria aimed at getting a representative sample according to the specified criteria. The data analysis model used is multiple regression analysis. In addition to using data analysis in this study is an analysismethod with EViews  statistical tools version 9. Based on the result of the study show that partially accounting earnings affect cash dividends while cash earnings do not affect cash dividends but simultaneously accounting earnings and cash earnings have a significant effect on cash dividends.

Abstract : Companies need funds in order to carry out operations such as the financing of production activities, pay employees, pay other expenses related to the operation of the company. One way to obtain these funds is to attract investors to invest in companies in the form of stock, but in making this investment is certainly not easy for investors, because investors need consideration beforehand to find out how the company's performance. The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the effect of operating cash flow to stock return through stock price at companies listed on the Stock Exchange Year 2012-2015. The data used in this study dala are secondary data from the financial statements of companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2012 - 2015. The data are in the form of financial statements can be obtained from the Indonesian Capital Market Directory (ICMD), the IDX website www.idx.co. id as well as from various other sources to support this research. The population in this research is manufacturing companies listed on the Stock Exchange the period 2012 - 2015. The samples taken by the sampling technique used purposive sampling.From the test results and analysis of the data it can be concluded that operating cash flow directly and indirectly has no effect on stock returns through stock prices showed no significant results. Keywords :  Operating Cash Flow, Stock Price, Stocks Return

This study aims to determine the effect of Current Ratio on stock prices, the effect of Firm Size on stock prices, the effect of Return On Equity on Stock Prices, the effect of Earning Per Share on Stock Prices, and the influence of Current Ratio, Firm Size, Return On Equity, and Earning Per Share simultaneously on stock prices in the 5 year period, 2014-2018. This study uses a quantitative approach with a descriptive statistical analysis type. The population in this study amounted to 150 companies. This study uses financial statement data with time series for the last 5 years published from www.idx.co.id. In this study, the sample selection used purposive sampling technique. The sample of this study contained 49 companies in the last 5 years with a total sample quantity of 245 manufacturing companies. The results of this study indicate that partially Current Ratio and Return On Equity have no and insignificant effect on stock prices of manufacturing companies. Partially Firm Size and Earning Per Share have a positive and significant effect on stock prices of manufacturing companies. Meanwhile, the independent variable Current Ratio, Firm Size, Return On Equity, and Earning Per Share simultaneously have a significant effect on the variable stock price of manufacturing companies.

This study aims to analysis the effect of macroeconomic variables on the overall return of company shares which is a proxy with changes in the composite stock price index. This study uses secondary data in a period of 20 months from November 2016 to June 2018. While the analysis technique uses multiple linear regression This study found that macroeconomic variables consisting of inflation rates, interest rates, money supply, and foreign exchange rates, stock returns have a significant effect on companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.

<em>This study aims to determine the effect of debt to equity ratio and return on assets of stock price on food and beverages sector in Indonesia Stock Exchange. This study used secondary data, with samples 9 food &amp; beverages companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange during the study period 2016-2018. Independent variables in this study are debt to equity ratio and return on assets. This study used purposive sampling technique. The method of data analysis used multiple regression analysis. Based on results of the study, only debt to equity ratio have no significant effect on stock price. Meanwhile, the F test result shows that Debt to Equity Ratio and Return on Assets jointly have  effect on stock price.</em>

This study is aimed to ascertain and analyse the influence of return on assets, return on equity, debt to equit ratio, inflation, and interest rate, both partiall and simultaneously on the stock returns in manufacturing companies of secondary sectors listed in the Indonesian Stock Exchange. This research uses quantitative methods and EVIEWS panel 8 to analyse the regression. The population are manufacturing companies of secondary sector listed in the Indonesian Stock Exchange consisted of basic and chemical sectors, miscellaneous industry, and consumer goods sector in the period of 2010-2015. The sampling method used is pusposive sampling with the final number of 40 companies. The research required secondary data. The results show that return on assets has no negative effect on stock return, mean while, return on equity and interest rate have positive effect on stock return. Return on assets, return on equity, debt to equity ratio, inflation and interest rate all simultaneously have effect on stock returns.

This study aims to analyze the effect of  Price Earning Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio and Return On Asset on Stock Price in manufacturing companies listed in BEI. The variables tested in this study are independent variabels consisting of Price Earning Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio and Return On Asset and dependent variable is the Stock Price. The population in this study is the food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing companies that registered in BEI 2016-2018, as many as 19 companies. The number of samples in this study are 10 companies, the data used in this study are secondary data obtained from the site www.idx.co.id and sample selection using purposive sampling method. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression of a significance level of 5%. The conclusion of this study is that the Price Earning Ratio, and Debt to Equity Ratio do not have a partial effect on Stock Price, while  Return On Asset have a partial effect on Stock Price. Based on simultaneous tests show that the Price Earning Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio and Return On Asset affect the Stock Price.
